Im a local business owner and they scheduled delivery with me and didnt come. They didnt even call me to tell me they couldnt make it, so Ive been left in a state of constant readiness, waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting. I had to specifically and significantly adjust my schedule to receive this shipment and to be treated in this way is beyond unacceptable. They obviously have no concern for their customers. I am beyond upset and cant believe the unprofessionalism displayed here.
I dont know why are this guys on business. They deliver everything destroyed. They dont care about the value of their cargo..
They were 2 days late with shipment and tried to make it 3 will never use this company again
So far good service. Super helpful at the loading bay packing and preparing used equipment. As long as it gets to my client on time and in good shape all is well 👍

Was offered email tracking updates. They are meaningless. Was told a date and time for a delivery. No show. No phone call. Had people waiting on a job site. No nothing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They will damage your product, and will not take responsibility for the damages. Three months have passed, and Im still waiting for a resolution to my claim. Theyve come up with every excuse as to not pay out! They will even take the product to their salvage yard and will STILL NOT PAY out for damages!
If I could give this fewer stars I would. They have lost a $2000, time-sensitive item. We are currently in the process of trying to fix the situation and the level of concern they are showing is incredibly low.
Great place to go strait to do a dock pickup. The staff here is friendly and helpful. We picked up a large item here and they used the fork truck to help us load it which made things really easy, thanks.
Had 2 time-sensitive shipments scheduled to go out today on SAIA. I called terminal late this afternoon to be sure they were coming to pick up. They said they didnt have a truck in the area and pick up will be Monday. Dont use SAIA if you care about your customers or your business!
I had to get off of work to meet the driver for my package. They kept me waiting for over 4 hours. When it finally arrived around 5 pm, the package, a large bathtub with parts, was destroyed. Half of the box was torn and opened. When I wouldnt sign the paperwork until I could see if the tub was broken or not and that all the parts where there, the driver yelled at me and said that this was his last package and needed me to sign so he could leave. I signed the paperwork but noted the condition of the box and that I wasnt sure of the contents condition, etc. The driver then yelled at me again because now he had paperwork to do once he got back to work. Unbelievable!

SAIA has been extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional. They dont complete their deliveries and make the recipient complete their prepaid duties by having them pick it up themselves.. The Chat persons ignore your questions and hang up on you when you try to get your order delivered. I didnt know how to click zero stars for the rating so disregard the one star because it is above them.
TERRIBLE - Just like all the other reviews - terrible all the way around. 4 days late already and during the time I was on hold with customer service to address the issue I was able to drive to the terminal (25 minutes). Once at the terminal the manager informed me they couldn’t find our package. At the same time, they were on the phone telling the shipper they didn’t have trucks with lift gates, so could not deliver the package. Dishonest!Currently standing in the terminal office and what do you know, they miraculously found it, but can’t deliver it because they don’t have trucks. Now waiting on a flat bed truck I hired to pickup and deliver our package - I don’t trust them to complete the job!Beyond unprofessional! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Never and I mean NEVER consider this company!!!!! My shipment has been sitting in a warehouse for days. No call was supposed to be delivered by 8 pm. No contact no scheduling of my delivery!!! Horrible
Worst Delivery Experience, Worst Customer Service!Perhaps the WORST delivery experience. My order arrived at their terminal on 12-28-18 with specific instructions to call me to set a delivery appointment, no call, I had to call them to set an appointment. Which was set for 12-31-18 between 8am and 10am, when 10:30 rolled around I finally called them, I was told that the Night supervisor did not put it on the truck, when I asked if it will still be delivered today (12-31) I was told all of the trucks are out (ummm ok but that wasnt my question). So, I set another delivery day for 1-2-19. On 1-1-19 it snowed pretty much all day, so at 7:45 am on 1-2-19 I called back to ensure that I would have my delivery today (1-2) there was a lot of back and forth (in the past they just transferred me to the local terminal, not this time). Finally, the lady on the phone said that it would be delivered between 11am to 3pm (WHAT!!! I mean #$&*^). I have an appointment only business and the only time I am in my office is when there are clients. She did tell me that they would call 30 min. before delivery.... Ummm the whole reason I set it between 8-10 am is because I have no clients at that time, so apparently Saia has chosen a new time for delivery without my consent or knowledge (I have appointments for the rest of the day). I have also Paid the extra charge to have the Item delivered to the inside of my Business which was ridiculous (I mean honestly). The next event was with the driver (although I felt bad for him being in the middle) he even tried to put off my delivery, Saia has the worst customer service experience as well as the worst delivery experience. Think twice before using them. If I could have done 0 stars I would.
Horrible service! Scheduled a pickup with a specific closing time. That time came and went and nobody ever showed up. Called the terminal and was told they didnt have a driver on my side of town so the pickup could not be made. They werent even going to bother informing me or anything. Would not bu using Saia had my customer not requested them.

Horrible communication. They decide when they want to deliver your packages. Not when theyre supposed to be delivered. Package was supposed to be delivered in two days took 6 to reach my house and had to set up my own appointment for delivery.
SAIA LTD Freight had my package on 10/20/18. I called them on 10/22/18 and was told to call back because a certain employee was coming in at 11AM. So theres only one employee who can handle shipping questions? Upon calling back (the email stated to Expect the carrier to reach out soon to schedule your delivery. Yeah, right. If I waited on them, itd be Summer again and I wouldnt need the heater I purchased.), I was told that they do not service my area. Why was this company chosen if they do not service my area? (Not SAIAs fault completely, I assume, but still frustrating). I asked if I could just pick it up. I was told there were fees associated with this option and that I would need a letter to authorize release from the company I purchased my product from. OKAYYY.... I bought it and its mine, but I cant go out of my way and pick it up from you? So they drove it across town to RAC Transport the following day. I picked it up from the other company, no problem. I guess what Im saying is, SAIA LTD Freight was a crappy company to try and get your package from. Im just happy I didnt have to deal with them anymore than I did.
This company is horrible! They are NEVER on time with deliveries. The customer service sucks! I would not use this company. We have been waiting for our truck for 4 days after the date for delivery! I would be embarrassed if I owed this company!
THe worst shipping/freight company I have ever dealt with. We were supposed to get our shipment Friday April 13th. Never arrived with NO explanation. Then delivery was set for Monday, April 16th, and they said the drivers unloaded the truck after all the drivers left for the day so it wouldnt even be delivered today either. Worst customer service, worst business practices EVER. I wish I could leave 0 stars.

Worst freight company out there. They damaged material and refuse to pay claims even when freight is sent fully insured. Never use this company.

Horrible effing service when it comes to keeping their work and make time frames. Blamed Hurricane when our shipment was stuck in Dallas not in Houston. I will never use them again as a Logistics Broker and i dont recommend that anyone use them for anything. Then computer software was blamed. Do not use this company!!!!!!
