Every step of my reservation with Pack Rat has been a nightmare. First they left our storage cube in an alley that earned us a citation from the police. Then, instead of transporting our 8ft cube, they somehow mixed up my reservation and delivered someone else’s 16ft cube to us. The manager at this location (Nick) was incredibly rude to us as well, refusing to accept responsibility or even take our word when we were explaining that this was not our storage cube. Now our cube is still 1,200 miles away & I’m without a bed, my wheelchair, or my office contents which I need to work. I’ve been on hold with the helpline for an hour already with zero resolution. Me and my partner acquired countless costs (not limited to missing work) because of their mistake. Would not recommend to anyone I actually liked. 0/10

Great job! Everything arrived exactly when they said it would and so far I don’t see even a scratch on any of my furniture! I strongly recommend this company to anyone who’s looking for movers!

Using this company was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I spent $10,000 on an out of state move. All I’ve gotten was aggravation and mishaps. When booking, I was informed that the container would arrive at my new home in 10 business days. When it different arrive, I began calling and speaking to different agents always with the promise of a call back from a manager (which didn’t happen). The unit arrived more than 3 weeks later. I was given excuse after excuse. Their idea of compensation was $250. I had already scheduled another unit to be picked up at the same facility. It was dropped off and packed. I was expecting it to arrive in a few days and I now find out THEY NEVER EVEN PICKED IT UP! I called to speak to someone and was told that when the driver showed up the unit wasn’t ready (when it was ready the night before). So now I have driven to California and my container is sitting in New Jersey.I will be happily spreading the word Not to use this company. What a disaster.

They were late to deliver the storage unit and now they are making us wait a week to get our stuff delivered to our new house!! We have a brand new house with nothing to put in it. They also nickel and dime you for everything. Do not use this company.

This company has been horrible from the very begginning. When my husband initially spoke with a representative we were given a date that the storage crates would be delivered (on two seperate dates). We were also told that we would be able to access the containers if need be during the month they would be storing them between moving out of the state and into our new home. The company delivered both crates late, did not pick up either crate on time, have repeatedly denied us access to our belongings, and overcharged us. Twice. The company has refused to refund the money that they overcharged. I am now at the point where I do not believe we will get our belongings back. Do not use these people. You would be better off hiring a random person off of the internet to move your things.

Rude management. If you have delivery containers, nobody help you, there is no much space to park in the door.Spend two hours already, one container delivery only, still in the door.
