My boyfriend and I have been trying to cash his work check for over 9 days and we were waiting for Ace to open (since outside factors did not allow him to cash his check at other places...long story) and he went to the Menual location and the woman representative was SO helpful and understanding and caring! We greatly appreciate her ability and help to finally cash his check! He didnt get her name but we are so grateful that she was there. Because we had tried the Ace on Central and the representative there was rude and not helpful. So whoever you are, please know that you are our Angel!

Antoinette was very patient and very helpful. It was more than an hour process but she got it done! Im very pleased with her customer service and her attitude! Definitely a place I will recommend to family and friends!

It would be wonderful if you did not charge any thing for depositing money on your debit card.

We have been going here for 10+ years to cash checks, open an account as well as take out loans. The process has always been quick and a staff member Antoinette has excellent customer service skills and is very patient in explaining whatever you may need at the moment. What, we especially enjoy is that whenever either of us walks in were immediately recognized and greeted by Antoinette and she knows exactally what we need to do there and this is why we go out of our way to go too this particular Ace Office.

The clerk was very informative. Extremely respectful and help me promptly.

Eve I believe was her name was very unknowledgeable on how to process and cash a check. Was trying to help two other people besides myself and was getting very confused on what she was doing. I was unable to cash my check there because of an issue she said there was, however, next place I went to was able to get me in and out within 10 minutes, with my check being cashed!!!!! Will not be returning to this store in the future.

Antoinette gets it done! She was able to work with me through a lengthy process and assured me I will get what I need couple years ago.
