Our Maytag fridge went out this morning. Steve answered the phone and worked me into his schedule for this afternoon. He identified the part that went out, had the part in his truck, and I happily have a working fridge again, just an hour after he arrived. Thank you!

Just had my fridge repaired by Steve with this company,really glad I called Alliance Appliance,took a total of 40 minutes to repair it ! Steve troubleshooted a circuit board & by doing so,saved us from having to buy a new refrigerator ! Experience pays ! The circuit board is no longer available ! We have a Kitchen Aid dishwasher that is a year old and has never cleaned dishes well. We contacted Kitchen Aid, and they sent a repairman out several months ago. He checked the dishwasher out, couldnt find anything wrong, and made some suggestions to us about how to use the dishwasher more effectively. However, the dishwasher still didnt work well, so when we contacted Kitchen Aid again, they sent a different repairman, Steve, from Alliance Appliance. Steve checked the dishwasher out, and he quickly determined that the bottom spray unit wasnt working. So, he ordered the new component, installed it, and it now works great!Steve is very conscientious. He is neat in his work, he is on-time, hes pleasant, and he takes care of business quickly and efficiently. He has my highest rating!!

Steve was very polite and was able to fit me into his schedule for an ice maker and a microwave issue much sooner than expected. He was able to fix the ice maker on that visit. He said he needed a part for the microwave and he would give me an update by 6pm. He did not call back. After waiting a full business day I called again and had to leave another voicemail Friday morning. I have not heard back. Tuesday morning I called and left another voicemail. I have not heard back yet. I have not been able to reach anyone. Still waiting....

My dishwasher was not heating the water. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Steve was on time, quickly diagnosed the component failure. He order the necessary part, contacting me the next day to set up a return visit to complete the repair. My 15 year old dishwasher is as good as new as far as Im concerned. Prompt, professional, courteous. I highly recommend this service company.

Alliance Appliance is the best place in New Mexico to get repairs to your household appliances done quickly and at reasonable rates. Steve, the owner, is constantly on hand to supervise that work is done correctly and you are not charged for things you dont need. I tried other appliance repair companies and Alliance Appliance is by far the best year after year.

Wont return any of my calls, refused to work with me on a time after 4 pm and would only show up when my teenage daughter was home. Took multiple visits to address the leaky dishwasher and its still not fixed.
