My machine was working when I took it to Andre all he was supposed to look at was a leak in the tub and now my board will not turn on he has refused to help me fix it. Sir you plugged it in to test it you told me yourself it ran perfectly the time you used it . Second time poured water everywhere.

This place is awesome, it was 430pm on a Saturday. Everywhere else was closed and I just happened to see this place on the internet that listed it was still open till 5. I took a chance and called seeking advice on a dryer repair and low and behold the owner answered,, had me check a few things and said to call him back. In the end he asked if I could bring it right now to him and that he could fix it,,,, I did and he fixed it in no time at a more than fair price. Heck he had my machine loaded and strapped in my truck by the time I finished paying!! Never have I experienced such good service when it comes to appliance repair,,, I definitely recommend this shop!!

I am impressed by the staff and the repair job they did on my washing machine. The owner went above and beyond to educate me on what happened and offered to show me in the future if I needed help. It was $75 and they cleaned my entire washing machine as well. Their business is built around training young adults and I loved that too. I hope my daughters are interested in learning how to repair appliances so they can work here in high school.

I dropped my small dryer off on Saturday to get a detailed clean since the dryer had a lot of sand and glitter when using it. I told the owner that the sand and glitter seemed to be coming out from between the rear drum felt seal. The owner quoted me $75 for cleaning a small/mini dryer (not a full size). He told me that itll be ready on Monday morning. When I called him close to noon, he said he would not have it ready until 3pm. So when I showed up, I checked the drum for the sand with my hand and the drum still had sand in it!! And the lint vent still had a lot of lint in it, this was never cleaned. When I called him to tell him that sand was still in the drum, the owner told me that he did everything he could to clean the dryer. I was extremely disappointed, frustrated, and mad that they did not do quality work. He may have ran out of time to do a thorough job at cleaning my dryer, he may have rushed the job since he sound like he was running behind when I called him earlier that day. The work was very poor, the dryer still had sand and glitter (especially around the rear drum seal), there were new scuff marks and scratches that were not there before, and I felt they did a very lazy, poor, incompetent job at cleaning my dryer. I saw little improvement. At least they could have replaced the rear drum felt seal with a new one to get rid of the sand and glitter that was getting into the drum. They seemed not to care about my concerns when I tried expressing them that there was still sand and glitter in the dryer. I still had to pay full price and never re-examine or troubleshoot where the problem was and fix it. I will never recommend anyone to this business. The owner seemed to care more about getting your money and did not care about quality work/product and customer concerns or satisfaction. I felt like my $75 would have been put to better use of buying me a new rear drum seal and replace it myself. I just hope my situation is an isolated incident since the has other good reviews from others. But I felt totally cheated and received a very low quality work in exchange. Its unfortunate since I thought this would be place I could trust spending my money.

Andre is an anomaly in the appliance repair industry. He is incredibly affordable compared to other companies, friendly, strait forward, honest and does high quality work. I feel like it is near impossible to get quality and affordable repair work these days, but Andre is still making it happen.Also, he is training youth to develop a career of their own and a valuable skillset. That is worth supporting!And to all those that fret bringing their appliance in- just rent a truck from Home Depot and make it happen. I bet even with the truck rental fee, it will still be cheaper than having one of these other companies come to your house.

My refrigerator broke down Saturday while my husband was at work and Im a mom to 3 young boys. I did a google search of on call refrigerator repair. Called the first two that popped up and they were unavailable anytime soon and told me I wouldnt find anyone who could come out. I called the next number on the list. It was Andre at Albuquerque Appliance Training and while he doesnt normally make house calls, he could sense my desperation and came out immediately and fixed the problem. Wow! That type of honest, knowledgeable, caring professionalism is so rare in todays business world. Im going to recommend him to everyone I know and hopefully he is still teaching high school kids the trade when my boys get older because Im sending them to him.
