The entire experience was hassle free, and I was kept informed as to the progress of the purchase of parts (delayed slightly due to their supplier - over which they had no control). The technician was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and on time. I would highly recommend Sarahs Appliance Repair - such great service is, unfortunately, so rare these days.

The only thing that was disappointing was how long it took to get an appointment. It was almost two weeks before a technician could come to our house. However, they were very good on the phone and were as helpful as possible. Jason gave me an arrival window that gave me time to get home. He was there right after I was. Jason was in and out in 15 minutes and our oven works correctly now. He did a great job. Thank you!!

Great experience! The woman who helped me book the appointment was friendly and helpful. On the day of the appointment, the technician called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He arrived right on time and was professional, courteous, and efficient. I was getting a problem with our dishwasher diagnosed first, before deciding on repairs. He clearly explained what was wrong and was honest about the cost to repair versus the value of the dishwasher. Jason was wonderful, our Whirllpool fridge went dark, and the first, obvious fix did not work. Jason did some research and found that this was a common problem and found another work around. We now can see stuff in freezer and fridge! Also, Sarah’s was meticulous about phone and text appointment reminders, and was very responsive about answering calls. I may never buy another Whirlpool appliance, but if I need work done in the future, I will definitely call Sarah’s.

We called them over a month ago to repair a newer Samsung washer thats about a year out of warranty. They were very backed up, but we decided to wait given their positive reviews. They came today and were here for less than ten minutes.The repairman turned it on and told me what I already knew. It didnt work. He then told me that he got an error code that I couldnt see, saying the motor was bad. He never pulled it away from the wall, or bothered to remove the back panel. So its hard to gauge the quality of his diagnosis.He then said it would be at least $800 to repair, so Id be better off buying a new washer. I paid him the $100 for his five minutes of pushing buttons. Then looked up what a new motor would cost.Its a $116 part. So I called customer service and asked how they got from a $116 part to an $800+ repair. Surely labor couldnt be that expensive.They said they couldnt tell me their labor rate because it varies depending on the complexity of the job. Isnt that the point of an hourly rate? More complex jobs take longer. So it kind of works itself out.Anyway, they agreed to send an estimate and its as sketchy as I expected. $150 for the motor. $16 shipping for the motor. (Reasonable so far.) Then they added $190 for what they listed as a motor control. The part is actually the electronic control board. And it would show an error code if it were bad. Then they tacked on $125 for a motor cover. How does he know the cover needs to be replaced having never looked at the one thats there? Then another $209 for labor. Which I would say is reasonable.The whole thing left me with the feeling that they were not interested in doing the repair. It was more profitable to charge $100 for literally nothing.

After my ice maker was inoperable for over 6 months, I called Sarah’s Appliance. They were able to schedule immediately. Thomas the tech called and showed up promptly on the scheduled day. He was quick to troubleshoot the error and replace my ice maker. I must note, after calling Builder Source (where the fridge was purchased) they were going to charge a diagnostic fee of over $100, plus $50 for every 15 min to troubleshoot (yikes)!! I will call Sarah’s for all my future appliance corrections, and will request Thomas.Great experience, and great customer service!

Daniel arrived after calling on the way. He was personable, pleasant and polite. Our dishwasher continued to leak – even after a door gasket replacement from another appliance repair shop. We also thought the dryer might be drying at too high a temperature – we kept seeing little black marks on white sheets. Daniel is not only knowledgeable, but he is curious, enthusiastic and precise. He was as confident and professional and happy to diagnose the problem as any of the best fellow physicians I worked with when I was in practice. They charge you a service fee just to come look at appliances and then you get a quote for possible repairs. $1,500.00 later and the parts are on back order. You don’t realize how important it is the have an appliance until it’s not working anymore. Weeks later we still do not have the repairs needed.

Had a Frigidaire refrigerator where the ice maker was continually icing over. Had multiple other companies come out while in Warrenton, was never completely resolved. Took to the internet and found this was a fairly common issue. Enter Sarahs Appliance repair and a young tech named Daniel. The most respectful, honest and informative tech out of any service call for anything that I have delt with. After a throughput diagnosis and verification of parts, in depth explanation, I wanted him to fix my fridge. I do not thing this refrigerator has worked this well, even when it was new. Had an awesome experience getting our ice machine fixed on our Frigidaire. They were able to come out in a timely manner, even with us living in the East Mountains. Turn around for the part to arrive and them to come back out, was a fast turn around.

DRYER VENT CLEANINGTerrific! Last vent cleaning was about 3 years ago. It was time for another cleaning. Found Sarahs online. Phone receptionist, Megan was very helpful. Alex came today - he called on the way; he was masked, careful, professional, pleasant, efficient, informative, and tidy. He answered all my questions. I learned about air flow measurements (feet per minute) - measured at the end of the dryer vent prior to cleaning and after. He cleaned some lint inside the dryer. We improved our air flow - that should help with dryer efficiency. I know we are lint free and theres no fire hazard. Will certainly call Sarahs when its time for another dryer vent cleaning.

Daniel came out and repaired our Samsung french door refrigerator last week and did a great job. He was on time, very knowledgeable and professional. Our refrigerator section was only getting cool, not cold. He diagnosed the problem correctly before even taking the unit apart.All the parts needed were on his truck and he explained everything as he went and gave us options as to possibly having other things replaced while the unit was apart. He was very careful and left everything clean and COLD.Sarahs is now at the top of our list for any appliance repair.

After seeing their appliance van across the street at our neighbors, I decided they must be worth the wait...and they were!It is nice that they have a cancellation list so my wait ended up a bit shorter.The service tech, Matt, was very professional, friendly and worked expediently to diagnose the problem.They were very reasonable in their service, labor and parts fees.

Waste of $140. My over-the-range microwave oven went dark. It was exactly 3 years old. Repairman said the fuse went out because the door handle latch was broken. Microwave was 3 years old. He said the cost to repair would be $690. The microwave new is $199. I wished I hadnt wasted my money on them.

We have two homes. We have the home we live in and we have a rental property. We have had representatives from Sarah’s work in both our properties. We have always been satisfied. The repair person always showed up on time, was able to perform the proper repairs, and we’ve never had to have them come back for any issues after an appointment. Sarah’s Appliance Repair has always treated us exceptionally well and we highly recommend them.

After experiencing a problem with my 10-year-old washing machine, LG provided two choices of local appliance repair shops. I looked up both companies to check their hours of operation (Sarahs was open until 7 PM; the other place closed at 5 PM) and also checked their Google Reviews (Sarahs had a 4.8 rating out of 185 reviews compared to the other company with less than 30 reviews that were not quite as high). Because of these reasons, Sarahs Appliance Repair was the obvious choice. Not only was I able to call the day my washing machine failed, but I was able to get a repair appointment the following day! They sent out a tech named Parker who was communicative and easy to work with. He was able to change out the drainage pump that day to get us back up and running (in less than 24 hours since it broke). I highly recommend their services!

The first time he couldnt find anything wrong with it despite using two sniffers, one of which he had to go meet someone to get. The smell came back that very night and Sarahs Appliance Repair sent him back out at no cost to try again to find the problem. He brought a new sniffer and found the leak and got it fixed up right. I was very impressed with their customer service and will use them again in the future.

I have been using them for the past 4 years and each time, they have been honest in giving repair pricing which is extremely helpful in deciding whether or not to repair or replace. Our refrigerator died - I called Sarahs on a Tues night & they called back first thing Wed morning & had a repairman to our home by 9am! Parker was great. He diagnosed our problem & gave us the estimate right away. We knew it was going to be bad...the compressor died. But he was also honest & didnt push a repair, and instead, said it was wise to invest in a new refrigerator. DEFINITELY keeping Sarahs as our go to for all future appliance repairs.

They are amazing! Called yesterday to ask for a tech to come and look at my freezer. They were able to fit me in the very next day. The tech showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and even had the part on hand! He fixed it and now my ice maker is working perfectly! Major props to Jason!! Thanks again!
