My first time here was better than expected, the nails turned out beautifully but the price was a bit shocking to me. Understandable, though, considering they used two different acrylic powders and was gel. Long wait, over an hour, but the nails turned out amazing. Side by side comparison of what I wanted and what I got, turned out the same 😊

The service and atmosphere was very nice i felt comfortable soon as i walked in. When my service was started the man that did my pedicure and massage was so amazing. i was falling for the massage made me want to sit and relax even more i definitely recommend this place i got multiple massages plus hot rocks and paraffin wax on my feet for only $45 plus $5 because of French tip my toes look amazing

BK and all of the staff are very professional and courteous. The pedicures and nail service are thebest in town. They take their time and make sure the job is done to perfection. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. I would rather wait in line for hours for their service then to let anyone else touch my nails and feet, it’s worth the wait!! First day I went to get a full set, my nails turned out beautiful and I even got a few compliments on them. A few hours later, one of my rhinestones fell off. I called and asked if I could get my nail fixed and BK agreed. She was great! The next day I went and got the nail fixed and got polish on my toes. I asked the nail tech if he could put a design on my big toe and he ignored my request after I asked a couple of times and put the slides on my feet.

In my honest opinion they did great with the pedicure and nails but they could have been a bit more friendly. I usually tip but the I didnt feel very welcomed at all.

This place always get me right. Tom and BK are the best. They’re the only ones that get my shape right. I’ve never had a bad experience here. The staff is always nice! Honestly the best in Albany. There have been times where I have been to other salons and get a fill in or a full set, once they are done, it looks like I need a fill in already, but not at Angel Nails. They’re a little expensive but I promise it’s worth it!

I have been with Tom for 4 years now and he is the best. BK is amazing too. Very nice and friendly. I cant tell you how many compliments I have gotten about my nails over the years.

My friend went to get a pedicure, she wanted acrylic nails on just the big toes, the man that did her nails seemed to not be able to understand or respond in English so when my friend asked for her toes to not be cut too short he did not abide by her request. Not only were they too short but one was uneven and slanted. When she brought this to his attention she was ignored. She then asked the manager if she could fix it and she hesitantly agreed. instead of using a drill to thin the nail, or soaking the nail in acetone to remove it she just yanked it off, leaving my friend’s real toe thin broken and bleeding. Then proceeded to charge her $35 on top of her original price... this establishment was completely unprofessional if I can give it 0 stars I would. Didn’t even have the decency to offer a bandaid for her bleeding Toe

There fast and does good work

I’ve been doing business with BK & Tom for almost three years now, and they have NEVER disappointed me! My full sets are always on point, and my pedi’s are beyond amazing because to be honest, I have jacked up feet and they get me right. Go see them!

They have worst customer service but they are awesome at doing nails. Just when question one nail tech about design not looking like picture I showed them they were rude and refused to finish my nails and another tech had step in and finish my nails.

I have never been disappointed in the many times I have come here. The environment is very relaxed and warming. When it comes to the nails, they always exceed my expectations. I come in with an idea and they make it a reality and better. They are also very affordable. They even offer a card where you can track your visits and after the sixth visit you get a discount off the next visit.

Went to Angel Nails last night at 4:15. They close at 6. I explained that I was only interested in removing the tips and gel polish from nails and toenails. Tech tried talking me into gel, but I was not interested. Only wanted regular polish and topcoat. She stated the gel would last 2 weeks.Separate Note: my gel polish from Ledo Road Nails 2 weeks ago lasted 2 days before they started chipping. 🤔Unfortunately, my polish is already chipping today. Im not rough with my nails at all. I even added an extra topcoat when I got home last night. Guess Ill go back to doing my own from now on.

I just got a full set from BK and she killed my nails. They look amazing and I now have a nail tech I can see when I come to visit my mom in GA. I 10/10 recommend this place. The employees are also really sweet and ask you as they go if you like or not which I like, because I felt like they cared about how my experience was as well!

I love the way Tom did my nails it was my first time getting my nails done there and I enjoyed it good place nothing bad except when BK stopped me thinking I was a lady she told that they wouldnt serve again lol but its a really good place.

I showed them the design I wanted they didn’t have the exact colors from the picture but used colors similar. Once they was done I FELL in love with the work especially the marble...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I’m definitely a new costumer thank you guys

I came back here to do manicures and hands after a week of work and staff are so sweet and caring! The whole staff make it such a great time. They have a wide selection of colors and designs for you to do! Will be back here manicure for this Christmas!

The person that did my nails was in a hurry. I felt my nails burning a bit when she used the file to remove gel. After the acetone she removed my gel with her own nails, I’ve never seen anything like it.The finishing was ok, with a bit if gel out of my nails, and the shape blah... she didn’t listen. 🤷🏻‍♀️I don’t know if I will come back. I will try other nail salons in the area.

As I write this review, I can tell you this establishment has gone out of business. It seemed like the technicians were not interested in their work and wanted to be somewhere else, doing something else with someone else. Im sorry Kevin had to close but I dont think this shop will be missed very much.

During my pedicure they cut the side of my toenail and I was bleeding. When I pointed it out and said it hurt like hell, she put alcohol on it! Then had an attitude and was most likely talking about me in their language. I didnt deserve that. Its not my fault you cut me.

The only place I get my nails done . They can do any design you want, the massage chairs are brand new, everyone is super friendly, and they do a flawless job every time.Their deluxe spa pedicure is my favorite, because they exfoliate and massage for a really long time!

Paid over $50 for a spa pedicure and the person who did it was in a rush. I asked her to slow down and explained if I wanted a basic rushed pedicure, I would have paid $27 at another nail salon. She was rude and upset after the fact that I asked her not to rush. She has very bad customer service and I’m not happy with my pedicure. I will never come here again.

Pretty nice. They speak English for the most part, so i respect that. The workers are usually pretty nice and will hold a conversation with you.
