I have been a customer for over 10 years and the service is quality without question . I have recommended friends and family to come to shop because the warmest and kindness that has always been shown to me . I have never been disappointed about my visit . I am honored to be a customer of Nail 2 and would not dream of going anywhere . Grade A!!

I don’t even understand why they are still open. My friend and I walked in for a pedicure and a simple repair. The staff was rude and they messed up my & my friend’s nails and wouldn’t fix them. Not only that, but we were still expected to pay full price after refusing to fix our nails. Terrible service. -0/10 would not recommend.

This girl is the rudest I have ever met. Very bad attitude and lazy. This eyebrow was I got is also trash!! Will not be returning here.

I walked in at 4:45pm with my daughter and I was never serviced. My daughter got her feet and nails done as I was suppose to have a 30 min wait. They close at 7pm. They only had 2 people doing nails and at 6:30 one nail tech left which meant I had to wait for the only nail tech. UNPROFESSIONAL I WILL NVR RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION SEND A REVIEW ON ALL MY SOCIAL NETWORKS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Worst nail salon ever!!! I wouldn’t send my dog to this salon to get a pedicure!! The owner is rude and has temper tantrums. He drilled too far in my nail bed and got upset because I told him to stop. Who does that???

Horrible experience.!! Owner or whoever was burning my cuticles so I asked if she actually wanted to do my nails.? She threw my hands and that was all she wrote. I sincerely got my things and left because I was not paying another dime for services that she did not want to render. My deluxe pedicure and eye wax was perfect. All other customer service a dub.

I went to this shop because it is close to my house, but never again...you cannot understand a word they are saying. I asked for a pedicure and removal of the gel polish. The tech started digging around on the side of my toe cutting out what she said was a in grown toenail. My toes bleed and it hurt. Now 4 days later my toes are swollen and very very sore. They honestly look infected. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been a customer at this Nail Salon for over a decade. Kenny is my technician, and he is the best! Every visit is pleasant, and I always get quality service.

Don’t bother to go here!!! Paid $35 to get a pedicure and all the man did was cut the toe nails and get the calculus off. No foot massage no scrub on legs NO NOTHING! The lady said sorry the pedicure lady was off. Poor service!!!

Workers here are awesome.. wouldn’t trade them for nothing else . Keep up the good work guys. Manicure and pedicure always done right!

Ive been coming to nails 2 for two years and this is the first time he has done a horrific job and was very rude. He removed my polish terribly left traces of the previous polish and covered it with acrylic and refused to fix it and told me he doesnt want to do my nails to find another shop. DO NOT ATTEND NAILS 2 HE IS RUDE, CRUEL, AND SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Never again will I step foot in this nail salon. I was there at opening yesterday and has the worsr experience ever! First of all I went in to get ONE nail fixed. The color that I originally have is a baby powder blue . I broke my nail at work .. so my girlfriend and I pull up here to get it fixed . There were only 2 Associates working at the time . A male and a female. I told him the color is a powder not a polish. He said ‘okay, I’ll fix it for you’ so I sat in the seat and he put on the nail tip then grabbed the regular acrylic powder. I stopped him and reminded him that it was the color powder. By this time he’s putting the acrylic on my nail and he paused and said .. ‘my wife is running late .. she has the powder .. I’ll do a silver nail for you ..’ I said ‘yea .. that’s not what I want .’ He kept saying he’ll fix it .. he’ll fix it. Even when I said I didn’t want it .. he put the ugliest glitter polish on my nail and I told him to take it off because I didn’t want it on there . Plus it didn’t look right . Once again I told him I did NOT like it. Then the female pointed to this hideous teal/turquoise color . Instead of him taking the ugly glitter polish off ... He put the color on my nail and I looked at him and said ‘that’s not the same color’ he said ‘It’s gonna look different because it’s not the powder .. okay ?’ The woman was sitting a seat over from me and she was like ‘yea .. okay? . I said no .. I don’t like it .. but he insisted on doing one terrible job . The service was only 5 dollars but it looks terrible .. As soon as my girl and I left I started biting the nail off . He was running his mouth entirely too much instead of listening and paying attention to what his client was telling him . NEVER AGAIN . I only gave it one star because without a star I can’t submit a rating . But explore other options .. because my veery first visit was also the last.

Told manager I didnt like my nails she told me to come back in a week. She said it had already taken 30 mins to polish. I will NEVER get my nails done there again

Dont waste your money here. They dont take time to actually do your nails. Just want to take your money and get you out asap so they can go back to watching videos on thier phones. Been here twice and its the same thing, they will also make you pre-pay for your nails...

Terrible service i will not go back again most of the workers are very rude and my nails were not neat.

Been going here for years, its like home for me and right beside Sallys Beauty. I can knock two things out without moving my cat.

They have reasonable prices but my mom nails were messy they left excess nail polish around her fingers an still did a poor job with cleaning the polish off the nails also was very thin.

They really know how to treat their customers they listened and they execute very well

Showed the picture of what I wanted and got something totally different and was no use in auguring with him tried telling him thats not even what I wanted . I dont recommend at all. My daughters nails didnt look good either the entire time we both felt rushed and was overcharged.

This is literally the most substandard establishment I have ever frequented. The owner was supposed to do my nails. I asked for 2 pedicures and manicure for my mother and a dip (sns) for me. He says okay. But he started with the electric file for my nails. Ummmm....dip doesn’t need the electric file to remove anything. I tell him that generally they soak it off. He tells me that he doesn’t do his like that. My response...Today you will. So he gets the bowl for soaking and tells me that it will be 5$ to take off. My response....how are you gonna charge me for something that is apart of the process?STOP the process!!!!! NOW!!!!!!!Garbage place, garbage owners and garbage service.
