Amazing hair cut and color! My stylist Trinity made me feel special, her focus was on me! I walked out looking and feeling beautiful!

Casey cut my hair and she did an AMAZING job. She was friendly, and welcoming and the end result was everything I was hoping for.I see Mary Kate monthly for waxing and she is FANTASTIC. She is so kind and so caring and always so fun to talk to. She is detailed and takes pride in her work. LOVE this place.

Very comfortable and safe. The steps beyond professional and informed, yet friendly. Looking forward to more interacting with Nena and her trained skills. Yes!

Best day spa in Albany! I go there for everything - hair cut and color, massage, brow maintenance, spa pedicures and nails. So many talented providers!!

This is an amazing place to go if youre looking for a great massage! They have awesome showers and a sauna that you can use before or after the massage. Theyre very friendly and good at the work they do.

They could not schedule me for two months and then would not refund my money on the gifts card I was given. Forcing me to lose the money or go to their salon where they have not been kind to me. It doesn’t seem like I fit their clientele and they don’t seem to want to work with me. None of their website or brochures state the gift card is non refundable.

It was my first time going to Level 3 Salon & Spa. I made an appointment with Echo to do a full set of acrylics for my birthday, and I love them! They turned out really well for her only doing nails for five months! Will come again. :)

I was in the salon a month ago for hair style. A customer was not wearing a mask. The sign on their door states everyone must wear a mask. After my appointment, I called the manager and reported that customers were not wearing masks upstairs were I got my hair done. She assured me that everyone must wear a mask. I stated I could not be a customer unless people wore masks. She guaranteed that would be taken care of and everyone would be wearing a mask and that was their policy. I was there again today and again people were not wearing masks. Unsafe for customers there. I will not return. I will also be reporting them to OSHA/health dept.

They did a great job helping my wife get her hair styled. She was nervous but they took the time to reassure her about their cleanliness and had an amazing time!

Casey did such an amazing job with my hair! I got a balayage and I feel like a million bucks. Definitely recommend!

I got a full color weave and cut by Casey Lackey. She put a lot of work and time into it. She listened to what I was wanting and gave some excellent feedback! She was very flexible working with my work schedule and went above and beyond my expectations. By the time it was finished it looked incredible and I felt made-over. Even after two months, I still admire the color work. Definitely recommend it!

My significant other got me a massage, facial and nails package for my birthday! It was amazing! The dry spa was a perfect start and end to my overall day! I’ve been back for massages twice and would highly recommend any service provided here, as the girls are wonderful and know how to make you feel pampered!

Went in for facial and the lady literally didnt finish left me in the room alone and I didnt come back another lady came in to have me reschedule and leave.. then didnt have anything available for me to come when I had time.

Excellent! I had an appointment with Sarah and she was absolutely wonderful! She loves what she does, so it makes it so enjoyable to be there. Great prices. Great atmosphere. Ill be spreading the word about this place and Ill be going back often!

After being passed around from stylist to stylist at Fourteenth Ave (with subpar results) I finally decided to try a new Salon. I was booked with Casey for highlights, a cut & to correct the brass left in my hair from my previous stylist. I was more than pleased with the results. She took her time, explained the process to me throughout & delivered excellent results! I won’t go anywhere else.The overall cost was $50 above the over the phone quote by the receptionist... but let me say the work done was more than worth it!!!

I don’t usually write reviews but I felt like this is one that should be mentioned. About 5 years ago I moved up here and decided to give this salon a chance. I have been getting a Brazilian waxed for year and explained to the lady what type of wax works best for me, but she decided to do her own thing despite what I had said. Let’s just say after about 40 mins of her saying “I’m so sorry I am tearing your skin and I can’t remove the wax” I was sent home, wax still attached, and asked to come back the next day in hopes she could remove it then. She said the oil from my skin should loosen the wax. I returned the next day, leaving with no good results and charged the full amount for the service. I vowed never to return. Last spring I received a voucher from a friend for a facial. Reluctantly I booked the facial. My appointment was at 1115 and here I sit 1207 with no facial because the aesthetician is not answering her phone. I received a very polite “I am so sorry we can’t do anything for you” and was sent on my way. Sadly this is not the place I’d recommend to anyone. I would say save your money and try somewhere else before coming to Level 3.12/27/19 Update: I had received a phone call earlier this week with an apology. I was offered a complimentary massage and facial. I scheduled my facial for later but did make it for the massage with Sara Allen. She did a wonderful job and they were all so kind. I did rebook with Sara and plan on returning for my facial. I have changed my 1 Star to 4.

My friend got her lashes done here by janel and had an allergic reaction. She had to go to someone else at a different salon to get them taken off not even two days after getting them put on. She told janel and was not offered a refund or for them to be redone in a different glue. She also was told before her appointment it was only going to cost $99 but she ended up charging her $180... I do not recommend.

This is my 2nd time receiving a prenatal massage by Sara. She made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure she knew where all my aches and pains were. When I needed to adjust she made sure everything felt right and gave me time to settle back in. I left feeling more relaxed. I cant wait to go back.

Very nice upscale atmosphere. Part of the spa is downstairs, which has a very relaxing vibe. The locker room is clean and has a nice sauna. Ive seen two different masseuses and a facialist and have loved every experience. They occasionally have deals on Groupon, and it was not a hassle at all to use the Groupon deal I purchased for my facial. Everyone Ive seen has been highly knowledgeable in addition to providing a relaxing experience.

The providers are all very professional and very you walk out on a cloud. My facial from Echo yesterday was wonderful. I didnt know a facial could encompass your whole body. When she wrapped the warm towels on my feet, it was heaven. Everyone needs bodywork for good health and this salon and spa is about feeling inner as well as outer beauty. If you dont live in Albany coming here would make it way worth the trip, lovely experience.

My partner and I had a great couples massage there, and even though it was both our first time getting a professional massage, we highly enjoyed it. We were lucky enough to get an appointment on the day, and were greeted by friendly staff and amazing smells. The building itself is rather confusing to navigate, but the staff helped show us around and waited for us to make sure we got to where we were supposed to be, without making us feel stressed or pressured. We even got our own locker room to get dressed and undressed in before and after the massage, which was a nice touch.The whole atmosphere, especially on the lower floor, was calm and relaxing, from the scents to the music and lighting. The massage itself was amazing, with heated massage tables to hot towels, and of course, great masseuses. They both talked quietly and asked for feedback with regards to things as pressure, which made the whole experience tailored towards our own needs and level of comfort. Would highly recommend.

I go to see Brooke. She always remembers the colors I like and what I want to do to my hair. If I ever feel like changing it up I just give her an idea of what I like and she makes it happen. I have used her for wedding up-dos, hair cuts, colors and styling. She has stopped me from doing things that would cause excess damage to my hair or that would have probably not looked good with my shape of face. I cannot recommend her enough.

I went and got a massage by Sara Allen and it was just a wonderful and an amazing experience, I highly recommend this salon. I love this salon... It just lift all of the stress off your body! I DEFINITELY will be coming back!

Okay. I wish I didnt have to give them 1 star.I went there for a bridal package. At first I got a massage which was great! And then a full body scrub which was also great because Echo was amazing and very nice. Sadly, after I got done with lunch, I went to go get my nails done. My bridesmaids had already gotten their nails done but by a couple different people. One of them got theirs done by a girl named Tammy and one of them was crooked. I thought itd be fine.Then I get my nails done by her and they are so messed up. She didnt seem to know what she was doing. She put way too much glue on my tips and didnt put enough acrylic or too much so that it was very un even. She didnt even bother to file them. Then she went to blow her nose, and didnt wash her hands.I wouldnt recommend getting your nails done here ever !!

Was looking for a new hairstylist and decided to check out Level 3 after hearing rave reviews from some friends. I went to Tammy and shes absolutely great. Ill definitely continue going back.

Kristi gave me an amazing custom massage to target my problem areas. It was very intense but she definitely knows what she is doing and I am 100% coming back to continue getting treatment. I would highly recommend her if youre trying to target very knotted muscles.My only criticism about the spa/salon itself is that it feels more like just a salon and not so much a relaxing spa. My suggestion would be some meditation music in the locker rooms to drown out the high energy music upstairs and more aromatherapy smells. Possibly lower lighting. But thats just being really picky. This place is wonderful.

Have had the opportunity to try many wonderful services at Level 3. My massage treatments with Christie Ocheske and Sara Allen were wonderful. Have gotten may hair and nails done too! Great place to be pampered by friendly professionals in a beautiful atmosphere.

Albany is so lucky to have such a gem of a salon in Historic Downtown! Full service and professional! You cant beat it! And the salon is absolutely gorgeous and everyone is so nice and they are artists with passion! Thanks ladies! I alway have a great time!

If could give this salon 100 stars I would! This is the absolute best place to go. I brought my whole wedding party and family members for all sorts of treatments. Jake is an amazing hair stylist who made my wedding day hair absolutely perfect! Holly and Tammy made mine and my bridemaids nails fantastic!Meribeth made my make up gorgeous! Jesse was so sweet and was a huge help at setting up everything I asked for and making sure my wedding experience with their salon was the best it could ever be! Anyone looking for the queen experience this is the place for it! Thank you to everyone who helped with all of my requests!

Went there yesterday and they didnt get my appointment right as far as what i requested and I was told that Im out of luck unless i come back another day. The stylist was a nice lady that felt bad but that doesnt make up for the fact that i cleared my schedule to get my hair cut and colored with a friend from out of town and they didnt care enough to fix there mistake. I will never go back.

Regarding their nail services: I would NOT suggest Level 3 downtown. I had my daughters birthday party there and they called me Friday morning (before our Saturday morning appt for 4 girls mani/pedis) to confirm the appt and to inform me that I was quoted the wrong price and it was going to be over double the cost. I couldnt find anywhere else to go with less than 24 hours notice of course, so I showed them my emails that proved the quote I was given and they said, Oh well, sorry. I dont know what to tell you. That girl doesnt work here anymore because she was a horrible receptionist. They came down a little in price but were super rude to my girls, made me feel like I was nickel and dimeing them and I ended paying about $100-$150 more than I expected. They could have at least treated the girls well. I tried calling to talk to the owner, he called me once, I called him back and left a message and havent heard from him since. Normally I wouldnt post something so nasty and detailed about a business, but I did my due diligence to get the problem solved and I was treated about with the same respect that I was given the day of the appt. It was completely humiliating and I will never go back.

Can I just live here? Seriously, I had horrible neck issues that were causing me headaches and constant pain. I went to a chiropractor and my regular doctor and still found no relief. ONE session with Christie and I was sooo much better. After three massages in a few weeks I was completely well and I found the cause! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and gave me stretching exercises to do at home. I have not had one problem since. Amazing.Not to be too lengthy but I have also had incredible haircuts, color and mani/pedis by Karli. She brings sunshine to your day!
