This place gives amazing service! Staff is friendly, pays attention to detail, and I always leave satisfied. Micheal is my tech and hes amazing! Ive never had better work done on my nails. EVER! He always does exactly how I want them. And my pedis are always on point! I love that hes able to multi-task! All In all, money well spent. Try them, you wont be disappointed.

Bliss Nail Salon has been my nail salon for 4 years now. I am leaving Albany this weekend, and I so wish I could take the nail salon with me!!! I went to this Nail salon today for the very first time. I went because of the reviews online. I must say that the nail tech name Michael did a great job. I got a fill in on my nails. I also had Leann wax my eyebrows and she did exactly what i ask of her. Shape them thin. All in all great experience. Will be back soon.

Made an appointment for my elderly mom..let them know she is not good waiting..I waited 20 minutes after appointment time..got a dry dried her feet and left..if you want to be walk ins only..do not take appointments..

Never in my life have I paid to take off my own nail polish! I was seated at a station and given a bowl to soak my nails in. Then I was told to use to paper towel that was in the bowl to take off my polish & pick a color after I removed the current polish... No, that’s why I’m here, to pay for my nails to be done by a “professional”. Never again will I go to this place or recommend it to anyone.

They agreed to help me after my nails was half done by another nail shop that was very rude, I was turned down by several shops or questioned severely by other shops as if I committed a crime for leaving... not one time did bliss ask me why, they just finished and fixed my 2 daughters nails .... I’m glad I ended up at Blissful Nails. They opened at 9am, before most nail shops that open at 10am. I was in a rush and headed out of town, so I decided to come here since they opened earlier. They were up and running a few minutes before 9am! I was greeted with welcoming spirited people. I got a pedicure-gel and full set-gel. The atmosphere was inviting, quiet, and very relaxing. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

A wonderful experience every time I visit! I mostly make visits to get my eye brows waxed and the staff always takes awesome care of me! My favorite is Sophia (I believe thats her name) she took her time and did a fabulous job on my eyebrows! She even trimmed them up for me and even put more eye pencil back on me so I would be ready for work! They are so sweet and you cant beat their prices! Highly recommend this nail salon! :)

Clean and employees are friendly. Some nail salons have staff that can speak very little English. Bliss is NOT that salon. They have some excellent nail artists.

My co-worker referred me to Bliss so I decided to treat my mom. She loved it!!! They took their time on her feet and and actually massaged them instead of just sticking them in the water and leaving. When I say you get your moneys worth, you do! They take pride in their work. I will definitely be going back!

Went in with damage from another nail salon. The removed the mess and repaired my nails. But my nails are thin and the repair broke the next week. I went in and explained, they removed repaired and put double product on. My nails are beautiful for the holidays. They alson gave me a Christmas gift! I spend lots of money in make up, hair, and nails to look my best. Not one of the places that I spend hundreds of dollars have ever give Me a gift til now. Thank you Bliss Nails, you made my Christmas !!!!

I am an Albany native who was recently visiting from Los Angeles. I chose this place because of the decent reviews. However, my experience was anything but blissful. I went in for a manicure, and was still harassed about a full set. I had to forcefully tell the technician that I did not want a set of long, fake, tacky nails. It seems as if they only specialize in slapping on acrylic or gel, because she butchered my cuticles. Afterwards, I received the tackiest nail polishing job ever. She missed spots and actually applied another coat of nail polish over the top coat! Who does that? It looked like someone had suffered a stroke while polishing my nails. Then she told me my nails were dry after ten minutes of holding them above a built-in fan at her station, which was blowing out lint balls. Reluctantly, I grabbed my purse to leave and one of my already tarnished nails messed up even more. When I asked her to fix it, she lapsed into Vietnamese, which I happen to speak conversationally. She was more that shocked when I was able to translate what she had said to her co-worker. She complained about having to do one nail over? She was lucky that I had prior engagements. Otherwise, I would have had her do the entire job over again. I could have had more luck letting my 87 year old grandmother polish my nails. If youre into healthy NATURAL nails, this is not the place to go. However, if long fake ghetto nails with designs is your thing, your experience will be delightful. The only reason I gave this place one star is because zero stars isnt an option.

I have had two experiences within the last month that were horrible. If you cannot speak Vietnamese, don’t go. Twice, I asked them not to put gel polish on my nails. They ignored my request both times and did it anyway. I was overcharged for services. I was not thanked, accommodated and the service was not worth the money. Unless you have money to waste, I would recommend going somewhere else.

I came here for a deluxe pedicure, but got butchered instead. It was like having an inexperienced dentist work on my feet, except with no laughing gas. I am sure this individual was a torturer in a previous life. I got up in left when he drew blood from my toe by digging and cutting it.Not even Im sorry no apology, nothing.

Isnt the same place since kelvin left. The new owner ( Linda) did my nails and it ended up horrible. She rushed through and didnt apply the gel properly. Went back to have them fixed because they were shaped badly and lifting already. She ended up refunding me. Now u have to pay and have them done over / removed . If you want quality work and experience this isnt the place. Also Ive had pedicures done there and he rushed my husband got better service with his pedicure.

Friendly atmosphere and skilled workers.

Service is TERRIBLE. They hurdle you in to have you sit for an hour. I seen multiple people walk out. I went to get a gel manicure and the man wasnt going to cut my cuticles. When I asked him to he pulled out gross tools and proceeded to cut my cuticles while my nails were dry! Extremely painful. I was going to get a pedicure as well however left. I will never return.

This was the worst nail salon that Ive ever been to. They cut me on all my fingers and they didnt even paint my nail all the way. A few days into having my nails done . The paint fades and starts peeling . This place is literally booboo. Dont go! It doesnt even deserve a star! I only put a star so I can write a review.

I went in yesterday and asked specifically for gel nails. What I got was acrylic with a coat of gel polish.When I saw the tech go to dip a brush in powder I said Oh no, I dont want acrylic the response I got was Thats gel powder from a girl na med Karina. I didnt really believe her and I should have asked to see the container that the powder came in.After I got home I did some research and found out that this process (rip off) is performed quite often in salons where they will put acrylic on and a coat of gel polish and charge you for gel nails. I even went and asked another salon if there was acrylic on my nails and they said that there was in fact acrylic on my nails with a gel polish on top.I went back to Bliss this morning right after they opened and spoke to the owner to tell her that her tech lied to me and asked for a refund and for them to take the acrylic off.She (the owner) got extremely rude and raised her voice to me and said that the only reason I wanted a refund is because I got my nails done to go out partying for a night. Seriously?I dont have time to party because I have a family and I am in college. I havent partied since my early 20s. But that is besides the point.She refused to refund me after I called them out on being dishonest.I left Bliss and went to my regular nail salon (where I shouldve gone to begin with) and got the acrylic removed.STAY AWAY FROM BLISS IF YOU WANT TRUE GEL NAILS.Stay away from them period because they are not truthful and are not even the slightest bit professional.

The service was slow, and the workers had an attitude. I came in on a Tuesday, by Wednesday (the next day) a whole nail came off with the gel set this was my first and last time coming.

They did not clean from underneath toe nails well; tried to cover w/ polish. Left polish on skin around toes & over charged me for two people. Have NOT & will NOT return!

Used MMA Acrylic. Very bad, banned in certain states.

There prices are never the same.. Each visit same thing different price not going back.
