Erica is personable and professional ... its a walk-in shop and there were some guys ahead of me so I got to watch her work, shes an artist, she cares about what shes doing ... Dont recommend at all. Very unprofessional and unsafe.No postings of mask regulations anywhere that I could see. The barber was not wearing a mask, and most of the people in the room werent either. She had 6 people (2 kids) in a waiting room. Me and one other person was wearing a mask. I walked out after assessing the situation for a few minutes. Will never go back.

I went in for a hair cut and shampoo and came out very pleased. I was treated well and feel the price is right on target. It is first come first serve so on occasion there may be a little wait, but it is worth it.

Hands down the best place to go for a cut! Great prices and probably one of the only places in town that can do a proper fade. Erika is always willing to get me in for a cut and accommodate my flexible schedule! Plus getting a cold beer with your haircut isnt bad either !

Ive always gone to great clips and sometimes they do great, sometimes they do bad. Ive only been to this place once, but the woman did a great job, and the hair wash and straight razor shave were nice bonuses. I would absolutely recommend this barber shop.

Very good experience. The lady cutting my hair (Erika?) was very attentive, and took extra time to make sure everything looked good.

The service was fine, but nobody went out of their way to be friendly. The haircutter seemed a little unsure of herself. (Upon further inspection at home, she didnt cut my hair to part where it naturally wants to, either.) They have an air hockey table, but there arent even any pucks. To top it all off, the interior is packed with rude stickers and signs, such as Hillary for Prison. Not sure what purpose they have in a barbershop.

The customer expierence was poor. The woman was unfriendly to my family and husband who was getting the haircut. When he showed the haircut he wanted she was unfriendly and said well we are in Oregon and thats the norm around here. I feel regardless your thoughts on the hair style you should not make the client who is paying $18 for a haircut feel their style is just like everyone else who comes in. The stylist (which I found out was Erica) did not smile, did not offer a beverage to my husband as the sign and reviews said but had no problem offering a smile and beverage to a single gentleman who walked through the door. I do not agree with selective treatment. We will not be coming again after our first experience there. We felt we wanted to leave just as soon as we got there. Also if you happen to leave a bad review via their facebook page, they will hide the post but have nice comments to good reviews yet ignoring mine. I have been in customer experience for many years and this was far from it, just because you have a air hockey table, coloring books, toys and a game doesnt mean you should slack on the ever so important, customer service.
