Ive gone here twice since I started working at the plaza and I gotta say clearly the best haircut Ive ever had. Its awesome to find someone like Peter who clearly enjoys his job. He takes him time and even gives you pointers on how to maintain your hair. I cant emphasize enough on how much better my experience was vs. other generic places that cut my hair in less than 5 minutes.

Ive been going to a small old school barber shop in Troy for a while, but Patsys in the concourse is closer to my work. I figured Id give it a try since it was close and had a similar vibe that I liked.Mack was really personable and professional. He took his time and checked in often to make sure I was getting what I wanted. It showed that he takes pride in his work and in the shop in general.The ambience was classic barbershop with sleek modern updates. The bay rum is made from scratch from a secret recipe and smells amazing. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean cut and tailored experience.

Ive been going to Patsys for over a year now and have had a few different barbers cut my hair and trim my beard. I decided I was going to go after the whole New year, new me cliche, and I want to give Peter at the concourse location a huge shout out for bringing that to life. He has a huge attention to detail and even gave me some useful tips on the different ways I could style my hair in the future. Every barber here is going to give you your moneys worth, but I came out feeling like I could take on anything that 2019 throws at me. Thank you Peter!

Been going here to get my haircut from Peter. It always looks awesome and he always seems stoked to cut hair. Its refreshing to see someone so happy about their craft. The location is super convenient and the early hours makes it doable to go before work. Walk in or book in with Peter, you wont regret it.

Patsys does a great job and the staff is always friendly. Ive had Peter cut my hair for the past couple times and I love the way my cuts have been coming out! He makes me feel really comfortable in the shop. Everyone who works there knows what theyre doing!

I stopped by on my lunch break for a quick and convenient haircut. Patsys provided great service and attention to detail that is difficult to find. While they may not be cheapest cut you can get in Albany, their quality should encourage you to check the shop out.

Brent was awesome!! So entertaining and excellent keeping my 2 year old son engaged. My sons biggest challenge was overcoming being tickled by the clippers.
