Horrible customer service, the salon was empty, I believe it was the owner talking loud on the phone, the whole time I was there, I felt like walking out but decided to stay. Not relaxing at all

Just made my nails there for the first time and definitely not gonna be back. Bad work every. I still have nail polish at my cuticle.

Do not come here they don’t know how to do nails correctly and there so over priced

Great atmosphere. Clean salon! Been coming for awhile and have always loved it but the new owners have also made some great improvements. Will be come back here!!

Was amazing! I wish I lived closer bc it would be the only salon I would visit. I made an appointment same day 2 & a half hours before we were going and it was super easy to get ahold of them and to schedule the appointment. We had a party of 5 for pedicures and two acrylic nail sets, we arrived 35 minutes early and they took us almost as soon as we got there no problems. The owners were amazing, very nice and helpful and treated us like special guests. Everyone was very satisfied with what they got in our group! Will definitely go back if Im in the area again!!

This was the worst establishment I’ve ever been to in my life, it’s dirty and the staff are rude. I left before she finished.

I love Happy Nails. She does a great job! The prices here are mid and modest. Its a busy yet comfortable atmosphere. Im excited to see their new bigger location next month in the same shopping center. You wont regret it give them a try.

I would definitely come back here again. I cant speak for others but my experience with Happy Nails Salon was amazing. My technician was fast, steady and attentive to her work. Whenever she felt like she made a mistake she quickly corrected so if you have a problem during the session and they then know so they can correct the mistakes on site. They make sure you are comfortable and hydrated. Ill see you soon.My nail tech, was incredibly talented and the whole staff was welcoming and courteous. My friends gel polish was flawless.Awesome experience, tons of colors, very clean, owners are super sweet and professional! Ill be back!!

Nail salon located in a great place. Nail salon is clean & very welcoming.But very unprofessional behavior from some of the staff members. That is unfortunately Including the owner as well.Will not be returning nor would I recommend

A beautiful, clean place...a small oasis in the city.I stopped in for a full treatment pedicure after a long day. It was about an hours worth of pampering. Very professional and attentive.Ill be back!

They did not cut my cuticle down and they tried to act like they forgot to give me my fifteen dollar change

Yall,I have been going to and everyone that I have seen there is amazing but I recently discovered the very talented . I have been seeing her consistently for several months now and my nails have never looked better. She is a true artist and the sweetest woman ever. They really takes their time to make sure our feet look perfect. I get my nails done all the time in Alameda and they always do a great job. Whenever Im in Alameda I drive 30 mins to go see them because their pedicures are the best in town!

Disappointed. I tried on several occasions but I cant find anything positive to say other than its close to my house. Yesterday was the last straw. They demanded payment as soon as services were rendered and before my nails were dry but forgot to give me my change. When I got it, I was short $10. My nails werent filled properly, thankfully I checked before polishing so it could be fixed. The jets in the salon chair werent turned on making my pedicure more of a foot bath and when I asked about it, the explanation was unintelligible. The cherry on top was that the control to the massage chair was no where to be found. No more chances for this salon, next time Im going further afield.

Overall I think if youre reading this review then you should just go ahead and make an appointment!Mimosa and wine while youre waiting for an amazing experience! Ive converted to the place for my nails and my lashes! And I cant wait to bring my other friends!😛😛😛😛😛🌳🌳🌳🌳🌳

Great ladies, clean, good work, and very hospitable.

I went in with my sister, she got acrylics and I just requested gel nail polish over my natural nails. The lady with the long hair did a good job on my sisters acrylics, but the other lady with the short hair and glasses totally messed up something as simple as painting my nails. It had bubbles, it was bumpy not to mention it was all over my skin and she couldnt even clean it up for me. My OCD got the better of me and I managed to peel it all off in 10 minutes. Requested a refund but I figured that wouldnt happen, they said they would fix it but why would I waste even more of my time? Cant believe I wasted 30 dollars on this..

Ive been coming here for over a year. They are always very busy after 5 or 6 pm. So I tried other nails salons and wasted money. Needless to say Im back for good. When I get my gel manicure and regular pedi they lasts up to three weeks. Where as other salons only two or three days. So the time, attention and quality of service and products are will worth the money you spend. They have a customer for life. Ive altered my schedule so I can be seen when its not as many people which means peace and quiet.

Lan was funny and has a beautiful spirit that complements her work. I really enjoyed my pamper me pedicure experience.

Quality is good but not great.

I went there with high exceptions but i was ok. They did a good job with the nails it was clean but the only thing is that about 2 month later they were still like all there only maybe 1 or 2 chips this could be good or bad but for me is was bad because i had to take them of for a special action but tried so hard and they would NOT come off.

In all it’s just really bad, they can’t apply acrylic the right way they, left some chunks in the nails and the shape is also pretty bad it was unsanitary the ladies are all talking to each other instead of focusing and answer calls they don’t take their time as soon as someone walks in they pass you to another person to finish off And the nails that I got were so simple and could not even do it right the texture and look we’re way off.

This is by far the friendliest nail place ive ever been!!! The environment is so chill****

Do Not Waste Your Money!!!! Terrible Work, Terrible Customer Service. They did Manicures & Pedicures on me and 3 of my family members. We got Gel Manis & Pedis. They are way OVER PRICED FOR THE WORK THEY DO. They start and stop the job, different people take over, They are rude they waste your time I soaked my feet for 1 hour and they still hadnt started my pedicure. To add Insult to Injury they will chase you down repeatedly asking for tips not just one for them, but for the other people they sent to finish the job they started, I love to tip when you do a job worth tipping.Terrible Work...

Went once it was horrible my nail came off like the next day wen back to tell them they wanted to charge me again do I went to a different place to get my set re done. Never went back there.

The worst nails spa in my entire life. Rushing, 3 different people made my nails in 5 minutes, a joke.

They don’t know how to shape for shit I asked for long and she got so upset that she took of the fake nails and ripped them with her fingers she also couldn’t do ombré she painted 2 colors and blended it with her nails
