A friend recommended this place, so I decided to get my bridal nails done here, and I am very happy! I gave the technician a picture and she knew just what to do. Its a very clean gel manicure and I am pleased. I made an appointment for 6pm and we were walking to our car around 830, so be prepared for it to take a while, they are a busy shop! Luckily, there are coffee shops, restaurants and bars nearby - my mom got bored and went to find a beer.

It was my first time at classy nail spa; I was expecting sun para and instead got amazing staff that went above and beyond to give me the look I wanted.Not to mention the quality of the products 😆😆🎯. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had at a nail salon in a long time.I plan to make classy nail spa my only shop.Thanks again for the great glow in the dark full set.And Chanel pedicure.

Made a same day appointment and they were very accommodating and professional. My technician was amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she surpassed all expectations!! They came out even prettier than the picture. I will definitely be frequenting this establishment going forward. Thank you!

Excellent service and they give me exactly what I want every time. Short acrylic nails painted with a pink gel color. Toe nails with a non clear pink french tip style or just 1 color. They are super fast too. I am in and out in 1 hour for my acrylics and pedicure combined. Always leave a happy camper. 😊

Classy nails had poor customer services and I was very disappointed on how they treated me. I was racially profiled due to the fact that I’m an African American women. I went in to get service and was greeted very rude. The wait was very long and after a while no one came to check up on me after they told me it was going to be a 15 to 20 min wait, not only that they accused me of smoking weed in their restroom, knowing I wouldn’t do no such thing as smoking weed in a nail salon.I’ve been a regular customer so to be approach with that was not only mind blowing but very offensive. I hope they take from this review to do better with their customer service and how they approach their customers.

So this was interesting. We asked for two manicures and two pedicures. They said yes and immediately put us in chairs. They started out feet soaking in hot water which was great. Unfortunately they did my friends entire pedicure before touching me. They started with my manicure and all along my feet were in cold water. By time they did my feet the water was freezing. The girl didn’t notice until almost done and offered me hot water but I said no since it was almost done. Our manicures turned out good...my heels could have used a little more work. Fast forward we go to a restaurant down the street for lunch. I spilled the cold water on my friend hands and her nails changed color. They gave her MOOD polish! I think she should have been warned that the color she picked was mood polish. When the two colors changed they didn’t match each other. We still had a good time. The massage chair was great for relaxing. (Her nails by the way are suppose to be the green color)

Busy and waited for a long time but it was fine because they were upfront about it in the beginning, so we knew what we were getting into. Nails done so well and they were nice and polite. Very accommodating but be prepared to pay tips in cash or from Venmo. A pretty small salon but theres a reason why they get so much business. Will probably go get my nails done here again.

Bad customer service, and overbooked! ANTS!I made my appointment a week in advance for 2 mani pedis. I show up and no one greeted us, all techs were helping others. I had to exclaim I had an appointment they sat us down and shuffled around. to get us someone (Waited 7 min).I asked to techs for the nail color samples to give us enough time to choose. I was ignored and then told by 2nd tech to wait a min, but I only got the samples once they were ready to do my toenails and I was pressured to pick ASAP.When my pedi was being done there were ANTS! I told the tech and she just brushed them onto the soaking bath!!! Two techs were using the same cart to carry their tools and they mixed them up too!The tech painted my toenails with the color chose for the mani (light pink). First coat on, looks white! okay.. Ill give the benefit of the doubt til it dries, I thought.color was wrong!, I told the tech and instead of apologizing and fixing she said it was my fault for picking the wrong type of nail polish (!)? Then I said NO MANI for me please, you aint taking NO MORE OF MY MONEY.Also, the whole time I was there not once did they turn down a walk in or a call-in, they purposely overbook it seems. A few people were flustered and walked out because of the wait (they were told no wait).CASH OR VENMO only, ATM machine is out of service.BTW this is my 2nd time here, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, sealed the deal now for sure, never going here again.

Classy Nails was wonderful. They were super busy today and I had to wait a while. Once they were able to start on my nails, they got me in and out quickly. The results were worth the wait. Love it!

This place is so good! My nails are perfect, the shape, the sharpness everything is smooth I love it. I just moved to Oakland and very picky with my nails this is the first place I went to and they did great! Found my new nail shop on the first try and the staff is so nice and friendly 😊

Great pedicure. This place is always packed, so I could only assume how good they were. I know loads of people always complain about the service at nails salons, as in rude workers, or talking about customers, but service to me at a nail salon is the quality of the service. The deluxe pedicure was well worth it. Great massage, she put some TLC into scrubbing and cleaning up my feet. I love the hot towels and the paraffin dip. Very gentle and did a great job on the polish job. Make sure you tell them right away what kind of pedicure you want, apparently I did not tell them early enough I wanted a deluxe and I missed a few steps of the deluxe pedicure. They prefer cash, but take card. Nice selection of polishes.

Made an appointment for sep. 18th at 12pm. They said it was a great time to come because they arent busy (Services are outside). Upon arrival every seat was full and other women started showing up for that same time. I asked for a full set gel. Thats what I got but every nail came out a different shape and looked horrible honestly. I usually wont leave reviews like this but I dont want others having that same experience they are nice employees but save your money. Everything was completely rushed. My nails are already lifting and some of the gel has chipped off. A waste of time and $50 (thats tip included)

This place is good, you can show them a picture and they can make your nail or nail design. Its always packed i recommend making a appt., more often then not i wont be seen at the time because of the volume of walk-ins.

I came to this place because Google did he shop was open at 7, which I need. Well, Im standing outside the dark shop and nobody is here. I just wasted a Lyft here. There is a piece of tape covering their opening time on the storefront.

Horrible place. First off they will have you waiting up till 3-4 hours to finish your nails. My friend and I arrived at 12:30 and didn’t get seated till 1:30. One of the employees helped us out for 10 min and left and continued to help customers that had just walked in. She had me seated for 30! Minutes waiting for someone to continue my nails and then they would come back and help for another 10 min and leave and help another costumer. It is very frustrating and unprofessional and they should hire more staff. I was seated at 1:30 and didn’t leave until 3:45 and most of the time they WERE NOT helping me out. It is also a robbery because for a regular acrylic set it is $35 and they charged me $39. They have very poor customer service and are RUDE! NEVER AGAIN

They Really give a good manicure and pedicure especially for men. I leave there feeling like 1 million bucks every time. Highly recommend

I called a day before and they were very accommodating by giving me an appointment the next morning.They were pretty busy but they still saw us very close to our appointment time. We had two fills done and color change. Rose did an amazing job with my nails and she was also really friendly, engaging, and informative. My best friends nails also looked great. They had great attention to detail. I would visit them again, maybe try a pedicure this time.I didnt give the place a 5 star because the place was very busy so I felt rushed in and out. I also felt it was a little higher priced.

A girl in here name be was really good at hooking my nails up. I decided to get metallic gel. The nail samples are all in one container together and they dont tell you until the last moment that metallic cost more, they probably dont get it very often so when you actually dont want to tell you it cost more they just want you to get it, but my nails did turn out great so I cannot complain and I also have the funds to do it so it did not irritate me

I live in Alameda, I used to be a client every 2 weeks, but not anymore. Do not make an appointment because it is useless, attend one by one. They do not respect if you have an appointment, they are only interested in serving as many people as possible, you must have to wait up to 1 hour, so be prepared to wait!!The prices are fine, but now I prefer to pay a little more and not waste my time waiting.

My last visit was the worst! My daughter and I went to get nails and feet done, only to have me sat in spa chair for 1.5 hours, wirh my feet soaking, only to be told I was not going to be able to get pedicure😤. They do not have adequate customer service skills nor time management skills. However, Hannah is an awesome nail tech; this horrible experience was the result of me going on her day off. Lost a good customer...

I went here for a full set, and they looked great! I attempted to remove my nails at home, but found out they use MMA, an illegal monomer known to cause cancer. Please do NOT go here! They use an illegal substance that can hurt you, and your nails

This place is good, the girl that does my nails she does a great job she listen to what I want I have never had nails that lasted so long 6 weeks, there prices are little high but it worth it if you dont have to go back every 2weeks, oh I had never had so many people complemented my nail, that they like the color, beautiful nail and much more.

First time going to Classy Nails Spa in Alameda on Park St since I was waiting for Monkey King to open. I absolutely love Tina who did my service. She was nice and paid close attention to everything I needed her to do for my pedicure. She was gentle, kind and made sure the shape and length of my toe nails were to my liking. My French manicure was Perfect! She did everything to my specification. I will be back. I will say, its a little confusing when you enter the shop because there is no one to really assist you and they do not know who is next but I just walked right in and Tina approached me right away.

I was able to receive great service at Classy Nail Spa it was great and I was treated so nicely and they were do delicate on me as well as carefully on my nails. I really find that the tech here are talents at what they d because they were able to recreate my design that I wanted on my nails. I am so happy I highly recommend to anyone.

This has to be the best pricing nails salon here in Alameda. $10 for manicure and $18 for pedicure.... very high quality. they also have a stamp reward card for frequent customers. ask for lanni, shes the best....

I was looking for a new nail shop and heard great things about Classy nails. Well my experience was not of Classy.I usually spend an hour with gel manicure and pedicure, here I spent two hours.Tanya rushed my nails to assist another client well a week in with my gel set and three have peeled off. Not cute for work related business and pop up booths I run.They offered to fix it but why when I would need to return a week after.I will not recommend this place. I cant believe they have 5 stars.

So even after making an appointment they apparently told 8 other people they also had an appointment at the same time as me and also took 2 other walk-ins with a staff of 7. So of course this is a nail shop that you need to designate your whole day too. My pedicurist at did a decent job, but definitely nothing special, no sugar scrub and I did have to ask for the callus remover and after she spent 35 mins on the metallic design on my big toes it came out nothing like what I chose, she took it upon herself to start over which took another 35 mins before someone else came to fix her error. I was in the nail shop for 4.5 hours! The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because my nails came out ok other than that this place will never have my business. There lack of customer service and ownership when they know they wasted my time baffles me.

I was taken there by my besty for my 40th and had the Many- Pedy done. That was in Oct of 2012. Now I am pretty ruff on my feet. Which they had made a new before I left. My Pedy didnt come off or ware down until I took it off Dec of 2012. So needless to say I went back for my New Years gift to myself. Had to have another one of those amazing pedys, and this time I got a Gel many which was done so well, they are all I am going to get from now on. The one fault I had was they were out of the color I wanted, which turn out to be a good thing; because they gave me a shoulder massage while I got my many :D!!
