I don’t know the girl who did my nails but what I do have to say is that she injured me four times with thenail filer, she wasn’t careful at all and when I told her she just carelessly apologized. She did spray what I believed was alcohol since it burned and sting on one of the injuries and wiped some of the blood of with cotton as well as she didn’t give me the design I asked she said she didn’t want to do that and that she didn’t have those things. She speaks a different language and I couldn’t really understand her and she couldn’t understand me that much which is not really a problem for me but in this case it was since she was careless of what I asked and of what I wanted.The nails also hurt a few hours later and that hasn’t happened to me before she was not gentle with me at all it was just a horrible experience as well as she didn’t celan her hands or the area before getting started.

Very rude nail tech. He said they were closed when I walked in at 6:30. When I said, ‘I thought you were open because you have online you’re open until 8 PM.” His response was, “That’s what you thought.” It went from bad to worse as I attempted to make an appointment with the tech I normally see.The man was VERY unprofessional and I will never return or recommend this place of business to anyone ever again.Lina deserves better people on her team than that and so do the customers.

Went here for a fill in and pedi and didnt get great service. The guy kept coughing, he soaked my feet for 3 mins to do pedi. My fill in is lumpy. He broke 2 nails in the process.

This nail place started off ok. But the more we went back we saw their terrible service and favoritism. My friend was there 15 minutes before a white woman had walked through the doors, and they proceeded to serve the white woman before my hispanic best friend. (Not that it matters but I’m asian) My friend was waiting for an hour. On the door they said they closed at 8. We just wanted a fill in so when we asked for an appointment the next day at 7 the lady gave us a rude attitude. I stood at the front for a good 10 minutes being ignored by the same woman. We work 50+ hours a week and we were just trying to work around our schedule. We also work in service so we know how customers should be treated, and this place just doesn’t have any consideration for that.

Clean and always friendly. Best to get an appointment but walk ins are welcome

I came by a few days ago, first thing in the morning. I am technically a licensed cosmetologist but just didnt feel like doing my own. I just wanted to get acrylic taken off that another salon put on. The first guy who sat me down seemed in so much of a rush that he accidently held the nail drill on my skin. Thankfully he apologized and I was hoping for a quick trip and thats what I got but my finger has a small cut near the edge of my nail and still hurts a couple days later and feels very bruised. The apology is the only thing that saved you from a 3 star review. The second guy was a little more gentle as well but the appointment was to simply take the nail off...not my skin. Id rather you take your time than injur people. Please be cautious.

It’s a cozy place to relax while you get your mani and pedi. Tina does great job on feet and Lina does a marvelous job on my hands. I been in Aiken for 3 ra and have visited several shops, this is my last stop and I’m satisfied coming from a big state.

I got my nails done today and the experience was TERRIBLE! 7 of my fingers were cut badly and had to get my left hand redone because it didn’t look like my right hand. My fingers hurt so bad😣I felt rushed through it all and the technician was very rough. However the owner did apologize as well as the nail tech that did my nails and the owner Re-did my left hand. I did not receive a discount for my cuts at all. Very disappointed

Waited for nearly an hour before we walked out. Kept taking people that came in after us and claimed she called us but she didnt. They only care about regulars.

They did an AWESOME job on my nails. This was my 1st time there. They were friendly. I found my new nail shop.

Ive been a customer of Nail Pro & Spa for over a year now and have no complaints! John is my go-to technician as he is so friendly and does great work. Everyone Ive encountered at the spa has been efficient and thorough and my nails always look great!

Unfortunately it does not allow a zero star rating . Made an appointment for 1pm and sat there for 45 minutes before I walked out. Why allow appointments to be made when its handled no differently than a walk in? Ive gone here on several occasions and had to walk out because your told one thing and end up waiting way longer! Now we women will wait no doubt but this salon needs to set the expectation by providing correct waiting time and advise customers appointments mean nothing! Im kinda of glad it happened because it forced me to another salon and my nails are beautiful!

This place was amazing!!! I went with my mom. The environment was nice and they played this relaxing, soothing music in the background. They had pretty spring colors to choose from. The workers were friendly and did excellent on our pedicures, and spent time on us. They did really great on the nail polish designs and the massages. Will definitely go back!

I have been to Nails Pro on several occasions and EVERY TIME Ive been there I have had an outstanding experience with the staff and my finished product on all that I have ever got done! The staff has been extremely polite and helpful. They are very direct and get you exactly where you need to be. They do the thinking for you and all you have to do is sit back and relax; who doesnt want that? It disheartened me to see so many negative reviews when indeed they are an amazing company! Must go see for yourselves.

Came here to get a basic mani/pedi as I am trying to give my nails a break from acrylic. I felt rushed the entire time. My trips to the nail salon are for relaxation. I was upset the entire time. My nail tech was rude and constantly trying to make me pay more by offering services after I clearly stated I only wanted the basic. She didn’t even change her gloves when I came to her. I’m just going to have to drive almost an hour home from now on to get my nails/feet done, because The was not it. I felt ripped off.

I had an appointment here today, Friday (August 21st) and was really disappointed with the service. The nail technician was very rough and he ended up cutting my toe which required liquid bandaid...needless to say it wasnt very pleasant, especially considering what I paid for the pedicure. I wont be returning and based on my experience I would not recommend them.

Man did a great job on my nails but I dont like that that talk to one another in their native language. Who knows what (or who) they are talking about!

Worst pedicure ever. Took maybe 15 minutes and the polish I picked (OPI) pretty sure was just refilled with a cheap generic color. Over all bad service and doesn’t even look like I had anything done. Waste of money for an over priced “pedicure”. Also very slim selection of colors to choose from. Save your money.

First of all,I was aLicensed cosmetologist many years ago which included nails in the state I was licensed. I’m not sure how my tech would have ever passed a test not being able to speak or understand English.This salon had no licenses displayed, tools did not come from a plastic enclosure or any indication of an auto clave being used on site. I was charged for an upgrade pedicure I did not get and did not get a standard manicure (no warm water in the soak or cuticle remover used). This was a horrible experience. I could not communicate so rather than leaving I dealt with it just to get my nails polished. My mistake there, shame on me. Never again!

I love getting away and pampering myself here, they have Great customer service! They do an amazing job, they have an array of special pedicures, use the safest nail products that won’t damage or weaken your nails, great place for a mini pampering session with friends!

First time ever Ive been charged full price for half a pedi. Note I only have one leg. Half the time, half the products but yet still want to charge full price. The discount after complaining 20.00. Really. I have no issue paying for services but lets be fair here.

My experience with Nail Pro was not what I expected. I have been previously and it was okay. My nail tech was rude when she started to work on my toes as well as my nails. She didn’t do everything she was supposed to on my toes and my nails were short on one hand and long on the other. I also even had nails that were crooked and lumps in some of them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but it won’t happen again.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The staff is rude, the service is mediocre, & they turned out the lights as I was I was walking in; it was 7:00 & they close at 8.

My son sent myself and his girlfriend to have our nails done. I had a manicure on my fingers and toes. My tech did a fabulous job. My nails (cutting and polish only. No acryic nails.) The polish has really held up! Going back tomorrow!!!

Horrible service!! Went for a polish change on my toes, and the guy that gave me service filed my toenails so hard and the polish wasnt covering the toenail. He put so much polish on my toenail that it was running down my toe. I told him its too much polish. He wouldnt fix it. He was rude and had absolutely no care in the world. Customer service is awful! He was more concerned with the video playing on his phone. I paid for the service, and went down the road to MG nails to get a polish change. I absolutely hate going to these Chop Shops. Went back the next day to talk with manager. Of course they spoke their language amongst each other for about 5 minutes then said next time you come back Ill give you free eyebrow. I will NEVER return!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in to get my eyebrows cleaned up and my sister just wanted to get her polish color changed. Its displayed on the doors of salon and online that this place is opened until 8pm. We asked to be serviced at 7:30. They rudely told my sister that she could not be serviced bc they were closed as we saw two other people being serviced. She explained that she only wanted a simple polish change. The man there responded by saying Then you can do it yourself! I say all this to say they offer poor customer service and that you can find better services elsewhere for cheaper with people who show way better respect to their customers. Would give no stars if I could.

Not enough staff

Dont go there thinking the same person who served you will do it again! I went there wanting to get my eyebrows shaped up by the person who normally does em, she told another lady (in Korean) she was busy. She stayed on the phone texting from the time I walked in till the time I paid and left with NO ONE at her station. Not going back again this year! 😑

Horrible place my nail broke the day after i got them done. I went to get it fixed the day it broke and the dip powder isn’t all the way on my nail it has a huge spot and you can see through it. I will never go back.

Worst pedicure in life Ill NEVER back! Toes are still burning from the meat that was cut off around my cuticles, polish is horrible and not completely covering the nail, and everything took 30 minutes to get done and that includes the 10 minutes I waited to be serviced. It was a rushed jacked up up service!
