I absolutely love my nails and my pedicure. I have dip powder on my nails and regular polish on my toes. I love that my nails kept a natural look. The service was awesome. Both technicians were patient and worked with me as I made a decision for my nails and my toes. With the rising cost of nail services, they explained the cost to me prior to starting and the services were reasonably priced compared to other places. I can’t wait to come back. They also assisted with color recommendations.

So far, Ive found this salon to have the best selection of gel and powder colors. Colors range in different shades (warm and cool tones) and finishes. Ken did an exceptional job on my pedicure. Very thorough and meticulous. Richie did my manicure and he ensured me that my powder would hold up better after cracking a couple nails after a gym session. I highly recommend calling ahead of time or making an appointment as waits can be 2+ hours.A basic powder manicure + basic gel pedicure = $90 w/out tip

EDIT: Vicky from the nail salon contacted me and was very nice and understanding. I got my set redone free of charge. I really appreciate they’re attention to their customers. Not happy that I had to come back, but Mia was great and redid the whole set within an hour :) it looks a million times better. Honesty, I blame the dip powder.Really unhappy with the quality of my nails. I got them done on Sunday and they’re already lifting and chipping 3 days later. I got this set done for my gender reveal. It’s really disappointing when I chose this salon based off their reviews and pictures.

Broke a nail at work and my usual salon wasnt able to get me in today, but Urban Nail Bar was! I appreciate the majorly modern theme this nail salon has. Its aptly called a nail bar because it indeed does have a bar! Service was a little slow when I showed up to my appointment but the quality of work and speed with which Tiffany did my nails was great! The pricing here is very reasonable, especially for this part of Dallas. My dip manicure was $45. They also have a rewards program where your visits add up to get $____ taken off after so many visits. Parking is a little frustrating but there is a garage. I will be back!

Very nice salon. Was in town for work and decided to stop by. The space is very clean and spacious. Very talented artists work here. I was concerned at first because there wasn’t many reviews. But! It’s the best kept secret. Every one was friendly and happy. They did not rush even when others were coming in. I loved it. Will visit again if ever in town.

I got a full acrylic manicure set done by Richie. The service was wonderful and the nails turned out exactly how I asked for. They are perfect for the wedding I will be in! Richie asked questions and made sure I got exactly what I asked for.

My mother and I love urban nail bar! We are so thrilled they expanded there location to Addison! The place looks beyond beautiful, professional, cleanly and is like a spa paradise. We’ve been seeing the owner Kathy for over 5 years and have been hooked ever since! She gives the best manicures and you receive amazing pedicures from the staff there. This was my first time coming here and everything was great.The lady that did my pedicure was fantastic. She was not rough on my feet. The previous tech at a different salon I think messed up my nail. She fixed it and some how did so without causing me any pain. Massage was great and the color is good. (My only thing is I think the polish should have been shaken up it’s slightly running on a couple of my toes. But it’s not super noticeable!)The women that did my manicure was also amazing. She was very patient with me while helping pick the colors I wanted and going over the design I want. She did great and even put the oil on my nails after to help with them being so dry.Lastly their color selection is amazing. I go to a lot of places and feel like they are very limited but was very impressed with their selection.

Went there for manicure & pedicure. Told me it would take 15 minutes to be seated. However, they didn’t mentioned it would be an additional 20 minutes sitting in the chair idle. No service, no water, no nothing. Then when I didn’t get pedicure, quality of service was so bad. I canceled my manicure, showed them my feet….she apologized and offered to fix it. However, I waisted enough time there 🥴🥴🥴

I booked 2 pedicures for my husband and I, with a dip powder for my nails also. Our techs were great and we literally have no complaints. We arrived at our scheduled time and had maybe a 5 minute wait, got drinks right away and they got started soon after. This was the best nail experience I’ve had in a long time! They’re a bit pricey but I feel we definitely got quality service!

Richie is AMAZING! He is very precise and my nails ALWAYS look fabulous. He pays attention to detail and is just wonderful!

Where do I start?!?I came in without an appointment I asked if they do walkins and they said YES I was seated right away and waited at least 15 minutes for the girl to start my feet paid for a basic pedicure that actually was an express pedicure nails didn’t look bad I said OK, waited more than 40 minutes For someone to do my hands and when they finally sit me down The lady was from the start with attitude, every time she asked you like and I said NO she got angrier and angrier, only three times she ask and the three times I told her I wasn’t happy she got up From the chair and she started arguing that I was unreasonable I told her politely are you gonna pay for my nails and she did not respond and left. I had to wait another 10 minutes for another person to finish What the lady started he did what he could end result was OK during all of this they told me that they were going to take care of me and on the end the only thing they did was give me a $10 discount. (Back home I see the receipt I go online and see their prices in this sign starts at five dollars they charge me $15 for a really simple design it wasn’t that hard) I called them and ask where was The discount on my receipt and they said that it was under design because it should have been $25 So disappointing!

I got my nails done only a couple days ago and I’m not sure if this is just poor quality products they are using or what, but the paint is all scratched up. I get my nails done routinely at other establishments (wanted to try something new this time) and this has NEVER happened to me. I haven’t been doing any sort of hard labor that would result in this kind of damage. Additionally, the acetone they used to remove my previous set was super messy and left my hands completely covered in dried up white mess, even after washing my hands twice. My nail tech was going to let me leave with my hands looking a hot mess. If it wasn’t for the lady at the counter on the way out noticing and deciding to help, this would be a 1-star review. Not the greatest experience.. also not the worst. But I will not be returning

My mom and I went for pedicures. The young man who did my moms pedi did an amazing job. My pedi itself was decent, however the paint job not so much. I asked for square shape but some of the corners of my nails are cut off making a rounded shape and some are actually slanted (not square). I got classic white French and besides paying $5 extra, the acetone they used to make the smile line streaked on several toes and now there are random patches of white streaks. Also, some of the toes do not have top coat on the entire nail… You cannot tell from a distance which is why I did not notice until I got home and looked closer. But considering how close they were to my toes they should have seen that.. I’ll probably end up taking the polish off and redoing it myself at home which is a shame after paying $50 a few days before my college graduation.

So glad that Urban Nail Bar opened a new shop in Addison! It’s super cute and jazzy just like the downtown Dallas location. The service is amazing and there are plenty of color options to choose from. It’s super clean and I can tell they have taken Covid into consideration which made me feel comfortable getting my nails done during this time. I can’t wait to go back!!!

I wouldn’t mind paying $85 for a gel pedicure if it actually looked like I payed $85 for it. Unfortunately my toenails are all different shapes & the polish looks unevenly applied. The lady giving me my pedicure didn’t trim my cuticles, she simply went over it with one of the nail drills, and managed to cut me on one of my toes. It didn’t seem like she was in a rush but my toenails unfortunately say otherwise. It was a poor experience & I won’t be returning.

The staff is incredibly unprofessional and seems like they have no experience.They injured my mom so much that nearly 30 minutes later she’s still bleeding from her toe. The technician admitted to cutting her skin off and we can’t get the bleeding stopped.Go here at your own risk. This is the first and last time I’m going here.

Every technician is on point!! You cannot go wrong with any service, UNB never disappoints. I only wish they had a larger color selection of dip powders. Very disappointed with my experience! I made an appointment for my friend and I to do manicures and pedicures at 6pm. The pedicure was fine, but they then forgot about us and said they didnt have enough technicians to do our nails. We couldve waited to have them done, but I realized they had lost the matching color I chose when I walked in so we decided to leave.

LOVE my powder ombré nails 💅🏽Joyce did! The prices here are about $20 more than any other nail salon because she charged me $75 for ombre nails with no design and with the discount it was $59. (some of my friends nail techs charge $45-55 for ombré with no hidden fees!) I’m not sure what the extra $20 charge was for because online it says $55.🤔My nails are FIRE!🔥 And I love them so I don’t mind paying for nice nails. (Just FYI)My friend and I also received top quality pedicures the night before. The pedicure was my favorite! So relaxing! Love all the beauty in this place! They were putting up the Christmas tree while I was getting my nails done today and some cute men in uniforms also popped into the place as the fire alarm blasted for about 15 minutes during my appointment. (That was annoying)👨‍🚒🧑‍🚒👩‍🚒😜Great interior design in the place gives you a luxurious feel. Nothing beats a tequila sunrise 🥃 or a dirty Shirley while I’m getting my nails done! I like to do my own Kiara sky dip at home but no one beats the job of a professional nail artist!😜 Having your nails done just makes you feel better.😍(I heard Kathy does an amazing job too. I love getting my nails done before I allow anyone to touch my feet. I was not impressed with my service. I have no idea who did my nails because she didnt talk to me the whole time. I felt like she was rushing and my gut was correct. She failed to buff my other hand so I had to tell her. All and all its a nice place but I wont be back. Customer service is still very important to me and when I feel like you dont want to services me how Im accustomed then its a No for me.

My experience with Hannah was AHHHHMAZING!!! She was superb. Took her time on my pedicure. The intense callus remover included in the METRO PEDICURE was perfect for me. This is the best nail bar in the Addison area. They will continue to get my business! Not to mention there’s actually A BAR in the nail bar! Definitely recommend!

Skilled technicians. I’m always happy with the results. But don’t bother making an appointment. Every time I had an appointment, I was there on time and I waited over 45 minutes. This happened two times. I think 15 minutes here and there is okay, but 45 minutes is ridiculous. Please don’t offer appointments if they do not make a difference. I was told to come in an hour after I called and then waited at the salon for 45 minutes. This discourages customers from making appointments.

Tried this place with great reviews for a complicated nail design but left pretty disappointed. I had a picture the girl was working off of but the shape was wrong, the design was wrong. Some of the color mixed in with the others.. ugh I guess I’ll go Somewhere else next time

Service took way too long came in no one acknowledged me no seat was offered after making an APPT earlier in the day. Took so long that I was only able to get pedicure done this took 2 hours alone nails were cut and not soaked off (dip set ) I literally had to leave nails as is because my ride was ready . Didnt even get discount for my first time or anything back for my poorly handled appointment. Will never be back.. heck no!

First time here at this Nail Bar first time getting a pedicure the young man that was helping me with my feet was very patient with my and also let him pick out my nail polish for my toes cuz I couldnt make up my mind also patients because my feet are extremely ticklish would I go back most definitely I havent got a pedicure since I was 7 so most definitely going back!!

My partner took me here as a special treat for us both to get mani/pedis. They did my manicure right there at the pedi chair and it was kind of awkward and uncomfortable. I could also tell the girl doing my manicure did NOT want to be there, she kept staring out the window as she “massaged” (lightly stroked) my hands/arms. I asked her to stop by the time we got to color… I just wanted her to stop touching me. A different woman did the pedicure and she did a decent job. The part that was really difficult to stomach was watching my butch get an A+ experience while I got a C-Pros: good color selection, comfortable atmosphere, some of the techs do a phenomenal job.Cons: your experience changes based on who your tech is

I got dip on my nails and it came off after 9 days. Terrible quality of dip. They redid 7 of my nails for them to all fall off 2 days later. The salon receptionist told me that I would have to pay for an entire new set since it had been over 10 days when it had been actually 2 days, when they were falling after the second time. I tried to ask them to use a different powder when they redid my nails and they insisted on using the same powder (which makes no sense if it didn’t seal to my nail bed the first time). Don’t waste your time or money here for faulty products.

Ive been here about four or five times now. Ive had great experiences with Elaine and Tom. Theyre both very detailed, especially Tom he took his time with my nails and they are perfect. I was impressed at the attentiveness he had with making sure they were even and smooth. Will be coming back for Toms exceptional service!

I had my nails done with Richie and he was super friendly and very accommodating to my requests. At other places nail techs tend to get upset when you change your colors or ask them to change something but Richie made sure my nails were just how I wanted them! The older woman that did my pedicure did alright, could’ve been better but overall I had a great experience. Not to mention they have a bar and the place is gorgeous!

I chose this salon because of the awesome reviews, so needless to say, I was super excited to come in. The girls who helped me out were both super sweet and the heated neck pillow was A1!!This salon is definitely on the pricier side. I paid $122 for a nexgen set and gel pedicure AFTER a 15% discount. I usually walk out at about $90 bucks with these services (elsewhere), including length, so I was pretty shocked at my total.Looking at the receipt, they charge $5 to add tip (pretty standard) and $15 for length. In my opinion, being someone whos gotten my nails done with tip in the Dallas area for the last 12 years- this is very unreasonable for nails that really arent that long.But honestly, I can get over price. What I cant get over is paying that much money for nails that are far from perfect. (My man friend who never notices anything, noticed my nails are crooked 🤦🏾‍♀️) In addition to that, my pedicure was very... bland and basic, which isnt what I asked for and definitely not what I paid for.I really wanted to love this place and I thought I would because the reviews on this place are awesome, but sadly, I walked out pretty unsatisfied and thus, I wont be back.

The lady at the front super unprofessional. Please advice your customers ahead of time that toes are not part of your feet when waxing. Lol as far as I know your toes are part of your feet. They charged me twice for feet and hand wax when all it was my feet. They have you choose a color and don’t let you know that that there will be $20 up charge for certain colors. Service with technicians was great but please up your management team and be transparent with pricing up front.

After reading all the reviews I thought this place was at least decent, but boy was I wrong. They follow no COVID restrictions.. every other nail shop I have went to has taken a temperature check and told clients to wash hands. NOT THE CASE HERE. That was one thing, now the cleanliness was not up to par as well. VERY OVERPRICED. I asked for long French tip with red and add stickers .. they said $130 just hands. Mind you I was there for both my hands and feet so I was not going to pay $200 plus for just a simple nail do . I will never go back.

Walked in today, was met by a young woman who said they were full and that there would be a 30 minute wait. I looked around and saw no one waiting. The woman explained everyone station was occupied. I got the strong feeling she just did not want to provide service to me. I only wanted a manicure. It is too bad because there were 3 other people in my group who needed pedicures and nail services. But do to this unwelcoming experience, I will take my money else where.

I’ve been to plenty of nail salons and a couple of nail bars.. this is the greatest experience I’ve had yet! Off the bat the staff made my sister and I feel comfortable, relaxed and safe. We expressed that my sister and I were getting our nails done together before our vacation, we came in with our pictures and ideas and they gave us exactly that. There was so much conversation going on it felt as if we were all friends! The staff offered us drinks and there’s even a 25% discount going on currently so I’d hurry if I were you! This place is brand new in Addison - super clean and sleek looking and offer so many options there. Definitely my new nail place - I’m glad I don’t have to look anywhere else. PS: I had Kathy do my nails and my sister had Joyce.. they KNOW what they are doing and seriously won’t disappoint you! Shape, color, nail design - you name it! I’m so in love and can’t wait to go back for another set!

Its my 4th time here. Every other time has been a pleasure, however this time I went for JUST a polish change. No pedicure, just change of polish . The guy who was working on it messed it up 3 times. Each time it was something else. After the 3rd fix, he forgot to put clear nail polish. Not sure if i’ll be going again.

I’ve been coming here since the grand opening and now their srv is horrible . Mind u I live up stairs. Before this day I previously schedule an apt and I was told to wait 20 mins .

Joyce did my dip and it probably was the best I’ve had in a long time the shape is perfect and the dip is even! Mary did a great job on my pedicure which was long overdue! Overall great first experience and I will definitely be back!

I just had the best pedicure I’ve ever had in my life with Kimmy! As someone who works out a lot and has very tight calves this was truly such a treat, her massage is amazing and she was so nice and professional. I will definitely only come to her for future pedicures!

I really need to share my experience about my recent visit. First, I took my time to find this place because I’m tired of going to a nail salon and not having a good pedicure. Since I went in, I was received with a friendly customer service. 5 star⭐️ to Sheila for been such a patience, friendly, and great technique on what she does. Thank you. Definitely, I’ll be back.

Richie is awesome he is so courteous polite and does an awesome excellent job on anything you ask for pedicures manicures gels dip takes his time and he’s a professional expert!!

Very clean and nice service! I got my nails done by Ricchie and he did a great job. The salon is still pretty new and has a gorgeous interior. Super happy with my nails and will definitely return.
