I went to get a very basic no-chip manicure here for the first time and I will never be going back. I was very disappointed with my service. I can only speak for my own experience and for the quality of work I got from the nail technician I had, which was Cindy. I don’t know if she’s new but she had an extremely hard time painting my nails. She kept leaving my nails all clumpy and bumpy after every coat she applied. I kept asking her kindly to smooth the nail polish because you could see her brush strokes and it was going to set like that. She got very annoyed and frustrated and didn’t seem like she wanted to fix my nails because she said “she didn’t see the problem”. I even hit one of my nails on the towel on the table and she pretended not to see that my nail got messed up and told me to put it in the UV lamp. When I asked if she could please fix it she said, “where?” But it was very clear where the nail got messed up. Some my nails came out so so after I had to keep telling her to fix them, but here are some that I gave up on because she didn’t want to fix them. Here are some pictures of the bumps. Gossip Nail is the absolute best!! They treated us amazing to the tropical Hawaiian pedicure! They are super clean, professional, and very generous, and sweet! We had a friend come to town for his first pedicure ever and this was one of the best pedicure experiences I have ever had! Next time I will be coming back and getting the milk and honey treatment! They’re so amazing! Will for sure be back ASAP!

Often times when I’m there, I am surprised by the total. It usually doesn’t add up to what I calculate or what I’m told. It’d be helpful if they’d have their pricing menu shown somewhere in the salon. I’ve noticed there has been a recent change of ownership and workers. These owners seem more organized and don’t over pack their schedules. The nail techs are good at what they do and are not rushing because of that.

Very friendly staff. After getting pedicure I ruined my toe nails when put on shoes, but saw the problem after I got home. I called and they had no problem to fix it for me with no charge. I recommend this place. They are good.

They always do a great job and the (new?) girl at the desk is really helpful. I wanted no chip on my finger nails and regular polish on my toenails. She took the time to find a brand that made the same color in both no chip and regular polish so there was no fuss about matching. Yay!

My first time trying Gossip Nails & Spa and I am seriously impressed with their service. Josie did such a wonderful job, paid so much attention to detail and made my nails just like I wanted them to look. I love it and Ill be returning soon, probably my new go to nail salon. This was mine and my mom’s first time visiting this nail salon and our expectations were blown away! The place was clean and I loved that they used new tools for each person. They were busy, but still managed to find time for us and still did not rush our pedicure. Cindy did my pedicure and she took her time and was very friendly! My mom and I will definitely be going back here, we have found our new nail salon.

Gossip Nails is my FAVORITE nail salon! I always ask for something with a design or whatever is trendy and my nail tech never fails to amaze me. I would think that my nails would be 70+ with all the designs I do but they always end up to be extremely reasonably priced!

Great atmosphere, great customer service and great place overall. The owners are super nice and very attentive. The staff is great I love that they listen to me and any concerns I have and always help me make up my mind on color by giving me ideas. Macy did a wonderful job on my nails and pedicure today. Ive only had one bad experience here long ago and I let the owner Sam know right away I wasnt satisfied with my nails and he personally fixed them himself making me leave happy and keeping me as a customer. Gossip nails is deff the place to go too. I suggest the gossip treatment pedicure and for natural nails get Dip manicure makes your nails healthy strong and long 😊

I appreciate the NTs time and attention during both no chip mani and regular pedi but the no chip on my hands was done 10 days ago and it was chipping by day 7. Right now it is almost off on all my nails :( What a waste of time and $!

I was long overdue for a pedicure. I decided to go to a new spot and I’m huge on reviews. This location had the best review near me. Staff was friendly, place was clean, and Tom was meticulous! I enjoyed my pedi so much I decided to also get a no chip mani to match. I will be returning!

They are very rude!! I made a appointment for 5:30. I got there @ 5:20... It was packed.. i was told to pick a color and have a seat for a moment. Its was at 6 that i finally got to a table. I showed the guy what i wanted and he was rude saying that he couldnt do it the way i wanted it done. So i got up and when i was leaving he was snickering under his breath saying dont come back!? wow. Trust i will never be back and i wont sent anyone to get their nails done here..

This is the only place Ill go anymore. Its super clean & comfortable. Every time Ive gone Ive had a different technician & each one of them has done a beautiful job. Im super particular about my pedicures & Ive never been disappointed at Gossip.

First time there and I was a walk in and was taken care of right away. Maci did my nails and she did an amazing job. I told her I didn’t want thick dip looking nails and she made them look so natural and added my design like I asked.

I have been at many salons and Gossip nails is by far the best nails salon anywhere! Samuel is very professional and I will tell you he does such a great job! My nails are beautiful!!. When you walk in he and everyone makes you feel so welcome. You have to try Gossip nails to experience such a pleasure to have your nails done. I could go on and on! All I can say is I am so glad I was able to find a salon that is wonderful!!

This place is wonderful! I went in as a walk in. There were quite a few people there and appointments coming in. Even though I had to wait, they were so attentive and kind. They offer complimentary beverages and take their time with every client. When it was my turn they did a fantastic job. They really care about the client experience and aside from feeling pampered, my nails came out beautifully. Gorgeous interior, clean, and the amount of colors they have is insane! Pricing is comparable to the other places in the area but the quality is bar none. I highly recommend this place.

A wonderful clean place with amazing attentive technicians. The decor has been recently updated - new chairs, antibacterial liners for pedicure bowls, lots of polish shades to choose from. My favorite is the orange scrub - where the scrub is applied and rubbed with a slice of fresh orange - extra exfoliating fruit acid power and amazing smell. Would definitely be back soon!!! i❤️

First time here and I was super pleased with the service i received. Mia did a great job on my dipped nails...took her time to make sure they came out perfect and they sure did.My first impression walking in was how nice and classy the salon looked. Definitely not your average nail salon. Will definitely be a regular!

Gossip Nails is a hidden gem! Finding a great nail technician can be just as difficult as finding a hairdresser, dentist or OBGYN. I gave this salon a try 6 weeks ago and have had three dip procedures. The amount of dip color selections is numerous! The salon is very clean, neat & organized and the staff are very friendly.They also have a rewards program that includes a gift certificate for your birthday.This salon has been under new ownership for the past 4 months and they are doing a GREAT job!! The salon manager, Samuel is wonderful! Not only is he the manager, he also is a nail technician who is very skilled at the dip technique. He truly cares about his customers and wants to ensure that you have a positive experience. Give Gossip Nails a chance, you will not be disappointed!

I decided to give this place a try after getting nail fungus from lovely nails twice!!! I knew I had to change nail place. I was very surprise by the service here the use new tools for every client or at least sterilized and packaged. You get a nice neck wrap and the people are nice. Definitely my new nail place.

Let me start by saying that this may be my first review I have ever taken the time to write, as I am that upset by this experience. Also, my friend and I receive regular pedicures, but thought we would try a new location...We made an appointment on Monday for 5:15 pm several days in advance, and we showed up at 5:10pm. They started us soaking our feet at 5:40pm and we still had our feet soaking at 6:05pm when they finally started. What upset me the most is that there was no sense of urgency to get started on our feet, and unfortunately the disappointment didn’t end there. The lady doing my friend’s pedicure was filing her toenails extremely rough to the point where she flinched and expressed her discomfort to the technician, and even then continued and caused her to bleed during her pedicure. When we confronted her, she was unable to explain the issue in English, and when another technician spoke to the manager they offered a $5 discount, which does not fix the now bleeding toe and chance of infection. It was also noticed that the technician was not wearing gloves while treating the injury. The technician doing my nails worked very sloppily and I did not feel that she took the time and effort on my toes that should have been especially after an extremely long and unnecessary wait. Gossip Nails was a contender for my wedding party nail location, but after this experience it is not longer the place we will be using and I will also never come back. Do NOT get your nails done here. — I will say that the owner did come up to us at the end to apologize and did not have her pay, so it was attempted to be fixed, but unfortunately does not change our stance on returning.

While they were working on my dip nails my pedicure got messed up and they fixed it right away. Its clean, quiet, and peaceful. They currently have a 20% discount. Beautiful work on my nails (dip), but got nail bed infection on 4 nails and thumb had to be lanced and drained. Unsure equipment was cleaned. Saw tools pulled from drawer not packing or sterilizing solution.

Not profesional at all. Showed the picture of the nails I wanted and got completely something else. The technician blamed it on me stating that i wasn’t clear enough. The color is not spread evenly and each nail has a different shape. I gave this salon a chance as is closer to home but I definitely will not be coming back. My other salon charges me less and I get way better customer service there than here.

I went in to get a pedicure and an acrylic set. I wanted my acrylic set to be french tip for a wedding I needed to attend. The nail technician named Tina said they cannot do french tip and I can only do french tip with gel nails. I asked her how much would my total be (since I came with only $55 which included tip AND I TOLD HER THAT) she said it would be $65. So I said no and just got normal acrylic nails. When it was time to pay I was getting my money out of my wallet and Tina was LITERALLY LOOKING OVER ME to see my wallet to confirm that I only had $55 dollars on me. That made me VERY uncomfortable because that is NOT professional and its very RUDE to do to a CUSTOMER. I even gave her a generous tip in which she did NOT deserve.

Daughter got her nails done and she loved them.They need a receptionist though, its kind of rude for a manicurist to stop in the middle of her work just to get to the cash register or to answer the phone whist doing a hands on job.

I was really looking forward to giving them a try since the place I usually go to just raised their prices. I called at 6PM asked if they could take me in for a pedi for the same day and made an appt. for 6:15. At 6:30 I was told they were behind and it would 20 min. wait. If I made an appointment why should I wait 35minutes? Perhaps they need to stop over booking. Needless to say I left and went right across the street to Nias.

Went here yesterday. My friend and I didnt have a great experience. The lady Maci I had didnt do a good massage even after I asked to go a little gard with it, I dont think she hard me but just a very soft rub, and didnt enjoy it for $60 I spent. I wouldnt comee back here.

The only place I got a fungus first time doing a dip and I got a fungus on 2 nails beware people
