I called American Allied for some bees we had on our house. They were able to come the next day and help us out. From the phone call to the service we had was amazing. They explained in detail what to expect during, and after their service. Just very friendly, and really reasonably priced in my opinion.

Honest straight forward he came out and looked around said he wasnt goingto charge us for something we didnt need...thats awesome thank youI had first called the Bug Man, he was awesome too. I just talked to him. I appreciate the honesty from both of you.

He took care of that and treated all areas in the yard that could become homes for bees, killed other yellow jackets and treated both lawns for ants, all for less than the originally quoted bee-extermination price, (Since a hive was not found) plus gave us a 90 day warranty. I am greatly relieved. I will use them again!

My current residence was descustingly infested when I moved in my landlord uses this company. Its definitely in reach for price, comes with a 3 month warranty that Yu can call them back out if I remember correctly every 2 weeks for the 3 months but they mostly only spray. Its nice if you have any type of infestation their technic will help it die down. but honestly speaking from experience and once when I was a girl terminex is the way if you completely rid of them roachas the price is more but it truly is garrenteed they spray and bait. Whatever they do they get down and dirty to bait them and whatever it is they use seriously does the trick. Amazingly true honest results kills ever single one no joke. Proud to be bug free 3 yrs later and I have small children and worked full time so in-between my house never stayed 100% percent spotless.

The people at this company are very friendly and courteous. They tried to be helpful however they did not solve our problem and we ended up having to spend more money to hire a wildlife removal company. They might be great if dealing with bugs but if rodent removal is what you’re looking for you’re better off looking elsewhere. We had their technician out first for an inspection and he told us he saw nothing. The activity continued so we called them back out to get treatment and the technician told us he did not see any entry/access points but did see “minimal activity” (this was only a week after the initial inspection at which he said he saw no signs of activity in our attic). He told us he put bait throughout our attic but my husband got up there and he actually only put bait in one concentrated area of our attic. They also were not very open to setting up traps when I brought up that option which I thought was odd but that’s beside the point. I contacted them about it since I was a bit upset and the owner did come out with the technician a few days later—this time they put some more bait out and did find some entry points (after the technician originally telling me he didn’t see any as posted above). Once we hired the wildlife removal company they identified many entry/access points—they sealed all of these up for us, set up traps, installed a one way door for the animals to leave and did a sanitizing/repellent misting in our attic. Now we are finally on our way to being done with this problem. I wish I could leave more stars since their customer service was really good but the service itself was not.

Very reliable company!

Best service ever! We had hem out for carpenter ants a few weeks ago. They were able to squeeze us into their tight schedule, knowing we were leaving on vacation. A few days ago I noticed a ton of ants (which looked the same to me) in the back yard. I called them and they said they’d come back out and spray again for free since it’s still in the 30 day window. Well they came out and looked and it’s not carpenter ants. Now they could have just said we will spray and treat and take more money (since it wasn’t the same type of problem). But they instead made us aware that these are harmless ants, beneficial, and won’t hurt house or kids. They said they could spray but we really don’t need to. Any other company would have taken the opportunity to make a quick buck off of a novice like us. But not these guys! They took 30 unpaid minutes out of their day to save us money! Will definitely use them again if another problem pops up!

Brenda always answers the phone, takes care of what you want, and schedules rapidly. They know what they are doing and do a good, honest job at a reasonable price. They show up when they are scheduled to show up and really do a great job killing all the unsealed critters and leaving the ones you like alone.

As a landlord everything seems like an emergency but when I called American Allied to do a make ready inspection & Pre occupancy treatment between painting and carpet installs they came out and did a great job. Thoroughly and professionally Brad made me feel good about the work. Ill be recommending them to all my tenants.

I have not actually had anything done. Yet. But I will. Its sadly unusual these days to walk into a place and talk to someone about a service and the person has nothing but good things to say about the business. Megan was very nice to talk to and did a great job explaining the process and costs for me to expect. As soon as I buy this house I will absolutely be doing business here.

I have to agree with Chris. I had such a huge infestation and a few companies came in. They got some of them killed but not all or didnt find the root of the issue. American-Allied actually took their time, find the root of the issue THEN took care of those nasty mongrels. I cant be happier with the service they provided, Im at peak happiness. Dont look for anyone else, this is who you need and only need.

I have nothing but GOOD things to say about my experience with American-Allied Pest Control! I live in new construction, have large open fields surrounding my home along with continued construction going on, so needless to say I have seen my share of creepy crawlies. I had a big box company provide services twice and was stood up for my third visit (Ive only been in this home for 2 months!)...still seeing scorpions and as of late a black widow out for a walk on my patio. Jeremy was great, he thoroughly explained what was going on and what he was doing. My wife was blown away by the attention to detail and thoroughness of Jeremy as compared to the other company. Within an hour of application I lost count of how many crickets were dead and counted three dead scorpions on my driveway. This is what I consider very positive results!!
