Stopped in one night for an upgrade. Sales rep was very knowledgeable about the different types of phones and which one would better suit my needs. Definitely a great store and excellent customer service.

Travis was my rep. He was outstanding in his knowledge of what I needed and, with Mandy and Anthony, I left the store feeling fantastic. I was impressed by the actual teamwork between the store and ther online folks.

The ppl are great, & they are working on there coverage, which is alot better than a few years back... I had stopped there service back then because my phone was stolen & I reported it as such. The ppl that had stole it was able to turn it back on 3 or 4 times, when I finally blew up & told them that if my auto pay goes threw on that phone, that I would own there business!!! Then they completely deactivated it & told me it could only be used as a paper weight, which should have happened in the first place...

Malorie at boost mobile in Aberdeen is AMAZING! She helped me switch from straight talk saving $20 a month on my bill and was fast about doing so! If I had been told that I was going to need to pay a $190 deductable when I decided to pay for insurance, I wouldve never switched to boost mobile, or i wouldnt have payed for the insurance on a monthly basis. It wouldve been great to know, that I would need to pay more than what I had originally spent on my phone, to get it replaced. Thanks for the info Brian. DO NOT SWITCH TO BOOST MOBILE.
