After my phone got destroyed the Aberdeen Verizon for me up and going again quickly!

Shawn greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I am disabled and he made sure I was comfortable and then set up my new phone. He is very knowledgeable and made everything easy for me to take over. I also wanted a cover for my phone and instead of having me walk the length of the store he brought all of the covers that worked on my phone to where I was sitting making it an even better experience. This man is definitely a credit to the Verizon business. I would recommend to everyone in the Aberdeen SD area to go to the east location for the best friendly service.

Excellent service...only problem is that there could be twice as many employees if the space was larger (AND if there were actually more people who could do quality work at this thankless job). Plan on being there a minimum of 1 to 2 hours and you wont get as frustrated. Once it is finally your turn, you will recieve excellent, thorough service. Bring ALL your patience, you will need it.

I needed a new phone and Ryan was great. I wanted a mid-line phone and he helped me decide between a couple that Id been considering. He got the new phone set up and got my stuff transferred. Really positive experience.

Looks like a very decent store, clean, and following Covid-19 precautions. BUT they wont let you upgrade your phone (even if you pay the account bill) because your spouses name is on as primary account holder. Drove 3 hours to get to Aberdeen only for them to decline verbal phone consent, cell notification authorization, and account PIN. Very unhelpful staff.

I went to the store to pursue mobile WiFi for my laptop, knowing absolutely nothing about it other than Verizon offered a device that would facilitate it. Ryan treated me like I was the person hed been waiting to see all day. He took the time to ask how Id be using the device, and discussing if the mobile hotspot would be right for me; explained how it worked and how to set it up; and explained costs and savings of the device when added to my existing plan. And this is why I use Verizon -- in a world of advanced technology, they never forget the people part of the equation. A heart-felt THANK YOU to Ryan -- and Verizon!

Talk about a bad situation I was in with my phone. It wasn’t working and of course it’s on a Sunday and right before a holiday. So I was in desperate need to get my phone operational again. Kristen was the first person to greet me right as they opened. She knew what the problem was right away and went to go and try to fix the issue. Well with no luck my poor phone had died. But she was able to get me a new phone, trade my old phone in and pay my bill. I’m in love with new iPhone 11 Pro. And I guess you could say we had quite a few laughs over the process but she did a great job and I left happy and with a new phone. Thank you so much for all your help.

My daughter and I have had the BEST experience at our Verizon store! We have felt safe with all the protocols they have in place to deal with COVID! We always had several employees willing to help or just share a laugh or two! But most of all we have to shout-out to Hunter! We went through the nightmare of our phones and iPads being hacked and harassed by a very knowledgeable hacker! Hunter took so much time to help us, educate us and assure us that he was going to get us through ... which he did! It was such a stressful time for us and Hunter made us feel that nothing was going to stop him, that he HAD us and was going to take care of us ... which he did! Customer service is something that I feel is so important and sometimes the work ethic and personality of someone stands out ... WHICH HE DID!! Thank you HUNTER and all the others that were kind and interested in making sure we were well taken care of!!! It was a no-brainer to return to them to upgrade our phones!! Thank you! Thank you!

We drove 3 hours to pickup my online order for them to say they didnt have it and couldnt contact me because they didnt have my information. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years so I dont know how they couldnt have my phone number to save a trip. Then to top it all off they couldnt offer me the same deal as online so it was a wantes 3 hour drive with poor customer service.

I came in 15 minutes before they closed with my broken old phone, because I had looked online and knew what I wanted, so I thought Id be in and out. Of course that isnt what happened, and I was there until 45 minutes AFTER they closed, but everything from my old phone made it to my new phone (a minor miracle), Im very happy with my new phone, and everyone there was incredibly nice. Shawn, who waited on me, went above and beyond to charge my old phone and then get all of my stuff transferred from it. I am incredibly grateful.
