Huge Thank you to Paul for all the help we have had a few situations in the last year. I will tell you what he did not stop till we got it right.. I am hands down so thankful for all the time and effort in making sure we have my bill and services in order again plus better benefits and prices. I also want to thank Mike and Aaron for there help they also were very patient with me when I have questions that need help with phone purchases and plans and phone replacements in the past. Thank you all for the wonderful service with the 12 years of great service form this location. I will be sending all my friends and family your way.

I had been putting off upgrading my phone for months due to a crazy work schedule and knowing I was going to have to bring my 2 year old. Yikes! I finally went in with my 2 year old. Paul was so patient with him and myself. We upgraded two lines and added a third. We went over all of our options and made sure I understood the difference. He took the time to make sure everything fully transfered from our old devices. He showed me a few things on our new devices. He made sure we saved as much money as possible. He also followed up to make sure we were satisfied and answered a few questions i had. We definitely wont be going to anybody but Paul for any future needs!

Went into the store today to look at a new phone for myself and to get my son his 1st phone. We worked with Paul B. And he was amazing!! Extremely knowledgeable, very funny and I could tell he really likes his job!! I feel like both my son and I got the perfect phones for each of us!!! Will highly recommend Paul and BeMobile/Verizon to anyone!!!

Paul was AWESOME! He walked me through the whole process of switching carriers and compared packages to find the one that fit best. He also took the time to set up my new phone, and made sure I was all set up! I will definitely choose BeMobile for all my cell phone needs in the future!

Paul was amazing! I had a problem with my phone and Paul explained my issue and set me up with a new phone to solve all the storage issues I had been experiencing. I have to commend him on his patience and professionalism with my husband and I and thank him for explaining the new features on the phone in such an easy to understand manner. Our family recently came to this store and Paul helped us upgrade 4 phones and switch 2 of those phones over to Verizon. He was super kind, patient, knowledgeable and fast. He explained all the promotions and deals to us. He came in on a Sunday, his day off, to accommodate our schedules!! When things were not working on my phone he took the initiative to help and answered all the questions and gave me the number to tech support and downloaded apps that can be helpful in the future. Our whole family truly enjoyed working with Paul and we will refer him to our fiends. Paul is a wonderful professional who truly cares about his customers! He provided the best service we got in any cell phone store ever! Paul deserves a raise.Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Absolutely unsatisfactory. Spent THREE HOURS there to just get a new phone. Need to have significant improvements to staff training and management.

At first I was pleased with the store but now I am extremely displeased and wished I would have taken my time and money elsewhere. To begin, the rep did not enter my billing address correctly multiple times after I had corrected him resulting in my bill being sent to some yahoo in Sioux City who now has my account information. Awesome! Second, they installed an app I did not want and told me it would be free, but low and behold I was charged a stupendous amount for the most worthless app. Lastly, my boyfriend has been in and out of the store for the last four days to get a new phone since his crashed and there has only been one rep working with multiple people waiting to be helped... Sounds like poor management and carelessness.

After months and months of trying to figure out how to cut the cost of my account, I was graciously helped by Paul with a little support from Sam this afternoon!I have been trying to figure out my account since one of my iPhones were stolen! Paul went to the trouble of finding mybicloud account, found out how to resolve my issues that have been plaguing me since the first of this year!Nobody

I came into this location on a whim, in an attempt to be spontaneous and show a lovely girl a good time. I was unsure of what I was looking for at the time, but within moments I was taken under the wing of a wise and caring salesman. Mike was a Pleasure! He made sure I was happy with my product with a courteous smile and a warm disposition. I will only ever purchase phone cases from Mike at this location!

The Experience was great and the service was great the laughter was free.

Ive been a Verizon customer for 8 years. Bought my phones at this location. My S5 wouldnt charge anymore. I took a replacement phone to this store for assistance in transferring data. I was informed that because I did not buy at this store and theyre a franchise and not really Verizon that there would be a $20 transference fee. Because theyre not really Verizon. They should change the name to My Store, Not Really Verizon. ... what ever happened to customer service.... brand name pride .....

My iPhone went dead. I went in for tech support or to buy a new phone. Nikki waited on me and was not only very personable but fixed my phone. Saved me $800 or so for a new phone. Really enjoyed my experience. Would highly recommend this location and Nikki for great service. Thank you.

Helpful. Went in for one question they werent able to answer since they hadnt been informed about the new Samsung phones coming out in 2019 yet. But left with a better plan at a cheaper price than what I was paying! Still have my same phone and will wait until the new Samsung phones come out later this month.

I had an absolute wonderful experience at BeMobile. Jordan and Shane helped me in such a wonderful way. Didn’t have any problems when I wanted to add a line to my accound😌 great experience.

Poor customer service, visited store for a free sim card and they wanted to charge me $10.00 for it. waste 45 minutes to find this out do to employee who cant multitask.

I give the manager Nikki five stars, she helped me out and made sure the phone worked like it should, she even opened a few minutes early to get me going. The reason for the one star is the parking is TERRIBLE. I have even went to the other store just because I cant get a place to park!

Pull and Mike are the best a be moble denfley recently for people to go to them we had no problems with unlocked phone I got offline and add it to a per pad phone

Constantly sends text messages about new product releases that have become available which is not a big deal. It does get extremely irritating when they send such a text message so you decide to upgrade only to arrive in store and be told that they dont have any of the advertised products in store yet.
