Charfe u for a full month of service and didnt even have it a week . Takes 2months to get u ur money back
Honestly I only had their service because I believed it to be better than nothing now I know that simply turning my phone into a hot spot would have been better internet.

We had service in Faulkton and it was offline intermittently constantly. Customer service was slow, told me the dewpoint was impacting our service. It was off/on so much you gave up trying to stream TV or use internet.

Incredibly intermittent internet. (Aliteration not intended) They were fine for the first year. Since they bought out the rural competition, they’re service has gotten considerably worse.I often work from home and need reliable internet. When I do have problems, I call in and inevitably get referred to a level two tech. They rarely call me back. They evidently believe the problem will be handled on its own.The real unfortunate part is that there is no competition. They are the only one available to us.
Internet is very slow, sometimes can barely watch netflix. Connection very spotty, disconnects alot. Overpriced for the slow, spotty internet you receive
