Ryan is phenomenal at his job! As soon as I walked into T-Mobile he approached me with his warmth, friendliness and professionalism. He actually left me a voice mail the other day to come in and update my SIM card. I am impressed by that; I was procrastinating until he called! I was in and out in no time. You can sense he is very trustworthy. He makes you feel comfortable, like youve known him forever. He is obviously knowledgeable but his personality is over the top. If every company provided Customer Service the way Ryan does, the world would be a much better place! He is magnetic and makes you feel like you want to shop T-Mobile more often. Best experience I have received. I got my plan switched from sprint and saved money from my bill. The Manager Ryan was very kind and walked through everything with me so I would understand what Im doing. Ill definitely be coming back!

By far the best experience I’ve ever had in a cell phone store. Chris and Tina were both amazing. They were both very friendly, personable and didn’t at all just make me feel like a random customer. They helped me with everything I needed and explained step by step on what I would need to do after leaving. They were attentive and very helpful. They made sure I knew all my information before leaving and made sure everything was working correctly. They also gave me helpful information just for future usage. I wasn’t pressured into getting any fancy case or buying anything extra. I won’t go to any other store from here on out. Best t mobile store hands down. They definitely deserve more then five stars.
