So far I’ve had a great experience with our local Comcast center. I have received cable, internet, phone and mobile services through them. All of which have been of wonderful quality. The price for the quality and services are pretty on point. Each time I have been in to talk to a representative they were very informative and polite. I highly recommend them.
Signed up for internet service, it was the easiest subscription I have ever done! Their staff were superb in answering my every question too.
Three weeks ago my brother and I went to Lowes to buy materials to install a chain link fence. I called ahead and talked to David at the pro desk. I told him what I was doing and he said no problem, just come to the pro desk. When my brother and I arrived we were treated to the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. David was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what we needed and why, he went back with us and helped pick the materials including 90 pound bags of cement. Them after purchasing the materials he helped load them in the truck. With service like that Lowes has become my new go to lumber store.
Tiffany Acosta was absolutely amazing. We were having some hard times, she was able to drop our bill so much, we wont loose our service! And we found out our modem was obsolete and got the most recent one that will make our gaming kidos happy!! Thanks Tiffany!!

So far, Im waiting to become a new customer. I will give a more thorough evaluation once, I am connected. So far getting service is a chore, sales is great, the techs are great, but somewhere in between there is a major loss of communication, that has caused a nearly 2 month delay in getting service. I have had my address verified by a tech, but the system hasnt been updated, for nearly a month it hasnt been updated. Once (if ever) I get my service, I will complete my review...
After 3 days on the phone with Comcast, with no help, a tech from the Aberdeen office came out, he was so helpful, I did need to go in the office the tech that had to my house and two of the office gals where so nice, they were so helpful.

The Wi-Fi in my Gateway died and I took it in to swap it out for a new one. There was no trouble and that you can activate it for me. And the best part is, it worked! I was in the store for about three minutes in the middle of the day. Very happy with the transaction.

This is specific to the service center. Representatives were not very helpful at answering questions about services on my account and did not explain why they were not able to. They really didnt care whether my concerns were addressed or not.We need some competition in this sector of our economy to bring down prices and inspire improved customer care.

Trying to do new Xfinity mobile but you have to have a bank card and you have to pay that way so went thru a lot of trouble to only find out cant do it! Grr very frustrated

My families been deal this Comcast for a little over 5 years. So far its been problem after problem with them. Not only did the fail to fix all of the issues weve had, but now all of a sudden our Internets been on the fritz. Weve had it reset and even replaced the Routee multiple times. And it still doesnt work! For what we pay we should have Some damn good Wifi. And we dont. Comcast Is a scam and definitely not worth the money we give them.

The people working there are clueless as to where your account stands. Usual answer is the system hasnt caught up so they dont know. There quick to take your money though.

I love Comcast you guys are so awesome you have great customer service and great cable TV and the best internet somehow I got stuck in a two year contract with Dish and I flipping hate it Dish truly sucks you get what you pay for yes I was paying almost 200 bucks a month maybe over because I pretty much had everything but I never had problems with Comcast yet in the first half a year with Dish out of nowhere my satellite quit working because The Dish satellite had been bumped just barely & wasnt pointing the right way and they charge you $100 for the cable guy to come and bump it to the exact spot it needs to be their internet is the worst ever they are straight up the worst ever

We had NO PROBLEM.And the Service Center was Super Helpful....we walked in...Installation date was a Week Away. But you just have to call and see for Cancellations. Had ours in 3 days. Internet up and Running. Xbox updated. All Cable Channels Perfect. Smartphone App is Awesome. And already have 6 movies recorded on the DVR, I can Watch on my Phone. Wicked...And John Wick TOO ☺
Constant problems. Random charges in the hundreds of dollars range with no warning. Customer service through their automated bot is annoying, if not downright impossible. They have decent internet, if youre willing to pay the extortion level prices.

I had been having slow internet service from WiFi. Kept calling and complaining. They sent people out but no help. Finally sent a higher grade tech. He told me my computer doesnt see both of the possible connections and only sees the one that is used up by baby monitors and other WiFi access items. I averaged 0 to 1.7 mps. On my next bill was a 70 dollar service charge. Never knew it was coming. They offered to take off 35$. I said this was bad customer service and said all or nothing off. They opted for the nothing. I paid the bill and will remove my Comcast next month. Ive been a loyal customer, paid my bills on time for years..... And this is my thanks. Goodbye Comcast
We have had a horrible experience with Comcast multiple outages we have had service with them now for 3 years and if it’s not WiFi it’s the phone and if it’s not any of those working it’s the cable not working all day this service is the most worst service ever. If anything I would go with direct Tv or anything else but Comcast. We are in contract with them so cant get out of contract or we have to pay a 200 fee. Horrible service.
By far the worst internet ever!! Dont even try to stream Netflix or Amazon. It doesnt work. Sometimes around 8pm it works shortly. We are currently with Comcast because they rope you into a year contract and because of that contract, they get away with doing nothing. If you call Comcast, the hold times are very long and chance of getting a grouchy representative is super high and results into absolutely nothing getting done. Its a total waste of time. If by some chance they do send someone to your house to check out the problem, be prepared for a hefty bill. My hope is that someone considering Comcast for there internet provider, after reading this, really does some research into a better company.
I pay for 100mbps. I get 15 on a good day. These companies are allowed to tell you any lie they want in order to steal your money. And you wonder why were voting for #BernieSanders. #Bernie2016 #CantStopTheBern
Love how fast the internet is and streaming shows or movies works great! I dont like that they bill you before the services have been provided though i.e. They bill a month in advance.

I have been a customer with Comcast for 1 week.I ordered their tv premium package, 150mbps internet, and their home security - so I was planning to spend considerable amounts of money for their services over the contract period!I am using my own modem to save the ridiculous $10 month rental fee for their modem. However, I was told by their install techs that it would be best to eventually upgrade to an Xfinity modem for the fullest speeds and such.I was out shopping at thrift stores in Aberdeen and found a Xfinity branded modem so I purchased it for $1.00 - yes 1 whole dollar! I decided to go to the local Xfinity store in Aberdeen to get instructions on what I would need to do to get it working. THIS WAS MY MISTAKE!!I waited in line and was the 3rd person up. I went to the window where the male employee would help. After explaining my situation and showing him the modem, he scanned it into his system and then said there was a problem. After leaving me standing at the window, he conversed with a woman that the other end of the counter since their manager was out to lunch and returned.He told me that he had to confiscate the modem as it was not supposed to be sold and was Comcast property. I told him that that would not happen as I purchased it legally at a local store and wasnt going to just give it to him. It was at this point that the Big Mouth woman at the far end of the counter started yelling across the room that that was not how it works and that the equipment was basically considered stolen - all while other customers were standing around in the lobby. So, as I understood it, I was now a criminal and had stolen their equipment?!I explained to the man that as a new customer and apparently a person who has recovered their missing equipment, it would be right for them to offer a better solution than stealing my modem from me - in the tradition of good customer service! He said he would have to ask what he could do and walked away again.He returned, now this time the Big Mouth in tow only to have her berate me loudly and publicly while customers stood around. I told her and him that they needed to pay me back for what I paid for the item or to simply swap it out for a new model and not charge me for the rental as I returned their stolen equipment. They never asked how much I paid for it - which really is irrelevant, it was the principle and right thing to do.At this point the Fat Cow (pardon my irritation and expression) then started yelling at me very loudly and told me that this conversation was over and that I needed to either pay for new equipment or come back after the bosss lunch. I told her to stop yelling at me as I had done nothing wrong and I would not waste my time waiting for the boss, so I could resolve my concerns with the man I was dealing with.She then yelled at me to get out of the store and that I was no longer welcomed there and they were going to take my modem as it was stolen. As I looked around the lobby, they other customers were now laughing at me and the situation!I told her to to shut her mouth, I grabbed my modem and began to walk out... she then fired off at me again saying good thing you are leaving or else.... (trailed off muttering). At that point I lost my composure. I walked back over to grab the managers business card and she looked freaked out and yell get out, get out. Really professional and high class this one!All of this could have been solved with simply offering to give my $1.00 back for the trouble - NO offer was ever given to resolve this issue or make it right by the customer.Apparently, this is not only the acceptable way to treat a human being simply asking for help but it is the norm for Xfinity and Comcast employees as well in the Aberdeen/Grays Harbor locations. If you read the other reviews, 1 star is the norm for this location!I have filed a report with their corporate offices regarding this display of harassment and abuse! AVOID USING THIS LOCATION AND THEIR SERVICES TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM THE SAME TREATMENT!
