Calvin was the best! He helped my husband and I get new iPhones (13 yea!) and took care of everything from start to finish. He was able to quickly address some issues to keep the process moving. He also clearly laid out all the changes and pricing that our upgrades entailed. He was awesome to work with!!

The was the best Verizon experience we ever had. When in for a upgrade on my phone & expecting long wait and run around from sales agent but we must have been at the right place at the perfect time. Our sales agents name was Aaron & he not only gave us a hell of a promo deal but we walked in and out in less then a hour with a new phone, cheaper bill and unlimited data. Supposedly I came to update the phone for my mother and I left with a new one for me because my phone was cracked. I had been to two Verizon stores already. One they sent me to was closed because of Covid and no one knew. So I got on the phone and I called the Aberdeen store. And by this point I was frustrated and I was hysterically crying because I had been out messing with Verizon for 4 hours by this point.. And Alex, at the Aberdeen, store was so nice to talk to me and call me down. He had me go to the Aberdeen store and spent time with me. He even called the other store where the guy had messed up, he called wherever he had to to get whatever fixed several times. And he got my phone and everything that I needed. He was a lifesaver! And I will definitely be going back to that store and asking for Alex!

Been meaning to leave a review. My visit with this store was a day after the iPhone 12 pro max was released. I had ordered the phone online and requested to pick it up at this store. When I came to the store I told the associate I was there to pick up an order. The associate didn’t do any type of greeting or seem interested in my visit as a customer. After I was given the new phone and I asked if there was anything I needed to do in the store to set it up. The associate had a dis-interested demeanor and said no there is nothing to do here you do it at home. Didn’t ask if I needed any help with setting up the new device or anything. Just seemed like he wanted to get me out of the store ASAP. Meanwhile there was a small group of women getting sit down service on the other side. I’m Latino and the group and all the associates were Caucasian. Not saying race had anything to do with it or maybe the associate just wasn’t having a good day but I just didn’t have a good experience at this store. Even if it was for picking up an online order. I see this store had better ratings for others but I was just very surprised that my experience here wasn’t great.

If you go to this location, ask for Allison! Shes extremely knowledgeable about all of her products and plans. I dont think there was one question we asked that she didnt have the answer. She made sure we picked the best plan that suited our needs. Also very patient from start to finish. Allison is amazing!!!

I highly recommend this Verizon store. In early December I had a possible serious security breach and needed to disable 2 mobile devices and get new devices and accounts. I was sleepless and terrified, (and I’m a senior with limited tech knowledge!) and Alex was excellent! He was informative, efficient, patient and kind.... and by himself on a Sunday afternoon before Christmas. He managed and balanced my needs with other customers who came in...to everyone’s apparent satisfaction... no grumpiness apparent from anyone! Subsequent calls to Alex and other employees to ask questions and to set up a device that had to be ordered have all shown the same professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. And COVID protocols were observed and made me fell safe as well. THANK YOU!

I came in just looking for a charger, I sat down with Aaron, he went over some of the promotions they were running as he rang me out. We purchased a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra from Heidi at this location. The phone never worked right from day of purchase. We called Verizon they stated they would put a software ticket in for the phone. Never heard back from them. Tried Samsung support, went through all the steps, still nothing. Neither offered to replace the phone through the warranty. I called Heidi and she walked me through how to get the phone replaced via warranty with Verizon.New phone came today, went to the store and Heidi verified the phone was defective so transferred all the data for us, made sure new phone functioned properly and got us all set. If you need a new phone ask for Heidi.

I originally had a great experience when moving to Verizon at this location. Now a month out from when I originally set up the line, a few issues. I was told at the time that insurance was required while financing but was not told about different options of insurance. So they obviously charged me their most expensive option even though I wanted to fully pay off the phone. They would not let me fully pay off the phone, leaving me with $20 to finance. This made the insurance more expensive than the amount financed. Second, I asked to set up auto-payments at the store, My card was taken and was told that it was set up. Looking at the bill this month looks like I didnt get my discount for auto-payments, and now have a past due payment. I was also given a 150 dollar rebate code, when trying to submit it a month later I get an error. After talking to customer service I was told that the coded needed to be redeemed within 30 days, another thing that was not told to me. Lost a bunch of money due to negligence here.

Allison helped me so much when I had no idea what I needed to do to buy a new phone. I cant say enough about how helpful she is.
