I travel around the US for work. Midco is easiest Internet Company I have worked with! All the staff, from counter sales, call representatives, and technicians go above and beyond! As far as Im concerned, if there is Midco in the areas I travel, I dont have to look any further! Outstanding!👏

Very nice, always get a hello right when I walk into doors! Very affordable just depends on how you want your speed for the internet!

Website was horrible. Constantly froze and would not load. Was trying to do an online order and could not get passed the order summary page. I used live chat and that made things even worse. I used 3 different devices and each time the order page just kept loading and live chat would completely lock up all of my browsers. Horrible, frustrating experience. Ended up going with a different ISP.

One of the many options here in town I havent shopped around lately but best we have so I just stick with them

Internet continuously drops multiple times a day which is very frustrating. And since customer service is so rude theres no point in calling them and try to fix the problem

Midco has the worst internet to date, drops out constantly even with the best package, wifi wont reach 2 feet outside of your house and wont work any better sitting right next to the router. Costumer service sucks and its never their fault, always yours. Midco is a joke.

I did not have a good experience with Midco, they wanted me to do the installation to put the internet box and for that I had to make 3 eyes in my house so that later they would see to put only the box and thats it.So I did not do it besides they were very rude ..
