We own a 2015 Sienna AWD. Took it to Munro for a creeking sound while turning the steering wheel. They diagnosed struts and mounting plates. Makes sense we live on a very bumpy rural road. They had trouble getting the parts so we took it to Zanesville Toyota. They diagnosed a new rack and steering column. I was perplexed, Im no mechanic but a bad steering link usually has play in the wheel and a rack usually leaks when it goes bad. They estimated $2200 for the repairs. After we got home received a call from Zanesville Toyota. They wanted to know if we were interested in trading it in. So I took it to Firestone and they gave the same diagnosis as Munro, struts. They put the struts on, no more noise! Im not looking for special treatment or a bargain but need to be able to trust you. They wont be getting my business in the future.
