My AC went out in the very early hours of a very hot Sunday morning. Waited to call anyone until around 7. Rapid Air responded quickly to my call and had a service man to my home in a very short time. He diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and l had cool air again in a very quick turn around time. Walked into a hot humid office early one summer morning. Ac had failed and employees where due to work in a couple of hours. Rapid Air responded quick diagnosed the problem sourced the correct parts and had the air conditioning repaired and operational before any work time was lost. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, on time service.Kept us up to date with text message alerts, showed up on time, and got the AC working excellent.

Came home to a hot house about 90 degrees because the ac had quick working . Called a few places only to be told they couldn’t come out till the next day. then I called rapid air. They showed up within about 45 minutes, fixed the problem and got my ac unit back up and running. Fast service. they also recommended a basic service to get the unit cleaned up and working it’s best.Thanks for the great service . I’ll be using your service again when needed.

Hands down the best A/C company in Yuma. They take their time to fully diagnose and repair any problems. Their rates are also very reasonable. This company also has strong ethics, and wont try to sell you a new unit if the original one can be repaired without it costing too much. They have even offered to pay for a hotel room if they cannot fix your A/C unit in a timely manner - they would rather you be comfortable versus having to sweat it out! Nothing but good things to say about this company. It is a family-owned and operated business, they take pride in their work, and in my experience they do the job right the first time.

If I could give 0 I would....one year broke my hose, when I called supervisor, I got excuses not even an apology. Next year tried them again, maybe it was just a simple mistake. But it was my mistake to give them another chance.5 year warrenty on unit had just expired, servicer said condenser fan motor going out needed fixed ASAP. I got a second opinion and....NOTHING WRONG with any of the motors. Will no longer receive my business or recommendations.
