Amazing job

Ive been going to Campbells for the last few years and these guys have always done a great job of any maintenance work needed on my 2010 RAM Hemi. I do not like anyone touching my truck and Campbells is the only exception. The most recent work was sparkplugs tune up. Thanx for the continued job well Done. See you in 2021!!!!!

Tom is the man. I don’t write reviews for anywhere, but I had to for him and his team. Professional, honest, and up-front. He also has a cute Chug (chihuahua/pug mix) named Yaya who will occupy your time while you wait.Go to Tom for any work you need. It will be well worth it.

Always appreciate the customer service as well as the work that they perform. They are very transparent about all the vehicle issues, but without pushing for unnecessary repairs. We drive almost all the way across town just to get our vehicles serviced here.

They were quick and called us to let us know the problem and asked if we wanted to go ahead with a second repair. Very customer friendly. Gary explained to us what was wrong and where and even told us about an issue we will have to plan for in the next few months. Campbells is an amazing repair shop! They have been honest and upfront in all my dealings with them. When we needed to repair our AC they allowed me to bring in a part that I found for significantly cheaper and they put it in the vehicle. They have been fair in costs and I feel they truly want to help you keep your vehicle in the best working condition. I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Campbells, they have made a lifelong customer out of me!

We had taken our van in to a different mechanic THREE times all for the same overheating issue. Paid way too much to replace parts that were never broken to begin with. Got a recommendation to go to Campbell’s, and we are SO grateful! They fixed it in less than 24 hours, and it’s actually fixed! They even offered to come and pick me up after the repair was completed. Honest, efficient, and friendly. We’ll never go anywhere else. Thanks again!!

My wife and I always receive a friendly and courteous greeting when visiting and have received excellent service everytime a repair or maintenance is needed. I have always received a call after diagnostics are complete desciping the issue, the solution, and an estimate for the job. The last issue I had with our family vehicle was fixed same day and within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Campbells for any vehicle repairs or maintenance needed!!!

Took my car in to get oil change, but the plug was mangled and seized, so much so that no one else wanted to do it. The guys did a great job getting me in and fixing the problem. Price was a little higher than what I woulda paid somewhere else, but the customer service was great. Even gave me a ride home when they discovered it would take a couple hours, so I wouldnt have to wait there. I will be taking all my vehicles to them from now on.

The service to our vehicle was great and it ran better after the oil change.

My AC wasnt working properly, called up Campbells Auto Service, they took my car in same day, and got it all fixed up for me same day. I was able to pick up my car early the next morning with it blowing cold air for me again, which is really important in this Fire Pit that we live in here ;) Great Customer Service!!!

They want over 350 dollars to only install my power steering pump. It takes 1 hour to do by the book. They screwed me two years ago as well. Thought Id give them around shot. From a mechanic of 15 years thats too busy to work on his own vehicles, DO NOT GO HERE!!! Rip offs.

If your car is breaking down and you absolutely cant make it anywhere else other then this place, well ill tell you that you are better of pouring gasoline all over it and trowing a match on it, good luck if you have to take you car here because you are better of taking your car to the burger king employees to fix it then this place.

Very thorough and good fair prices

My 1985 Ford van was cutting out when I drove, and I believed it was a fuel pump issue. Well, it turns out that it was just very low on gas. If the story ended there, it wouldnt be much of a story. Upon leaving Campbells, my van stalled while I was about halfway into my driveway- I didnt know how low my gas level really was even though Robert, at Campbells, said, go get gas. I only live 2 blocks away from Campbells so I thought Id make it home. Upon stalling, I called Robert and he did his best to assist by sending the owner, Tom, and a mechanic to come to my aid. They helped me get the van started, and in the process located a pesky fuel line leak that they will repair for me later at a more convenient time. Thank you fellas for all the courtesy and the extra help.

My 1990 Toyota Sunrader RV is a special rig, and the crew at Campbells went out of its way to make the special repairs it needed.

They fixed everything quickly and were a reasonable price. They are trustworthy and helpful.

Terrible price on service and auto parts. I brought my car in because it was over heating. They wanted to over charge me for a part, $33 for a part that costs $13 at NAPA. Thats when I thought that this was a bad idea. I told him not to do any work, but they still charged me $50 for doing nothing on my car. Avoid this place because they are dishonest and over charge for service not done.

AC service was completed on time and done right!

Window regulator went out today when it was cold and rainy, they ordered the part right away and even stayed well past closing time getting it installed. A+++ service!

Jeep was over heating and the radiator needed flushing. After spending $459.93 to solve the over heating problem and flush the radiator I still had the over heating problem and the radiator fluid was still dirty. I did return to the dealer and they would have continued to work on the problem and probably would not have not charged me for additional diagnostic work. How ever I chose to go to another service center instead.

Dont trust this one either, will try to take advantage without blinking an eye

Bad service. Over priced.They do not return phone calls and will do extra work without letting you know. Then they bill you for it.

Awful!!!! Took our working truck in for an oil change and transmission filter change and after $270 we left with a non-working truck!! We had to take to another place and pay $2000. (they said transmission filter was put on backwards and missing parts)
