We are very pleased with our Lennox air conditioning unit that was installed by Hansberger two summers ago. Our electric bills were running as high as $350.00 a month with the old unit, with the Lennox unit the highest summer bill has been $130.00.We are very happy with the unit as well as HansbergerAnd their excellent technicians & service.We give them a Triple AAA rating.

We’ve received excellent service from Hansberger for many years now. They actually rescued us from a poorly installed unit and kept it running. It was time for a new system now so we worked with Albert to get features we wanted in our price range. The installers were professional and friendly. We’re very happy with our new, much quieter A/C. The new thermostat was difficult to manage but Emma (She is always so nice) got Floyd to come over right away and help us figure it out. It’s all good now.

My ac stopped working on Thursday night right in the middle of a serious heatwave. I called Hansberger electric that night and left a message. They called me the next morning and squeezed me in. Charlie came out and within 10 min I was up and running! All for under $100 bucks. Gotta say I was pretty impressed that the got me right in, they were super busy and I was a new customer. This is the way a business should be run! Thanks guys!!!!

Quality performance on maintenance was below standard. Other places in Yuma include washing/cleaning of coils without extra charge. And also mo paper work giving.

We called about 30 minutes before they closed because the a/c was leaking. They sent a tech out that same day, even though after hours at no extra charge. He arrived within the hour, cleared the clogged drain tube, wiped up the water inside and checked the inside unit. He was very professional. We highly recommend this company.

AC went out Friday night called someone Saturday morning and Mark came out and fixed the AC within a half an hour excellent service very nice person he explained everything to us reasonable rates very very happy with this company

The technician (Floyd) was on time, kind and professional.Floyd asked me to call into the office to make a payment where I was informed I would receive a text with the ability to make the payment but it was not sent to me (3 days and counting). Only complaint.

He is very thorough and takes his time to make a use everything is connected and working properly, and explains if any repairs were done or what is needed. He was amazingly polite and knowledgeable. He did have a little issue with one of our thermostats, we found out there is and issue with the unit and needs to be replaced. They installed a nest thermostat months ago. The temps finally drop . I have no heat . They said it was a bad wire and charged me $156.I wonder if they never connected the wire for heating and I have foot tbe bill.True to their word theyre refunding my money. We have used their maintenance program since we installed our new system in 2011. This program helps extended the life of our system and keeps it running efficiently. They call twice a year to remind you its time for your maintenance. Very professional and kind company!!

Called Hansberger when our AC went out during the night. The lady over the phone was very kind and courteous. She assured me someone would come that same day and if we need to leave to be somewhere cool she would call me to give me a 20 min notice before the technician showed up. Called at 8am they were there by 10am. The technician was very kind and explained everything to me. He went straight to work and our air was on and working within 30 minutes. Hansberger has always been great to us and we will continue to use their services.

I have never had a problem with this company. That have always been prompt and courteous. They take the time to explain what they found wrong and what needs to be done to fix the problem. The office staff have been communicative, scheduling and adjusting times based on the availability of the technician.

This team was dispatched by my landlord to first assess, then install, and to afterward maintain a new air conditioning system for my residence. They have done all of the above accurately, efficiently, affordably, on time and with a smile on their face. They have also been willing to answer any/all questions I have had relating to the equipment they installed for me. I am blind and have an accessible thermostat that (when I asked them to install) they had no argument or trouble doing after looking at the installation instructions that came with the mostly standard device.

Several weeks ago, Hansberger professionally installed two high quality air-conditioning systems in our home, with which we are completely satisfied. Yesterday, when a minor initial adjustment was required, Hansberger immediately diagnosed and adjusted our system (using state-of-the-art “remote” tools) . . . and even sent a craftsmen to our home afterwards to ensure everything was working smoothly. Very courteous staff. My air conditioner went out and they came and fixed it the same day. Also gave me a courtesy call later that day and then a couple days later to make sure it was working.

The young lady that answered the phone was polite and knowledgeable, gave us a price to check out problem. Mark came out right before overtime, went up on the roof checked the unit got it working. Checked everything got back on the roof again and before he left cold air again. Honest, trustworthy, company can not go wrong using them, and charged what they say!!!

I have lived in Yuma for over 25 years and knew of Hansberger when we first moved here but found them to be too expensive for what I could afford; I was trying to save a couple bucks. Since that time I have now learned the price you pay when you dont hire and pay the price that comes with quality. Saving a couple bucks in the short-term cost me lots of bucks in the long term. I called Hansberger to give me a quote for reconditioning my 10 year old a/c units ... to have the air handlers removed and thoroughly cleaned. Not only was the quote very competitive, the work was done by technicians who obviously care about the job they do. I couldnt be more pleased with their service and recommend their service if you want top-notch customer service.

Saved me thousands. I had them come to give me a second opinion. The first AC company that I had called wanted to replace my condenser unit. When the salesman came from Hansbeger the first thing he said was that the circuit breaker was the wrong size. He replaced the circuit breaker and the checked the condenser unit and the system works greatly appreciate

Serviced our swamp cooler in April. Technician stated that he lubed the bearings, drained the pan, changed the pads. Was up on roof for over an hour. Came down, stated that a belt needed replacing. Came back with belt and replaced. Now its September -- bearings shot, pads NEVER replaced. Technician states we need a whole new unit. Of course we do.
