Majority of the machines dont work and have stickers on them saying Out of order The coin machine didnt work either when I came in with my kids and it was filthy! I used to love coming here but its not even worth it anymore. The loads are pretty pricey as well. Kong is a great owner but he needs to fix these machines and clean up the place or hire someone to come in to clean.

I like the convenience and its cheap. I dont care for the snotty bad talk of this spot! Its owners r super nice and respectful!

Needs to be remodeled. Theyve got the big machines that I like but noticed that a lot of the dryers & a back row of wash machines were out of order. It would be nice if they had a public bathroom. I looked & did not see one.

I like doing my laundry at Kongs because I usually do a lode of laundry and wash and vacuum my car at the same time while my clothes gets washed.

Could not find anybody to get change while we were traveling we needed to do laundry about three or four of the machines were broken

I love the super sized washer where I can toss in my whole house in 2 loads.The place is clean and easy to get to.This is where my husband and I go to for laundry when we need to do more than we can at our apartments.

Relatively good, quick cust. Service. I got a smog check, and paperwork for under $50.00, and then off to D.M.V. !!

Place is a dump. There are much nicer laundromats in town.

Affordable prices. Facilities are in deteriorating status. Old equipment. Half of the the washers and dryers are out of order.

Always seems like half the dryers are not working, large homeless presence, but it is clean. Some of the local laundromat have roach infestations. Not here.
