Through the years, I have sought out Rush Personnel Services whenever seeking new employment. Rush personnel is very professional and truly match employee to employer, for the highest probability of long term employment. After submitting an application to Rush, I am contacted immediately, interviewed and are set up for employer interviews. I usually obtain work quickly and it becomes a full time employment as a career. In 2021 I worked with Yolanda Trevino out of Yuba City, California and my expectations of professional, accurate and quick assignment was met once again. I recently acquired some help finding a job through rush personnel and by far one of the most helpful, polite and nicest employees I’ve ever come across was Yolanda. She takes the time to make sure that both the employer and employee will be a good fit and asks all of the appropriate questions to ensure the employees will be a successful member to the business of their choosing. She is extremely kind and unlike some interviewer who just want to quickly interview someone and move on, she takes her time and made sure I felt important and that I would enjoy the business that I am looking at which is cleaning swimming pools. I would like to mention a very helpful member of rush personnel was Lorena Gonzales, she helped me after an unfortunate event which left me unemployed and helped me very quickly find a job that I really enjoyed. I cannot explain how wonderful she is at her job when it comes to making you feel important and the ability to understand what you’re looking for when looking for a job. She is incredibly nice and very thoughtful and went above and beyond and out of her way to help me find a job within around two weeks of losing my first one. I highly recommend her for help on finding a job you will enjoy.

I was hesitant to visit an employment agency, however, after the wonderful experience that I had with Rush, I couldnt be any happier. Filled out and sent all the necessary paperwork and information to the company. They set me up for an interview with a Job in Sacramento, I live in LA. I was fine with moving for work so that was all fine. They set up for an interview and I left at 3:30 AM so I could arrive on time for my appointment at 9. Half a hour away from my appointment I got a call from Rush notifying me that they forgot to tell the company about my age and therefore disqualified me from the position. It was more than 750 miles and 12 hours of driving for a canceled interview. If you do decide to work with this company triple check everything and call the company who may interview you and check with them as well.

Awesome temp agency. They work hard at keeping you employed at all times. Weekly pay. Awesome place to work for if you need to make money and fast.

Rush is and was very super helpful, amazing staff they all have great customer service I am very pleased with my experience with Rush and would recommend it to anyone that is in search of employment.

They dont pay you on time and they dont pay you for all the time you have worked. Check you check stubs and keep track of your hours if you do choose to work for them and dont make plans expecting to get paid on time. They couldnt care less either...
