Really Happy with my first Hair salon visit since Covid! Went there and was taken care of by Pauline, she co owns Vivid Hair & Beauty Bar. They are professional, with lots of experience. She made sure I was comfortable and I have definitely found my to go to stylist.

Chloe did an excellent job fixing my brassy blond. I would recommend her. I will going back again..

Vanessa and her assistant are amazing, I came in for extensions because I hated the current status of my hair. she colored and matched my hair perfectly! I went with sew in extensions, and I am so happy with my hair! They feel great, they look amazing, and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend Vanessa!

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with a salon. I made an appointment with kloe. Picked out my hair extensions and told her the style I was wanting. And made another appointment for the following week. I told her I was getting married on Thursday. So my appointment was on wed. Well she called me the day before and cancelled. She said my hair didnt come in the mail. I already paid her 475.00 dollars. Out of the 1000.00 that she was charging me. I asked for my money back. Because now i only have a day to find someone else to do my hair. Kloe and the blonde hair dresser that works with her treated me so unprofessionally. I would call and ask for my refund. When I asked to speak to the owner they said she was in Mexico. Then the blonde called me pretending she was the owner and told me no refund. So I personally went to the shop and begged them to help me out. Im getting married and because of them im not going to be able to have my hair done in time. They both laughed at me and said sorry I DONT know what to tell you. I replied and said im going to the police dept. And make a report. Then an hour later they called and said to come back to salon and pick up my money. So

Been here twice (most likely will be going more), both times with Chloe. Chloe is great at cutting hair and shes kind. The place overall is very clean, when waiting they offer water which is really nice. With the app they use for appointments and check-ins its very convenient and easy to use. Also, the air quality inside is not musty and usually some salons are.

I had Megan and she did such an amazing job. She is beyond nice and has such a good personality. The salon was very nice and I loved the vibe of the place.

I’ve gone to Pauline twice for my haircuts and I had such a good experience both times. She’s very friendly and does such a great job! She listens to what you want and makes it happen for you. My ends were a little bit more damaged than I thought and she suggested I cut just a tad more than I wanted and I was perfectly okay with that. I appreciate her asking me before she did it. She’s very respectful to you and your hair :)She’s awesome!

This is by far the best salon I have ever been to! Vanessa and Chloe are amazing, they are true artists! I never leave disappointed! Thank you for your amazing attitudes, excellent service, and always squeezing me in every time I need it! I appreciate you ladies ❤️❤️❤️

I have never written a negative review before but felt the need to because the customer service here was dissatisfactory. While it seemed warm and accommodating here, the services here are too overpriced as I definitely did not get what I paid for. I have had cheaper and better work done elsewhere in the past but was new to the area and found this place after reading some positive reviews. I came in for a few subtle highlights and did not notice a large portion of the back of my hair was not colored until I got home after work. A good chuck of the back of my hair was all still dark which looked awkward and unnatural. I was very disappointed since I was not explained that a tester or partial work for the service would be close to 200 dollars until after the fact. I have never experienced partial work done for a partial amount at any salon. After asking about this and explaining my concern to Pauline, I was told that I would be charged a large additional cost for the incomplete part of my hair which I do not believe made sense or is worth it. I felt cheated and mislead, the experience was definitely a waste of time and money.

I love this salon all the staff are so kind and professional! I have always been happy with my color and cuts with Pauline! They also offer me beverages and make me feel so welcomed.They are always having fun events too!

Pauline is always friendly & courteous and gives me plenty of hair appointment day/time options within a reasonable time frame of me contacting her. My hair always feels so renewed & fresh after she’s trimmed it. The business is always clean and centrally located.

I only been to this salon twice and I’m in love with it. My stylist name is Karla. Her work is amazing and she’s very professional when it comes to performing a service. I would go back to this salon.

Pauline was very nice, she did my first keratin treatment and explained the whole process. I loved how my hair turned out, so shiny and soft.

I came to Pauline for a cut and color that looked completely different than what I had when I walked in the door. She took the time to talk with me and figure out exactly what I wanted, and she nailed it! I couldn’t be happier! Plus the salon experience was everything I was looking for, complete with head massage! I’m very excited to have found a new salon where I feel comfortable, pampered, and walk away feeling amazing. Highly recommend!

Okay but expensive

Kim is amazing. With other stylists/barbers, my grandsons hair stuck out straight everytime it was cut. Kim really understands hair and how to cut it so it will behave.

Have to go somewhere else to get my hair done. Wasted my money coming here. Just wanted my roots lighter. Walked out darker than when I came in. Going to make an appointment somewhere else to fix it. Ugh, who has time for this?

Such an amazing experience! Going to go back Monday to get eyebrows waxed!

It was my first time visiting Vivid and I had a great experience. The atmosphere is very comfortable and relaxing. I had my roots touched up along with a gloss and I went from mid back length to a shoulder length haircut. I love the result! Grace did my hair and she was kind and professional. I will definitely be coming back to Vivid in the future for trims and touch ups.
