Unbelievably rude. They only have 2 people working all the time and they have the worst attitudes, especially the younger woman. There was a mix up with appointment times and the lady was screaming at my elderly grandmother that she was wrong. We will never return and they will never get our business again.

Didnt like the work,, attitude..

I went there with my daughter right before Christmas.Salon was nice, clean, and organized.Nail technicians were nice and friendly.Lots of colors to choose from, both gel and for regular polish!I did my gel, they have UV lights for each hands so done very quickly.$22 for gel, and my daughters polish was $6.I am very happy about the price, too.Im glad that I finally found a nail salon I like after all I tried so many different salons and had bad experiences...I will be going back there again for sure!

I had a BAD experience!! DEFINITELY NOT A CLEAN PLACE!! Tools were just wiped off NO disinfecting! HORRIBLE service! Lady was ROUGH on mani and pedi! Used a cheese grate to scrub my feet. Lady was NOT friendly. Definitely NOT a place to go!! Highly suggest that NO one goes here if possible!! Was a former beauty school student and learned a lot, so trust me... DONT GO!!

I will never go there again..I was there when They opened. They took 4 people ahead of me.only one had an appointment. I should have been 2nd. I left and went to 2000 nails.they have never.and will never treat me like that

It is so sad to see these comments ... this was always my go to place for nails when Ben and Helen owned it. Since the new owners took over it has not been the same. I wish i knew where Helen was because i would go there for my nails.

Terrible place, do not go there! Its not under the same ownership as it says it is on facebook but it is the same place. I went there and their sign says open until 8 and accepting walk ins until 6:30. I got there right behind some other lady at 6:15 and we both sat down. A half hour later the other lady had been taken and a works came up to me and asked me what I wanted done and I told her a mani pedi and she said they didnt have time and that they close at 7:30 and they dont take walk ins that late. Even tho their sign clearly states otherwise. She was rude and walked away from me while I was still talking. Ill never go there again!

Horrible experience getting a full set. The man that did mine hurt me while clipping the old acrylics off and complete disregard for my real nails in the process. He also sanded down my actual nail to far that 2 days later my nails still burn. He also cut up my cuticles as well as destroyed my real nails. He didnt even glue the nails properly, straight, or make sure they were actually connected. After every thing was done and looking at the underside I now have severe nail damage and 6 nails that are NOT probably glued. I spent extra to get nail art I requested fall colors and theme, it was hideous he used black and white stripes like leaves on orange and gray nails. I had no time to ask to have him remove it and just do a flat color because I already spent an hour and half there and had to leave. I will never go back and now feel I have to remove my acrylics and let my nails heal after the hack job this guy did.

I called for prices. Told me $32 cor a fill with gel & when i get finished i had to pay $48.. False advertisement!!!
