Love the work! Been to alot of shops due to my nails lifting 3 days after I paid over $100+ Finally @ 2000 nails Ive found my new nail techs. First time I went my nails didnt lift and lasted the whole 2 weeks..

Mike did my pedi & gave me a new set of acrylic nails. BEST pedi I have ever had!!!!! OMG!!!!! He was very professional & when I asked for certain things with my nails and apologized for being that customer, he said no problem, you want what you want. I’m not sure I want to travel 2 hours every 2 weeks for a fill & color change but I’m seriously considering monthly visits for a pedi!!!!

My normal guy, Mike is currently unavailable so I think the owner took care of me and I was just as happy even though I had to come back the next day.

I dont understand the nail technician for able to see their clients no of feet efficiently female technician that I had good night give me the outcome that was expected more than he gave me the shape that I requested and I did not find my nails very well at all I also have a photo of the work that he did I did not see how bad it was until I was in sunlight.

I had an appointment with a specific technician for 11:00am. I was a few minutes early and they insisted my appointment was at 10:45. They said someone else was free and I decided to take that person. It was the first 10 minute manicure I ever had. When I mentioned this to the manager he made no comment or apology. I will never patronage this establishment.

Although the nail tech did a fine job on my pedicure, he commented on the condition of my nails. It is none of his business why my nails were not in good shape. I told him this was the reason why I was there in the first place. I was offended. Also, as there was a tv in the shop, one of the other employees decided to give a political opinion on a topic she knew nothing about. We come to a place like this to get away from the daily grind. It was unnecessary .

Its a rip off. I was charged 68.00 for a pedi with gel. Apparently they charge 18 dollars more than the already questionable price of a pedi. And lets not forget the 5 dollar charge to remove the polish that was left on my toes which was not very much. No warning no price on the walls and only price was on laminate paper....again nothing about gel charge

Never thought I would be giving them a one starsince john and Tanya are no longer there and luck lock whatever his name is not very professional waits on stops then decides to not only do your nails but 2 other ppl at the same times forgets that he was doing your nails then you wait and wait then two other ppl start doing your nails luck not only is un professional he also makes the nails very heavy they lift off wont be returning unless Tanya and john return

Stopped in for a pedicure. This was not my first. I’ve had many elsewhere. The guy was a little extra with that pumice stone but I’m no sissy so I sucked it up. Thought I’d be good in a day or two. No. Not at all. Here we are 10 days later and my feet are raw and burning. This has NEVER been a problem for me. So now I’m treating my feet with anti fungal cream. Super uncomfortable. This is not ok. I’m probably going to do my own pedis forever now.

Initially, Sue did my nails (gel manicure) & I absolutely loved the work that she did. Since shes on a leave of absence, Tony does my nails now & hes amazing also. Hes very detailed & lets you know what hes doing during the manicure, which I appreciate. My nails are nicely manicured & Im always satisfied. I would definitely recommend 2000 Nails to anyone wanting excellent customer service & quality work.

The most beautiful set of nails I have ever invested in. Very clean facility and wonderful staff. Takes good care and time on your nails and never in a rush. They always ask about your day and life and make sure you are in a good position. Asks if they are hurting you and makes sure they do their best. Recommend HIGHLY!!!

They took us immediately and practiced safe distancing, hygiene, and compassion. Everyone (customers and workers) wore masks and they did not handle money. I felt very safe there in fact my 95 year young mom also was very impressed and felt safe. We will go back. Their service was excellent.

The owner did not do my nails correct, he made my right hand shorter than my left, the just uneven, bulgey, the color is cute that’s it, but they won’t get my service ever again

Excellent. Been going here for years. Only place thatmy nails are always and consistently done great! They last 2-3 weeks before they grow out. This is for the shellac/ gel I always get😊

Made an appointment for 2 pm for mani/pedi. Waited 40 minutes for a pedicure and then they told us we dont have time for your manicures. Ridiculous!

Okay well first off, it was my first time going there. I was referred there by a co-worker.Completely awful full set that was super expensive.I decided to go back and have them fixed bc of the price of them & when I showed them my awful nails they yelled at me saying nothing was wrong with them when you could clearly see 5 out of 10 nails were completely crook-ed and the polish was so thick and gobbed on there. But yet somehow took him an hour to fix them so please explain to me how nothing was supposedly wrong with them. Now a week later one nail has already fallen offNeedless to say they will never get my business ever again due to their lack of professionalism & arrogance . Seeing as tho I am a nail tech as well for natural nails, I may not do acrylics but that doesnt mean Im clueless. Thanks for nothing I guess

They do a wonderful job here. Everyone is very nice. Sharon did my pedicure and I loved it. She was very kind and helped me pick out a polish. I have a few issues with my feet and she was very patient and understanding. I highly recommend this place.

They Say They Do Kids Nails But The Smallest Whine The Kid Makes They Kick You Out . It Was Very Rude . They Wouldn’t Even Service Just The Adults

I found my new favorite salon! Everyone there is so nice and helpful! As soon as we entered the salon, we were greeted by basically the whole salon. Even when we were leaving they all thanked us even if they didnt do our nails. They really take care of you and make you feel welcomed. I had Selena do my nails and they look amazing. I never received so many compliments on my nails. She did a cute design with dandelions. Perfect for spring. I highly recommend this place. You will not regret it!

I had my first regular nail polish pedicure at 2000 Nails on Thursday evening. On Saturday both of my big toe nails chipped. Normally my pedicures last 3 weeks without chipping. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I called 2000 nails expecting them to repair my nails, and she said she does not guarantee regular polished pedicures. This is disappointing.

I just found this place by chance and I love it. They are open on Sundays which is a plus. They were getting slammed when I walk in, but they didnt keep us waiting for too long. Their deluxe pedicure is so nice and relaxing. I will be back!

My go to place for nails. I went to another salon once and they ruined my nails. I will never go to any other salon from now on. The salon is a bigger than other salons so they have better ventilation compared to the smaller salons. The service is great.

I ended up here today by chance. Ive only had 2 pedicures in my life, so I dont have a good history to compare. However, I was very pleased. There were nonstop walk-ins while I was there... which I thought was a good sign. They used a liner on the foot bath. The gentleman that did my nails was very gentle (the first pedicure I had hurt for weeks) and seemed to genuinely care how my experience was going. Everyone on the store seemed to work at every job to make sure everyone was taken care of. I wish I had asked the name of the gentleman who did my pedicure because I would go back to him anytime! Ive never had a manicure, bit I think I will go back to get one!

Awful!! I was having a full set of acrylics done, with removal of my old set. The salon tech was so rough, it was PAINFUL! She used another acrylic tip to pry off my old set, I bled! She didnt soak them or file them off. She just picked them off. And charged me for the removal fee. I could have done that myself at home, and been more delicate! Not to mention, she had the audacity to order me to sit still when I jerked my hand back, due to the pain.My previous experience there was just as bad. I came in a half hour before close, but all I needed was a quick fill. I called ahead to make sure theyd take me. They said to come now, so I did. I got there within minutes of hanging up the phone. They closed at 4pm, it was 330pm, and they refused to seat me. They were not busy, and I even explained how I just called and was told to come in. But they said they close at 4, last customer at 330. I was too late. Even though it was exactly 330! But I didnt make an issue about it, I just went someplace else.I dont usually write reviews or complain about sub-par service. However, the combination of being refused service and then having a painful experience, when I tried to give them a second chance, put me over the edge! So Im writing this review, from my car in the parking lot-outside the store entrance, to warn anyone from going to this establishment. Theyre just terrible!

This is the only salon I will go to! Everyone there is so friendly and so willing to help. I got my nails done by Tony. I got a a pedicure and manicure regular polish. When I went back to the drying station, I messed up a younger girl fixed them for me. She wasn’t the one that did my nails but she was happy to fix it for me. There was also a time I messed up my nails after I left and I called and they told me to come in and they’ll fix it no charge. They know what they’re doing. They’ve been around since the 90’s and they’re the best!

They need to change their hours!!!

Owners are very rude, especially the oldest daughter. Very unprofessional and acts inconvenienced with her clients. I have witnessed her do with this many clients in the past. The only reason I ever go there is for the worker, Su-who is amazing and friendly! There are MANY nail salons to choose from on 224, go somewhere where you’re not mistreated!

Just got a a fill done here. I was a loyal customer at another local place for a while but it’s pricier so I figured I’d try a new place. I had a guy tech not sure of the name but he was above and beyond nice. I casually mentioned I hate the feeling of the nail file which I’ve mentioned at other places and they just look at me like there’s nothing I can do I have to file and get this done but when I mentioned it here the guy was super slow and gentle after lol. It was definitely a shock. I wasn’t even mentioning it for him to do anything about I was just warning him in case I accidentally jerk away. Those little things go a long way though. I also LOVE the finished nails!

Ive been to this place twice now. Both times I went in as a walk in and was seen quickly. The first time I came here was a few years ago and I got a simple manicure, and the technician made my fingers bleed and my polish chipped off within a couple of days. The second time was more recently and I got a full set and while the quality of the nails was good, the technician again put me through a painful experience. My nails were filed way too thin and now that I have the fake nails off my real nails keep bending halfway down the nail bed! I have bruising in my nail beds which has never happened to me before, Ive always had healthy thick nails and to have that ruined by a careless tech is really upsetting to me. I really dont recommend this place, the techs obviously dont care about the customer. Bummer.

Very poor job on nails. Spent over $100 for nails and pedicure. One nail popped off the next day, acrylic all under the nails, 2 nails crooked and other nails have bubbles on polish. Went back to get fixed and they copped an attitude. Wanted me to keep waiting to try to fix them. I would not recommend this place. Not good job or service there.

Recently went here & I heard good things about it but I am beyond disappointed with how my nails turned out. The whole time I was there it felt super unprofessional & I feel she was very unfocused while she was doing my nails. She kept talking and stopping and she was trying to order stuff off her ipad and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. My nails are also unbelievably crooked and the polish looks horrible. They are all all uneven and none of them are filed to the same length. It also looks like there’s about 20 coats of polish on it as well it is so thick. I leaned my lesson and will not be coming back to this place and I would not recommend it to anyone else either. It is expensive to get your nails done. 50 bucks down the drain for me. 1/10 experience with this place and I will NOT be returning ever.

Very friendly, but that isnt required to do a good job on nails. I got a mani - pedi just this Tuesday. One guy did my regular pedi with french tips, regular polish. That was fine. The next guy did an acrylic fill-in with gel polish french tips. The combined charge was $78.00 - WHAT??? I didnt say anything, but Wednesday morning, the nail on my right ring finger chipped and the polish is chipping off the tips of my tips- in 2-3 days 😡 Plus he told me to only start the light one time!! Id call them, but I doubt theyd make it right. Ill just never go back!!

My 83 year old mother was in the shop today to have a pedicure. The service was horrible towards her. The man working on her feet accidentally cut her toe. He didnt apologize and then refused to polish her toes. My sister who was with her at the time complained and they comped the pedicure. Before they left the shop they were told not to come back because they dont give free pedicures. This was supposed to be a Mothers Day treat gone horribly wrong!

Called to make an appointment the guy who answers was rude and hung up on me. I called back to clarify the appointment, again was very rude did not ask for a name. I asked if he needed one hes responded with fine what is your name. Needless to say that I will not be going to this appointment. Called another salon and they were a bit more professional.

The service is not great. I went to get my nails done on a Sunday and they were busy, which is fine, but they did a terrible job. The nail technicians were rushing and I could overhear other customers complaining. The woman who started my nails got up several times and then filed my nails incorrectly. When I asked if she would fix them, I could tell she had an attitude. Then I pointed out the old polish was still visible on my nails and she said she would take care of it, but I could still see traces under the new shellac color once she finished. Again I asked if she could correct my nails because I felt I was not getting quality service, but she kept walking off. I would not go here again service and professionalism was terrible and the nail quality was just a big dissapointment. I would not recommend!

Store was dark didnt know if it was open except for neon open sign .place needs a makeover bigtime no airbrushing that seems like a loss old colors no fresh opi colors.my nail tech didnt make me feel welcome nails were just adverge nothing special will look for a better salon

Horrible! I felt like I was interrupting the girl who was doing my nails. When I walked in she was laying in the pedicure chair watching a soap opera. She did not ask me what I wanted or cared what I wanted. When I asked her to make my nails even she said they were even. She was clearly annoyed with me the entire time. I had to go and get them fixed by Gel Nail salon. Very unprofessional and unfriendly. They dont care what you want, they do whatever they want.

Horrible! Went in there with my friend so she could get her nails done we sat in the waiting room to wait and the guy told us a few minutes and about 20 minutes later told us the same thing while he still continue to sit at the nail desk on his phone, so than finally some other woman came and got us when she was done with a client and she was very rude she clearly hates her job because she did horrible on my friends nails the acrylics are all different sizes some long some short ! She was gonna make is pay 34$ to fix the problem ! Her and her other employees were talking about us the whole time laughing and so on. No body wants to pay almost 30$ dollar to have nails when it looks like a 5 yearold did them! Horrible service dont even waste your time coming here !!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My best friend and I went here for our first time, and when we walked in they told us it would be a 10-15 minute wait. After 30-40 minutes of waiting they finally called us to 2 tables next to each other. My friend sat next to me for 20 minutes while my nails were getting done before Tonya started working on hers... and she rushed so fast (because another lady was waiting to be done) that when she glued her acrylics on, her daughter had to fix them for her because she glued them to her actual skin. My friend had to actually pull her arm back fast becasue it hurt so bad. OH, AND not only did we have to redue the nail polish after we left because it was so smudged, we actually had to refile them as well because of how crooked our nails turned out. Please ladies, if you’re going to go out and spend your hard working money on getting your nails done like we did...GO TO A PLACE THAT CARES.

I was very disappointed with this place, they did my manicuring full-set acrylic service, was very disrespectful, hurried because of the time, didnt listen to what i wanted and gave me wide nails at the tip that looked like duck feet. The girl Kelly who did my nails was laughing to another employee she was working with. I said to her I wanted them shorter, and she said Oh they look fine just because she didnt want to go back and shorten them for me, out of laziness. She painted them the pink I wanted, but did a really messy job when painting the design on, had polish all over my fingers, she did not wipe off with remover, and just left it there because she was ready to leave work. The design looked like a 5 year old who painted outside the lines in a coloring book, i was very very unsatisfied! I called back to complain the following day, about how I did not like them, how unpleased I was, and he continued to say I dont care, you pay for service, its done and told me I could not get money back and said if I came back in he call cops. I HIGHLY recommend that NO ONE goes here, THEY WERE ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE, DISRESPECTFUL, AND WILL MAKE YOU UNSATISFIED. - Thank you.
