Customer service told me that this place would exchange my equipment and finish the upgrade in service I wanted.... they gave me a broken modem dirty and used, and then said they don’t have time to upgrade my service because they only had an hour left until closed!!!! Absolutely unprofessional please do f you even read this stuff do something about it.

I have called and waited 45 minutes the first time I got to talk to a real person. It was the wrong person. They said they needed to transfer me. I said no. But they couldn’t help. Waited again 30 minutes still nothing resolved. They told me I needed to talk to another person AGAIN. I HUNG UP.Next day I called same thing happened. This time I waited 1 HOUR to talk to the right person.Now appointment to set up service. 3 weeks waited.an shows up. Asks where is boxes to install. They hadn’t arrived yet. He left then 5 days later these Apple Boxes arrive. WRONG. we wanted DVR box and HD box. OMG.I called again another 1 hour wait to talk to someone. They told me I had to take Apple Boxes to a store in Youngstown to get a refund and pick up the DVR HD boxes.Now I am waiting in a line to get my money back. Understand I live 45 minutes away. I have been waiting for 40 minutes and still waiting. I hate this company. If I was doing this for myself I would have changed companies. I am doing this for my Deaf son. Awful company. Hate them their service terrible.

Member service at this location is very rude and not helpful at all (very trashy) location has garbage outside and tissues on the ground inside. Not a location I would go back to. Lost 2 days of pay and they offered me a $12 credit on my bill! I lost my services due to an outage in my area. I understand this was not there fault, but we needed our WiFi because we work from home. This was Sunday and they couldn’t make it until Tuesday evening. After losing almost $200 in pay they offered me a $12 credit on my bill! These are hard times right now! Both adults in my home were laid off due to COVID-19 and are just getting back on our feet. I called back and they gave me an extra $10! Really???? Nice way to help out your people Spectrum! Thanks

The service was very fast. I took my dad up to Spectrum so that he could replace his equipment. Hes a very impatient guy but the service was fast. They got to him in less then 10 mins and he was happy. Thank goodness

Other than that, friendly service, Julian was great, and was in and out as soon as I got up to the counter. Overall, a pleasant, yet average, experience.

Terrible customer service. Darrell could not have been nicer as he was signing me up for things I did not want or order. He told me I need to return the additional equipment I did not order however he cant take it, UPS takes it. He gave me instructions that were so ridiculous I was embarrassed for him. Today I drove to Ashtabula to change my service to internet only. They took the extra equipment and gave me a receipt. The funny thing is they want me to buy cell phone service from them too.

Waited for over half an hour for only one other customer being in there with two reps. I will drive the extra distance to go to the Warren location from now on. 😂😂😂 This location is a joke. I had spectrum internet service which works great but I decided to go with the mobile. They explain that they use Verizon towers and I thought well they have good service so why not. The representative went through trading in the phones with me and gave me a price.... that is not the price of the phone that I got it for itwas half of what he said it was going to be. No one wanted to help they just kept repeating that they couldnt do anything about the traden price. I now paid for 3 phones. Not happy with their customer service at all . Even when they said they will look into it and call me back no one ever did.

The wait was a little long but they are very nice and helpful, in spite of some of the mean things people said while in line. (Its only 2 workers) I went to do my early upgrade but you have to do it over the phone or online for now. I guess eventually you will be able to do it at this location.

Not that I hate Spectrum. I dont like the installation service. They just install and leave telling me to figure it out. 😡 also when you call customer service they try to explain it over the phone if you can get one that speaks good English. I dont have them anymore. I just use regular TV antenna as we did back in the 50-60s. 🤣

I went down there for the 1 rep that works there to be on lunch break waited in parking lot for over 25 mins with no show of the rep, I left. Went back later in the evening to stand in line for almost 45 mins. This was only to exchange devices. People would probably be better if you called a tech to your house!

Time Warner was way more reliable. My wifi shuts down EVERY NIGHT without fail. Prices raise and service only gets worse. If Spectrum didnt have the area monopolized and we didnt need internet for school, I would drop them in a heartbeat!

Great internet. When they sent a guy over to install my cable all he did was talk on the phone with his girlfriend and leave a big mess in my house all over the floor plaster, drill shavings and everything. Cable worked for about 4 hours and then it quit. Then Spectrum sends me a bill in advance even after I dropped the cable service. Who in the hell do they think they are they can bill us in advance before we even used any of their services. Know wonder theyre getting thrown out of New York.

They charge way too much the cable boxes never work right I went through 4 DVR boxes in a year. The rep at the counter shorted me 10$ change. They charge for repairs charge to install charge anything they can. The only good thing is the internet service works great as long as you have cable to it is much slower if you dont have cable too so that you have problems streeming. They do it on purpose.

I absolutely hate this place not specifically this location. I hate the company Spectrum as a whole! They don’t offer any type of payment arrangements. They will disconnect your service at a drop of a hat! TWC was bad but nothing like this. When you call to inquire about your disconnect date you get the same answer “it’s the system we have no control over it.” Well spectrum your customer service is ridiculous I would rather deal with AT&T! Spectrum things happen in life that are out of your control and you may not have the money to pay at the time have some empathy or kindness geeesh! If I could I would’ve selected 0 stars!!!!! It’s a shame to treat customers of 10+ years the way you do!

I just spent over an hour on the phone with Spectrum what a joke! I cant watch tv in my bedroom, got a rep coming Thursday, my bill went up $50! I get no extras just basic cable for $222! Are you kidding me! Then the girl tries to sell me bytes for my phone, which I dont have thru them and I pay only $26 for monthly with unlimited everything but wants me to but bytes for $14! Are you kidding me Im trying to lower this bill and they try to make it go up!!!! And I have no tv till Thursday and an hour of my life I will never get back! I am starting to document how many times, it goes out, what date, what time, what clown I spoke and they dont want to give you credit for the time it is out. I went into the Spectrum office on Wick Road today 5/15/2017 to pay my bill. I was assisted by Teresa. I told her I wanted to pay my bill and since we had a storm a few weeks ago and service was out for 24 hours if there should be some credit. She got an attitude and told me that it was the electric that was out and not the cable. I said no, the electric was out for an hour but the cable was down for 24 hours. She continued to argue apparently assuming I did not know the difference between electric and cable. I told my credit card from her and asked for a supervisor, she said there was no supervisor and kept saying bye bye bye I went outside for a second and went back in and was assisted by the other representative who proceeded to tell my DirectTV or Armstrong would not give me credit. Well I didnt know she worked for them and I was not talking about DirectTV I was talking about Spectrum. I paid my bill promising I would call customer service and complain about Teresa attitude. Teresa proceeded to yell at me as I was leaving the store, in front of customers.It bad enough the service sticks and not the customer service reps are abusive.

Terrible experience if I could give them a zero I would, three desk positions w/ computers, only 1 customer service representative working. Waited in line for over 40 minutes to exchange a receiver (wouldnt even give me a bag to put it in). Got home, installed the receiver, called to activate it and to get an explanation why cinemax was no longer available on my silver package .I was told cinemax increased their prices (9.95) across the board. You could add it al-a-cart for 9.95. What happened to the original price that was included in the initial silver package. Why wasnt the silver package lowered (minus initial cost of cinemax). Monopoly Rip-Off. My next call will be to the Attorney Generals Office

Service is terrible digital break up so bad I cant even watch a show all the way through.. on demand will cut off and giveyou a not available message and thats if you are even able to start a program. Serch feature is constantly giving a not available message too... then the will charge you a $50 fee for a service call to tell you thats there is nothing they can do about it, or tell youthat its fixed just to havea the same thing start within minutes of them leaving. Biggest waste of $160+ a month.
