Their internet service is the worst! I am staying at a hotel and I paid for upgraded internet service and Im kicked offline every 10-15 seconds. The internet speed test shows 0.10 for upload. I paid $12.99 and unable to get a refund. I called their tech support and spoke to three different people and neither helped resolve my issue. For laughs, one person told me to turn off my A/C unit to see if that would help. I read their employment reviews and there are many complaints about lack of training and product knowledge. This seems accurate to me! Ive sent emails to corporate at the hotel and Broadband Hospitality. I need internet for work and unfortunately the hotel doesnt offer a refund for early check out since Ive paid for my entire stay upfront. In the future, Im going to avoid any hotel that has Broadband Hospitality as their internet service provider.
This company suppose to be reseller who support Phone Suite Product. However in this instance they just kept ordering parts when not necessary and hiring a tech what they call a Smart hand. That tech when was needed to change over from standard telephone line to Fiber it was suppose to be smooth transition. However we are at this peoples mercy and they screwed up my telephone system completely. Than on top of it kept running bill for services not performed. We paid for parts were never needed and when finally got approval to sent that back were only offered refund on one when we had 3 parts that were never used and returned to them. Check is till date never received as of yet and they stated is in the mail. That System was completely trashed and was made to not function as it should. When asked for the resolutions they do not support us and just kept hanging up on us. What a shame. Charged almost $6000 for this mess and screwed us on that phone system and they are the support company who we were assigned to by this factory who makes this system called Phone Suite. What a disaster and they are arrogant and not even care about this.
This place is always changing towards the better. I see people moving positions left and right with great potential to move forward. Very fast paced and the work can be challenging, but it makes the shift go by fast and different each day. Ive also met some great people working here and I enjoy working with them. A great place to start and grow in the IT field.

They are very prompt, respectful, and kind. We have delt with them on all ends of the spectrum from internet to TV service. Theyre always as helpful as they can be with whatever your doing.
This has been a fantastic place to work. Been here more than a couple years. Its face-paced, engaging and rewarding. The hospitality industry does not slow down, and neither do our employees.

Out of all the people at their call center that supports multiple phone systems I own, only one guy knows what he is doing. The rest are worthless and only good at taking messages and not passing them on. I had troubles with a phone system at my business and it took them 3 months to get it resolved.
Horrible company to do contract work for. Their payout slid from over a month to approaching 3 months. Like others, I have no idea how they became 3rd party provider for a hotel chain.
Horrible company to work for. The owner has no respect for his employees. They dont properly compensate people for their time or effort. The owner has pretty much lost all trust and respect from anyone who actually made that company what it once was, because they were stabbed in the back, metaphoriclly speaking. Their CFO is nothing but a lying, manipulative extortionist. Their employees who work tirelessly to try and make the company run, are under constant pressure. When most people ask for a raise, their answer is to fire them. The place needs to be shut down, or certain people need to leave. The owner needs to make amends for his wrong doings and make up for the lives they have screwed over.
This company is worst company you every can find in hotel industry.they dont call you back and they dont care about customer at all.they are charging crazy money and not providing service and their staff saying I dont know what other people have done and I cannot speak for them and that their problem not mine.they dont want to help their customer at all. they are just their to collect money. I dont how come they become Marriott approved company. staff is so rude and dont know how to speak with customers. I ask for copy of the sign contract and it took them more then month to get me the contract. their billing is so bad.I am filing complaint with Marriott as well. be careful to work with this company. take extra ten steps or may be 100 steps before you sign any contract with this company.

They are great people to work with, loved being part of a close knit group working to solve problems and issues collectively for the greater good. Advancement opportunities are a huge driving factor.
I have called three times over a period of 3 weeks and the issue has not been resolved; they actually created another one.Worse customer service and techs I have ever experienced. They will not call you back, send an email, or anything to address your issue.I am only trying to run a hotel at 90% occupancy, why would I need working phone lines?
The internet is incredibly slow and customer service/engineers are unwilling to help or solve this issue permanently.
