I will never shop here ever again. I bought my wife a ring for Mother’s Day and she did not like it. Unfortunately shortly after Mother’s Day we ended up with Covid and in the hospital. We just got out about a week ago. I called and explained the situation to ask for a refund and was told the best they could do was an exchange. We don’t need jewelry we need the money to help pay the medical bills.

I have been going to this store since about 2014. I have gotten almost all of mine and my wife’s Pandora jewelry here. Every time I go the girls that work there are quick to help, they are very knowledgeable and are the friendliest. For these reasons there is no other place I would rather go.

This is the only jewelry “chain” that we have bought from in more than 10 years. The staff is always polite, friendly, and helpful. Love that they have in-house repairs now!!! FYI, ask for Wanda - she is the absolute best!!!

Reed’s Jeweler’s in York is hands down, the best Jeweler I have ever had the privilege to purchase from. Reeds Jewelers in the Galleria Mall has been my go to jeweler for years. The staff is very kind and extremely knowledgeable. Just recently there was a mishap in the store and by no fault of their own they had to close for a few days. I had dropped off some jewelry to be worked on and was worried that I would not get it back in time for my wedding. Well Wanda saved the day. She contacted me letting me know that my jewelry was done but the store was closed to the public. She made a special trip to the store to ensure I had my jewelry in time for my wedding. She made what could have been an extremely stressful situation into a simple exchange. I can not thank Wanda enough for her help in this matter. Because of Wanda and all of the kind employees, Reeds will continue to be my go to for any kind of jewelry.

Reeds in the York Galleria helped my now-husband and I from the beginning! From picking out an engagement ring, getting a Reeds card, to picking out our wedding bands and wedding day jewelry. The husband even snuck out there without me to get me a sapphire set as my wedding gift. And their care plan allowed me to have my engagement ring looking brand new to match my bands! A thousand thank you’s to Wanda, Audrey, Sue and Ashley for being patient and helpful!

I went in 5 days before Christmas expecting to find nothing an was greeted with professionalism and patience. Was helped in picking out a beautiful bangle as well as a new charm for my mother. I returned the week after Christmas because the bangle was not large enough but had no problem exchanging for a larger size. Thank you it was perfect!

Came in to get help repairing a necklace clasp thought I was out of hope. But figured Id stop by and sure and behold necklace was fixable. Wanda went out of her way to even clean and freshen up. Havent dealt with someone as nice and caring as her.. thank you again. I am officially a customer for life. 😃 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Wanda is amazing, bottom line. I was in town for a leadership training and I had my wedding band on for the 1st time in 2 years while I was here, turns out it was definitely too tight and it got stuck on my finger. Wanda made me comfortable, and walked me through step by step. She was a life saver, polite, and helpful. Thank you again for everything!

Seriously a joke. I was supposed to receive a call today when my ring was back from being repaired. Not only did no one call I had to call for a half hour to talk to someone. I even tried to get there 1800 number to get in touch with the store and they couldnt. They have no voicemail to leave a message either. After FINALLY getting ahold of someone it took them a while of digging to finally find my engagement ring that did come in on time. Talk about a giant valentines day disappointment. So sad to spend so much money and get such piss poor customer service
