Will never buy jewelry from them again... my wedding ring has had a diamond fall out twice already in the past year and a half. This time the shop has taken an entire month to repair it and I still dont have it back. Extremely disappointed with their service department and manager offers nothing other than an apology.

Where as I went there just to browse their selection. I felt as if they were trying to convince me to not only spend out of my range, but set me up with one of their credit accounts... Ive noticed alot of their brands or jewlers are extremely overpriced.. I understand its quality.. but when the same males ring by weight and by gold is 300 dollars more just based on the jeweler who made the ring it sort of puts a bad taste in my mouth...
