I visited Oletowne Jewelers to inquire about a new setting for my wedding ring. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand the look and feel I was going for. They showed me multiple options and even ordered samples so I could see the settings in person before making a decision. I chose to have my pear shaped diamond set into a halo setting with a white gold band, and it was absolutely stunning… just the kind of update I was looking for. I felt very confident from start to finish that I was getting a quality piece from a reputable jeweler, and that I had made a decision that I would be happy with for years to come.

My husband and I wanted to customize my engagement ring and wedding bands that I already had and upgrade the gold and add diamonds. It only took 2 weeks and they turned out beautifully. The jeweler we worked with was very attentive, honest and friendly.

I needed links taken out of a silver bracelet and I was greeted by the nicest gentleman who explained what needed to be done. I needed it fixed same day or next day and he was quick to accommodate. I will definitely use this jeweler again. The customer service surpassed that of the bid name jewelry stores.

I had to have the diamond reset and the prongs enhanced on one of my rings. The work was completed same day with exceptional results. I will be back. Thank you for taking such good care.

Ive been emailing with Jamie for the last couple months about getting my wedding set soldered (had to wait until I was actually married to pull the trigger!). He was very helpful and extremely responsive all throughout. I finally took my set in today and they were able to turn it around same day! The work was done perfectly and Im so happy to have my set as one piece. I was grateful they took it on because my set was purchased elsewhere. I’ve taken many jewelers repairs and alterations to Oletowne. All repairs/alterations have been done in superior quality. I feel comfortable leaving my valuables there. Always photographed with a copy given to owner. While I tend to use the jewelry repair more than purchasing, I have made some lovely purchases.

I took in a bracelet with a corded band to have made smaller. It was an urn bracelet with my dogs ashes in it, and when Bob saw that I was apprehensive about leaving it he suggested they give us a call when it’s closer to the time that they’ll be able to adjust it. They were quite quick in doing the work, and the work was done really well. My bracelet now fits and it looks just as good as it did when I took it in.

What and amazing experience! I went in for a repair of 3 necklaces days before Christmas. Not only were they able to the repairs within the same day in house but they also guarantee their work. They were honest so much the I was informed that one of the necklaces was a hollow gold and although he could repair it he couldnt guarantee it. I was impressed with their complete transparency, professionalism, courtesy and reasonable pricing. They also had instructions before entering to wear a mask and use hand sanitizer before entering. I felt completely safe in their environment. I highly recommend them for any repairs needed and they also had an beautiful selection of amazing high quality jewelry.

They did amazingly at resizing my engagement ring, its a few generations old, and I couldnt be any happier with the quality. They were able to do it same day, the gentleman who helped me couldnt of been any nicer. Taking the marching wedding band in to be resized closer to the wedding. 10/10 would highly recommend.

My anniversary band was starting to crack and thin out terribly. The gentleman gave me 2 options one to have it re-shanked ($400 +) the other to have my wedding band and anniversary band soldered together to strengthen the anniversary band ($125). I opted for option 2 and they said 7-10 days, it was done on time and they look great! Nice and clean and like new!

I recently had Oletowne Jewler repair my chain in which they did a wonderful job. The turnaround was in one day but there is a fee for this service. However, in my case I chose to utilize this option because I wanted my necklace.I purchased my necklace and cross at Oletowne Jewler and have always used there services. They are professional and consistent in providing quality products.
