What a great facility, so many offerings, Tia is such a fun thrilling, instructor. She make the environment a safe and productive one, no matter the skill or age. We took our whole family for a bungee fitness class and it was a blast! (My kids are 5 and 8) they want to go everyday!!! 💗 Go join the fun and fitness!!!

I didn’t know anything about bungee classes before I started but I wanted to try something new. What a workout! And Tia is an awesome instructor. If you were hesitant like me don’t be. You won’t be disappointed.
