By far the best gym I have ever been to!

A little more money than Planet Fitness. Im a third shifter and like to do things in reverse to the normal people. Going to the gym anytime I want is great. Even on the weekends. They do offer classes, morning and evenings if you want. The times that I go, no one looks at me strangely. Nor do I feel out of place. I really like this gym. Also, its nice that I dont have to travel so far to get there.

“Please don’t ever come back to this gym because you’re rude” - owner’s wife because when I asked her why they had a particular dress code different from any other gym and she responded with “because we’re different”, so I asked her why they were different? She didn’t like that response so she decided to flip it on me that I was rude. I’d like to believe that their customer service/relations are better than that, but she got flippant because I asked a question.*UPDATE*: instead of reaching out to me to discuss this situation, the owner (Steve) called my father (who is only a member because I referred him years ago when I was a member) instead. As an adult with customer service experience, this is obviously a very interesting handling of a poor customer experience from my standpoint. If anyone at Semper wishes to reach out to me, I am more than willing and happy to discuss my experience and give them the opportunity to change my perception of their customer service.

This gym is great. Everyone is nice and respectful. Great trainers. A variety of weight and cardio equipment. Some focused classes that are excellent. Highly recommend this gym.

I lost 50 lbs coming here. True gym family feel. Great results. The staff is very helpful.the place is very clean. No doubt worth every penny!

Best local gym around. Open 24/7 for members yet has full service staff most of the time. Owners know their stuff, are caring people who take pride in their gym and helping others. Their care shows as this is also the cleanest gym around.

The perfect gym! Very clean, lots of choices of equipment to use, great PTs & I love the 24/7 key card entry, which is essential for me. Cant beat it for the price.

Tried this place out under a guest pass. Very nice gym, good music, lots of space and variety of equipment. Definitely recommend it!

I have been using this gym for a while as a second gym and it was ok. Not a lot of equipment and I often had to wait for things, but there was enough to get the job done. I always thought the staff was friendly enough until they decided it was ok to embarrass me in front of everyone there for something I had been told the week prior was ok by another staff member. I dont believe I will be returning to this gym.
