I wanted to thank Stephen Rood and Peter Frisolone for their service. I received my fathers cremated remains today in a beautiful black box, I plan to replace with a beautiful urn. Thank you both for answering my questions and for the speed of the service.

My grandmother passed in early April, and reached out to have her cremated. 3 weeks go by and I have yet to be contacted by these scumbags. They take advantage of people who are already going through a lot. Avoid this place at all costs.
