My church always rented vans from Scholtes when we needed them. My wife and I decided to try our purchasing our second car from Scholtes. The customer service was superb. Tim was my salesman. I have never met a car salesman more nice and non-pushy in my life of dealing in purchasing cars. There was no trying to pressure me into purchasing things that I did not want. I walked in said what I was looking for, my budget, and Tim got it perfectly right and then some! If you are looking to buy a car Scholtes is the place to be! We will definitely be back!

I bought a used 2015 F150 truck from this dealership and I had a great experience! I was a customer that was over 500 miles away and the salesman, Les, took care of everything. I saved a ton of money because they had their truck priced right and they also gave me a great deal on my trade in. I was able to meet them halfway in Council Bluffs, IA and we exchanged vehicles and signed paperwork and I was on my way. This is a top-notch place where they value honesty and a mans word!

2 months agoDo you know if the parts they put on your vehicle has warranty? Even if you did not purchase the vehicle there ??Are you kidding not like a franchised Chrysler Store when they were back in 2010 when Chrysler yanked their Franchise due to poor new vehicle sales over the years & low customer satisfaction scores. No you as a customer will not get the same warrant on ‘parts’ at this used car jokey store as you would have if Worthington had not had their Chrysler franchise-pulled.🙈

Les Houselog is the best car salesman in town. Very honest, fair and gives you the best deals.

I bought a car and was driving cross country the next day. They got me in, did an inspection, and recharged my a/c to get me on the road the next day.They are trust worthy, thorough, and professional.

The van I purchased was exactly what I wanted. My low rating is due to the customer service I received. When I found the van I already had an approved loan from my credit union and I had to wait a couple of day for the check so I asked if the van could be held for me and was told I could write a check for $200 and the van would be taken off the lot until I can back. It wasnt moved at all. Then the check was not returned to me when the contract papers were written but instead applied to the contract without any notification to me and not disclosed when the contract was gone over very quickly and signed. My bad for not reading each line to make sure and trusting that it was all fine. My loan was for the full price with nothing down. The people we met were all nice but this just isnt how business is done where I come from.
