They are amazing. I called and asked them to replace the U-joint on my driveshaft. Quoted me a low price, and were able to get me in quickly. Very helpful, got done with my repair quickly, and they did a professional job. I couldnt ask for a better auto repair shop. Ive also been to their old location a few times and have had nothing but good experiences. Also the people there are very friendly.

I had a major breakdown driving on I-270 on my vacation late on a Sunday afternoon and the tow-truck driver towed me to UN Auto. UN not only did my major repair at a very fair price, they also helped me find a rental vehicle to continue on my trip. (Not easy late on a Sunday.) My vehicle was finished on time for me to pick it up on my return trip. Extremely helpful and fair and didnt take advantage of an out-of-towner in an emergency situation. Although a part used failed a few days later (it was faulty), they fixed my car the same day without any push back and no extra cost to me.Let me highlight - no push back. He stayed open after closing hours to fix our car, even sent an employee across town during rush hour to grab the parts we needed to get us on the road that day. K & K towing recommend us to U N and the towing company was a pleasant experience too. So glad we stumbled across them and I can’t say enough good things about them!!
