Driving across country from CT, our car started over heating. I called Christina last night while in Wisconsin and booked an 8 am appointment. Ed had our car fixed and back on the road in less than 3 hours. We are happy and so thankful for this place. Now we can safely continue our drive out west. They even gave us a shop truck to run some errands in town.

Update November: This dealership failed to disclose my 2019 Jeep Cherokee was in a significant accident 8-months prior to purchase. If I was informed of the severity of the damage and insufficient repairs, I would have not purchased this vehicle. Currently, Im dealing with the drivers side splash guard being ripped off because of the unresolved damage. And then being told there needs to be some extensive work done is disheartening because this vehicle has caused frustration, worry, and increased bills for the past 7-months. The photo below is the tire damage that was observed and reported within a month of purchase; it also remains unresolved.Update: mid-August, a spare tire was delivered to my house.A 2-star rating is due to not willing to return phone calls for several months; messages were left with management, the sales associate and parts manager, all of which, were never returned. I was shown my vehicle in April 2019 with a spare tire kit in the trunk, which was not there when it was delivered to me. I figured it was taken out when the glass coat was applied to the interior and never returned. Thats the only thing I have inquired about, even though there is a large slit in the sidewall of my rear tire, also noticed within the first 30-days. If I am mistaken, a simple voicemail or email would be fine. 3-months later? Still nothing. Overall, my experience was fine; I love my Jeep and the staff were friendly. However, the lack of accountability and follow through with returning messages outweighs my willingness to ever consider purchasing a vehicle here again.

Had a great experience at Marthaler!!! The van I stopped to look at was already sold but Ivan, my salesman, helped me get in to a van that fit all my needs!!! Chase, in finance, helped bring the whole thing together and get payments where I needed them! I havent bought a vehicle in 5 years so I was a little anxious over the process but they made the experience very low stress!!! I thought it was really awesome that Ivan took me around to meet the members of the service department in case I would ever need them! Amazing team of friendly and helpful people!!! Thank you all!!! Long story short we were traveling through and in desperate need of vehicle repairs. We found Dillon in the service department and he immediately plugged the car in to diagnose the issue. Well, it was major! Our vehicle had a cracked head and was going to take a little while for parts. Amy stepped in and hooked us up with a 2020 Pasifica to continue to our destination.(and use throughout the next week) That day to the lake was saved thanks to those two! I had a phone call in about a week saying our vehicle was done. Everything was pretty much under warranty thankfully. Except the battery they replaced for FREE. Recently found a car at the dodge lot, told them I would be there to look on Saturday that was the earliest I could get there as most people work, got there about 2:30 Saturday afternoon and I was told they sold the car about an hour ago, to me that is bad business as they new I was coming to look and sold the car out from under me, will never shop there again and will tell everybody I know to do the same.
I was passing through to get home and my car started over heating. They didnt see any leaks, and just topped off the antifreeze. No over selling and a great 20 minute stop.
During my visit there I was helped right away, and the person who was helping me kept asking me all the information of the car that I wanted to purchase, I quickly felt comfortable with this person who was helping me during my visit there, he also kept explaining everything that I wanted to know and what I didnt know about the car that I wanted, so I really recommend this dealer ship to everyone if your trying to buy a car, these guys know what there doing and they will help.

These people are amazing. Of course there is David J. I had seen a Jeep Renegade in my hometown, went on Marthaler website and bodda boom bodda bing, David delivered! Ok fast forward I ended up with a warranty claim. Shoot, I ended up having to cancel twice, but in the end the shop technicians found the problem and in 1 week problem part replaced, plus Travis found another glitch and will get that replaced also. AND Cynthia picked out the absolute best ride for me to toodle around Worthington in while they worked on my Jeep. When it took longer than expected for some other work, BOTH Travis and Cynthia were so accommodating and apologetic. These people and business are the real deal! Only diss I have...waiting area chairs are awful. But then, what waiting area chairs arent!!!
I purchased a 2019 Ram and I set up almost everything via phone or email before I arrived. I drove over an hour and a half on a Saturday and would do it again. Thank you to Cinthia and her team for taking such great care of my family while I took care of the paperwork and for our new truck to be cleaned up. They set up a make shift picnic area in the waiting room for us so the kids could eat while we waited. They told me I need new part and cant be fix, I bring it down other shop and they fix it with no new part. Alway try to do that so they can sell part instead of fixing car

If you are in the market for a new car, and you dont like arguing with a car salesman to get a good price, this is the dealer for you. I got a very good price on a new Jeep and a good valuation on my trade in vehicle. There was no dickering, arguing or debating at all. Their prices are posted on their web site and on each vehicle. The trade in value on my old car was very fair, it was in line with Kelley Blue Book and the other valuation sites. I also liked the people I dealt with. Very friendly and open about everything. (The GM stopped what he was doing and came out to thank me for my business as I was about to get in the new car to come home.) I was pleasantly surprised by this dealer, I kept expecting a gotch-ya along the way, but it never happened. Not one negative surprise. As a final note, I got a price from a internet based dealer I have purchased from before. They were higher than these guys and of coarse, one big hassle trying to negotiate with to get a fair price. Marthaler is not a huge 1000 car lot dealer, a small town dealer who operates in a friendly small town way. Excellent experience.
My Ram truck broke down on the way to Sturgis. Pedro was quick to get me in service department right away. They had to order the parts overnight. Jason the mechanic found and fixed the problem. I was back on the road in 24 hours. I cant say enough about this service staff. Thank you for the great and fast service.

We recently bought a used jeep there and before leaving the lot we asked them about a key for the roof racks that were on the top. They were going to get ahold of the owners to see what they could find out or if not then they would find out what brand it was and replace the key if it couldnt be found. We were told that they would get back ahold of us. After a week of waiting we called the dealership and the were waiting on the original owners that had bought the jeep brand new. Ok we waited a couple more days and after hearing nothing we called them only to find out that they would do nothing for us and to screw off. I know we didnt buy the newest vehicle in the world but it was new to us and we would like to be able to use it to the fullest extent we can. Well we got ahold of a locksmith and it is going to cost us 25.00 to get it fixed. The sad part about this is that they were willing to lose a customer over 25.00. Knowing that would you spend 15000 or more with them? Also we bought thier Zurich package, if they cant help with a 25.00 fix are they going to live up to thier warranty or try to get out of it? Stay tuned and ill let you know. We have 3 kids and a dog something is bound to happen eventually. Also if you have a 150 plus point inspection on every vehicle shouldnt that pick up on missing keys? They have to be unlocked to move so does that mean that they were never inspected?

I bought a 2011 Jeep Patriot last year from them and I find an array of problems with the vehicle. I dont know much about cars but I can highlight what mechanics told me. There was an issue with the ground wire not working, so no air conditioner. I also have problems with the car not starting occasionally. Car pulled a little to one side sometimes. I constantly need it in the shop for something. Problem with a gas gage or something so my check engine light is on a lot. Whenever we call the mechanic they ask what is it this time?. When I was in the process of signing papers with them, they left us in the office for a while to go show some other people a vehicle so they left us hanging wondering how long it would be till they came back. I didnt think that was very professional. This vehicle they sold me gives me continous headaches. I wish I would have gone somewhere else to get a vehicle. Now my car sits in the garage unable to start or do anything. Mechanics cant tell me whats wrong with it this time.
