Tire change and alignment was relatively fast, this was the first time having our tires changed since we bought it 3 years ago. All the employees were friendly and helpful.

Woke up to a dead battery at a nearby hotel in the middle of a family road trip and the Team at Marthaler helped get us back on the road in less than 2 hrs....they squeezed us in to their already busy schedule and diagnosed that it was simply a battery issue and nothing more to ensure we wouldnt have issues done the road which was huge from a piece of mind standpoint. Exceptional service. My car broke down in Worthington, Minnesota. I was almost 2 hours from home. The shop manager came to my rescue. He had my Ford fixed and ready to go the next day. The lady that was in charge of my warranty information was so kind and friendly. Ive been to many Ford Dealerships, but this was by far the best one by far. I would give 10 stars to the shop if I could. Best service ever.

The service was excellent. I found myself 500 miles from home, a broken down car and hardly any money on The Friday night if a holiday weekend. It did not stop the wonderful people atMarthaler Ford. They got my vehicle in to run diagnostics and made time and ok’ed overtime for the service people to work on my car the next day.They found an inexpensive hotel that gave me a great “stranded” deal on a room for the night. The dealership gave me a loaner to get around. They went above and beyond to keep me informed about my car. They made a total stranger in a strange area feel like an old friend. They service department found the problem and worked with the unexpected situation of my vehicle to get it fixed so I could get back on the road. Thank you to everyone at Marthaler Ford!!!!

Ive been checking and going to different places to look for the car of my dreams and felt even if s co-signer they shot me done quick and didnt check many ways for a loan, and didnt act like let see what we can do .. felt pushed out door very quickly.. one other car lot would give us a loan at 3 percent which is good but wasnt the car I wanted. And also had less miles by far and newer,, the first time I came to this car lot, they where nice and I only needed a co- at that time by I didnt have one then . But now I had. Really wanted to deal with them cause closer and last time even didnt get one to they where very good .

While traveling across Southern Minnesota in my gas engine motorhome, the “service engine soon” light started flashing. My engine was mis-firing and needed immediate attention. A few miles down the road, we drove into Worthington and drove directly to Marthaler Ford. Service Manager Marlo Peterson found a a way to squeeze my motorhome into their busy day and had us on our way that afternoon. I needed a new coil in the ignition system, which was covered under the emissions warranty offered by Ford, and Marthaler Ford even had the part in stock!

If youre looking to buy a Ford specialty vehicle (GT350, Raptor, or Focus RS) look no further. Their prices are so good, that I was hesitant to fly out there, thinking they might not honor the online price. I rolled the dice and bought a one way ticket from Colorado to purchase a GT350 and it was an amazing experience. They honored everything the said and had paperwork ready for me. I worked Joe Van Westen. I live in Kansas City and was looking for a very specific Super Duty Truck. Marthaler had the truck I wanted and I told Joe the price I wanted to pay for it. We were able to work out a deal and they had drivers bring the truck down a few days later. I needed it by noon on a Friday and they had it to me at 10:30am.Joe was great to work with and very responsive to my calls/text. Love the truck and had a wonderful experience with the dealership even though I was never physically there. Would buy from them again.

Bought my car back in 2019! Haven’t haven’t had any issues with the car since! Devon in the service department has always helped me with setting up my oil change appointments and letting me know if I need any further services done on my car. Very friendly staff! Would totally recommend anyone that needs to buy a vehicle or need their vehicle to be serviced to go to them! Very reasonably priced! Will continue doing business with them for all my future vehicles!

Had an oil change appointment at 2 p.m. drop my car off at 9 and they called an hour later saying it was done very fast and sufficient would highly recommend.

We recently bought three cars from Marthaler Ford, and we had great service all around. From the salespeople, to the financing department, and even the GM. I would recommend going to Marthaler, even if you have to drive a little ways to get to them.

I really want to like this place. I bought a 2019 Ford Ranger from here and it was a GREAT experience. Unfortunately, the service department lacks customer service amenities that can be found at other dealerships.Specifically, they have a limited availability of loaner vehicles. I get it. So, I made plans to drop the vehicle off and get a ride. They offer rides. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get a ride to Adrian, MN which is 17 drive miles - 2 miles over their 15 mile policy.You may be thinking that is no big deal. However, there are competing dealers in Luverne, MN who not only would give you a ride, they would actually pick up your vehicle, avoiding all hassle associated with not having a dealer in the town you live in.I really do want to do business here. I hope they take this review in to consideration with their service policies. They had one on their lot, just what I was looking for, a one ton, low mileage,diesel, and it was priced right. Shawn in sales got me back on the road in no time at all, he has a great get It done attitude . I was back on the road the same day with a smile on my face and my foot on the gas petal .
