I have been going to this place for 2 years now. They were extremely nice in the beginning in terms of customer service, however, over the time, their final product diminished along with their customer service. I am a regular customer and they are incredibly rude and mean. They do not care about the shape of the nails and how it looks. It’s so poorly done. I’m extremely disappointed.

I been going here for a quiet while but the last few times they have done a not so professional work and I’m very disappointed. They don’t put effort into what they do anymore. I’m now going to try somewhere else.

Love the time the prices and the friendship ❤ my nails always look good. And so are my feet and eyebrows 😍

If I can I will give 100 stars .. I’m diabetic and I love how she clean my foot and take care me all the time. I been in many different places and none is clean organized and caring like then. Thanks for everything I’m very happy with. Definitely will come back

Very poor service all well as customer service. One lady messed up my nails several times just because she couldn’t do a simple design. Then when I complained they told me there was nothing they could do. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT SATISFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS ONLY ABOUT MAKING A PROFIT! Would not recommend.

The older woman was great.

Bad customer service. Asked her to fix a crooked nail and she gave me a dirty look and said “later”. When I barely got out my seat she was already demanding I “pay now”.

I really am disappointed by the service given at this nail salon me and a friend of mine waited a whole hour for 2 fills ... the workers there continually skipped over us and handled other costumers who were there after us . They did not attend to us at all . They just kept looking at us like if we weren’t supposed to be there . Overall we had to go to a different nail salon and the time we spent in unique nails on main st was a complete waste of time 👎🏽I would honestly rate this zero stars if I could 👎🏽👎🏽

They come off nice at first but they suck the worker with Tourettes has an bad attitude when u are unhappy with her work i will never go back there again payed and left with no polishand sore fingers from her filings my skin ...i will never go back awful experience
