I was there for 3 hours and the lady who first started my nails I asked for white to pink ombré she never said she didn’t know how to do it or anything she was doing the dip the shaping my nails and I kept telling her they do not look good that’s not how their suppose to be! My nails looks grainy and just absolutely horrible! then got seen by the supervisor who tried to fix but it still looked so bad and I voiced that over and over and over! Their huge at the ends their not shaped right the color is horrible! THEN she charged me 58$ for soemthing I hated and they did so wrong! Horrible cutomer service they should of atleast gave me a discount or not had me pay at all! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!!!!!

After excessive charge just to clean take off nails and cuticle, the girl did a poor job. I didn’t notice earlier. Went back to complain, one of them told me not to come again. Imagine the rudeness and attitude.

I have been to and visited Regal Nails for years. You should make an appointment if you do not want to wait. I have a personal preference as to whom I like to do my nails and she is always booked so I usually call ahead but at times I have waited for her. I have run in there in an emergency and they have taken me right away. I have had gel, acrylic, powder dip, all the different types of nails . It depends on how long you wait to dry and how rough you are on your nails. I prefer gel. Right now I have my real nails and just get a manicure pedi . I think that the prices are great and atmosphere is fun because it is in Walmart. Also, I am a really great tipper.

Most of the women are very friendly and do a great job. I go there a lot and have only not been pleased with the service once and when I called two days later to say my gel polish was peeling (which never happened before or since) they offered to repaint them at no cost even without my receipt. Especially for the very low prices they do a great job.

Love Rosie and the manager always offer a bottle of water. I have been with Rosie for for over 7 years. She is amazing!

I will never go here EVER again. The nail technician filed my nails so short i have to take vitamins for them to regrow properly and there not and i got an infection in my thumb and middle finger from them. Never again.

My experience in the regal nail salon was good but make sure you be careful because they can cut your cuticles and when they were cutting my right hand thumb cuticle and when they were done cutting my cuticles my right thumb cuticle was bleeding and the person doing my nails apologized and I said it was okay then I went to dry them and I also had lotion on my hands they massaged my hands

I told them to take there time and that I dont want my nails shortened. They went super fast and broke half my nail so I had to get it shorted. They painted my nails horribly and they are streaky and have bubbles that shouldnt be there . They dont ask if u want your nails shortens and dont listen to requests. I went for a fil with my mom and they charged 28$ for my gill and not 25 like it is supposed to be. DONT GO THERE EVER !

I have been going to Regal Nail @ 25 Tobias Boland Way for the past four years. I think the staff are helpful and very Professional. I have utilized their Nail and Pedic service. I will continue to use their service.

I got my nails done there it seem nice at first but the dip really destroyed my nails are for a while

Honestly I wouldnt even give this place a one star I would give them negative -1* for the fact that she didnt take off all my calus off my feet she didnt take of my cuticless when she did my manicure so basically she was doing the job like she didnt want to do My pedicure looking around and doing her job very poorly I am not going back there I refuse to they charged me 43 dollars for a mani pedi when I should of paid 5 dollars for the only thing she did right which was paint my nails 😒

I use to frequent this place for acrylic nails and eyebrow waxing. The service is definitely a hit or miss depending on which nail technician. However, today is the last time I’d come to this place for my nails. Told the elderly guy at the front desk I came for acrylic nails and eyebrow waxing. He told me I would have to wait for half an hour since all the nail technicians are busy. I didn’t mind at all. I was then shocked to see that everyone else didn’t have to wait . The ones that had to wait he told them it’s a 10 mins wait. I used the time to go grab some groceries from inside Walmart and when I returned back, I was still not attended to despite coming before everyone else. When I got up to leave he asked me “are you doing your nails also”. It’s really just a hit or miss services that may not be worth your time.

Depends on who does your nails. Some ladies are experienced and friendly. Others are not.

Been going to this salon for years and it has gotten worse and worse charged a different price everytime, complained about nails done on mother and my niece was told we will get a discount, after a aggruement, they returned a whole 5.00, I spent a whopping 167.00 that day I have always given large tips and respect. Unfortunately, for them they have lost me as a customer. I will not recommended them in the future.

This salon is the worst. By all means if you can avoid going there please do. They are a bunch of rip off. Went in for mani and pedi and it was the worst service ever. The owner tried charging for services that was never received. I would never ever go back to this place ever again.
