I absolutely love expo nails! Im definitely a client that likes to try new styles & designs and I’m particular about my nail shape and Julia exceeds my expectations every time! I can always expect my pedicures be done well and not cut short like at other places. All the nail techs take their time and I notice are very sanitary. I usually call and make an appointment ahead of time and they’re always accommodating. Their prices are good especially for the quality of work!

So beyond happy that I chose this nail salon to get my nails done! They are very respectful and professional. They did an amazing job and I definitely found my new place.

Was looking for a new nail salon in the Worcester area since Im not from the area... Saw the raving reviews and thought I should try. Service was okay at first, pedicure water was a little cold but manageable. The pedicure service went well however I used my go to white color, which as most nail polishes do, take two coats. Pretty sure they only did one coat and my tech spent a majority of the time talking on her phone; while wearing the gloves she was wearing while doing my toes.I also had dip powder as well, which I have been doing for years and have had very few problems with. I asked for acrylic tips, which she did but did not cut down my natural nails so they already look grown out from the underside. I asked for short, which these are once again much longer than what I requested. The shape is inconsistent on my nails; some square, some coffin and some in between. The finished product is bumpy and patchy on some nails, along with messy around my cuticlesUpon checking out, they wrote two additional $10 charges on the receipt. When I called earlier that day, I was told it was $45 for a dip powder set including soak off. My total was $90 for the dip powder and regular pedicure, so I believe I may have been overcharged as well. However before I could print my receipt she tapped something on the screen and I was unable to view the breakdown of my total.

AVOID!This nail salon do not sanitize their tools or working station after each client. Pricing fluctuates as they do not have a breakdown on how much sets or designs cost. I was overcharged for a basic service and was not provided with a receipt after my service. I would not recommend this place if you want to avoid the risk of infection and being overcharged!!!

The care, time, and effort provided by the staff is absolutely amazing. I would 110% recommend giving this place a try. We drive an hour to get here and it is worth every mile!

Terrible, first time going over there. I went there for pedi and mani. The lady that was doing my pedicure was extremely rude and when she was done with the pedi asked me to sit. So I sat and waited 30 mins because she went and took somebody else. Never said that she was going to go do somebody else or anything just had me wait there looking stupid. What was the reason for an appointment?

My wife and I came here last week and we had a great hot stone spa pedicure. Great service and their staff are so nice and professional. I would definitely come back again!

Love Nina! She always does my nails perfectly the way I want them. I like them shorter and usually get a design of some sort. Although, they all do a good job. Ive been coming here for a long time, and I travel 25 minutes out of my way, but theyre worth it.

I have been come to Expo nails for well over 5 years now. I absolutely love the girls there always very welcoming ❤️ They are very clean.. and are following every guide line they need to to be open for the public.. Julia and Lynn are my techs at all times and I wouldn’t change them for anything!! Thanks girls for always making my visit pleasant and I always leave happy 😊

Only place I trust with my nails!! 💅🏼🔒 Owner and techs always have good energy. My skin and feet are very sensitive and the owner personally always makes sure I’m taken care of. Plus this is the one place I can vouch for saying it very clean! I recommend EVERYONE to come here.- BEST NAILS JOB AROUND, NETFLIX, and GOOD VIBES.

Everything was going okay until my wife noticed the towel the tech was using for her pedicure had skin particles on it already before starting the actual pedicure itself. As if the tech was re using the same towel for each pedicure without washing it. Another thing me and my wife had noticed was her tech consistently texting someone while doing her manicure. I found that weird because there’s signs for the customers to sanitize their hands every time they touch their phones or other personal belongings. I guess that don’t apply to the workers. All together it was a decent experience until I was ready to pay and the tech expected and demanded a tip for the service. I don’t ever mind tipping but felt uncomfortable with how I was talked to as if I owed the tech money. Would not suggest again.-Why would I come to your business and lie for? And what is the point of a review if I’m not honest? And how would you check your cameras to see how much time was spent there if I never told you what day I was there? Because it wasn’t recently. And I’ve been meaning to do this review and was reminded to do it today. It’s one thing to defend your business (which is something I’d always respect) but it is another to verbally assault everyone who had a bad experience in your business. Don’t come at those people because you lack customer service skills. Going back to you apparently checking cameras, if you really did, you would see we was there for just about an hour. And you’d see the only two towels being used was the blue one and the hot white one that was used to take the products that was used off of the customers. So don’t come here and lie to make it seem like anyone else is lying.

I love coming to expo they are amazing and they are original. Julie is my to go girl and is amazing at what she does best designs ever. You feel very welcome and relaxed there. Plus prices are great. Definitely will not be cheating on them with anyone else 😉

I have been coming to Expo Nails for about 2 years now and they never ever disappoint! I’ve tried many many different nail salons over the past few years but this one by far is my favorite! The staff are very welcoming and genuine. I am always happy with my nails, and the ladies are super sweet. Ive been going to expo nails for 11 years, there is no other place I would go to for a manicure and pedicure. These women have become a second family to me. Their attention to detail, cleanliness, their kindness and their professionalism all make for a fantastic experience. Their massages are the best in the area especially for the price of a pedicure, their nail designs surpass all other salons. If you havent been to Expo in Worcester youre missing out. Even my mom is now a 2 year goer, with no stopping in sight!

I’ve been going to Expo nails since the beginning of July and I love it there! I go to Julie and have stuck with her since I started going. She’s very kind and persistent with my nails. She makes sure they’re even and really takes her time. They are all very friendly when I walk in as well!!

The girls are always friendly and go out of their way to make sure youre satisfied and do a great job at making your nails look good and just the way you want them. While the people were friendly, my nails were severely damaged here. I went in with my natural nails about six weeks ago. The woman who did my nails pulled out an electric file. I dont get my nails done much and I never get more than gel done. That being said, Ive never had someone use a electric nail file on my natural nails. I asked about it and she said it would make the gel stay longer. I trusted her. However, now I have deep gouges in my nails that are red with how close they come to the flesh. Some hurt to the touch. Be really careful with what you allow them to do. My nail tech friend said it was an absolutely unecessary and terrible job done to my nails.

I decided to take down the previous review.My reasoning behind this....The response from the owners is frightening .so many Angry words towards me if you read their response below I am sure you will all agree.I feel safer with it down..

I called in prior to driving 30 mins to the salon ; I stated I’d like a full set and ask if there was a wait. The young woman that answered stated I could come right down, I told her I was coming from far and just wanted to be sure before driving down... Well I arrived there I was asked if I had an appointment; I stated no, I was told to come on down... They all started saying no I’m lying I never called, and no one told me to come down. That they’re completely booked and will not take me... So I drove there for nothing, never going back; that was the most embarrassing experience I’ve ever encountered....

The older lady who works here is disgusting. She was sick one day and would itch her nose and then push my cuticles back with her infested nails. She would cough and not cover her mouth, blow her nose not wash her hands. I will never go here again. So disgusting. I felt so In shock and confused plus didn’t want to make her feel bad so I stayed. Washed my hands for 5 minutes after. Disgusting people. COVER YOUR MOUTH WHEN YOU COUGH. DONT PUSH A CLIENTS CUTICLES WITH YOUR DIRTY FINGER NAILS USE A TOOL. Nasty hag

Horrible place. First time going there to get a gel manicure. Not even 2 weeks passed by and they’re already chipping off when they shouldn’t. Plus, the workers there kept taking turns when doing my nails which I didn’t like. One person should stick to doing their job. Not start, and then another tech takes over in the middle of my nails being done. Never going back.

I always get my nails done here when I’m in the area! I’ve been going here for 5 years, since I’ve been a student at Quinsigamond Community College. They seem to be more busy lately, I would call to make an appointment! Amazing designs, and ALOT of awesome colors to choose from. Highly recommend for full set/fill.
